Complete scam company. I was billed 42 pounds sterling and threatened with legal action for an account I never had opened with them. I had a 5 year plan with Copyright House but not with Copyright.co.uk.
I paid the 42 pounds last September and they never replied to any of my e-mails and do not answer the phone. Completely outrageous!

Excellent service i get my copyright in 5 minutes the customer support is very nice. I recommend it. All the price are explained with all features proposed this is an annual subscription saas service.

Total scam company - stay away. They extort money from you and even when you cancel the contract they send you emails saying that you are committed to continue with your contract. You have been warned.

Company owned by some parent company in Paris. Poor customer service. I did not use their service at all. Changed my mind few seconds after my payment and asked for refund $129. No replies, no acknowledgement. I have never seen this bad customer service before. Stay far away.............. as possibl.e TOTAL SCAM

It is aa scam. They say to you really clearly that you just have to pay once for the youtube copyright and after a year they start sending you emails saying that they will sue you if dont pay again.

Hi, I am very disappointed when i see some reviews with one stars for a service that give the best copyright protection in UK, i started to use the service in 2014 and the sales conditions was always clear for me too and i pay every year my subscription of 42 £. Great service continue like this! Don't use SaaS service on internet if you can't pay!

Ususal scum approach to doing business including random emails with no mention of mony being owed for renewal (upfront payment was made at the time of purchase) then suddenly threatening emails demanding money and legal action if no payment made. Instead of just expiring whatever copyright they have on file of mine they insist on a payment. AVOID.

Very unhappy customer about Automatic renewal
I purchased a single copyright for £42 pounds and I then purchased another package for £350 in September 2017.
This year in September I received an Email to say I needed to pay an annual subscription of an £42 of which I paid...in my ignorance I though I was paying £42 for copyright.co.uk to keep a list of all my certificates in their database how wrong I was.
I then received another email from copyright.co.uk on Oct 14 asking me to pay another £250.00 to make up the difference.
I have spoken with there customer services team and they are of the opinion unless you cancel 30 days before they automatically renew and you have to pay again.
I must say I find the way this company operates not very good, the service they provide is good but the fact that they hide in the terms and conditions about automatic renew is not professional and should not be set by default.
Also there is no option on there website to turn of the automatic renew off, the only way it can be cancelled is by sending them a written letter.
Below is an email I received from customer services, suggest other users read this very carefully especially
The contracts will COPYRIGHT company within one year from the date of signature and are renewed by tacit agreement by an automatic renewal at the end of the year of subscription of the same amount, unless the customer sends us a letter by certified mail indicating the desire to avoid the automatic renewal of the contract until 30 days before the anniversary date of the contract. Any cancellations made verbally have no immediate effect on the current subscription, and the customer has no right to request a refund for used deposits. Only cancellations by certified mail 30 days before the end of the year shall be considered valid

I really dont think this company understands the idea of customer care as they seem rather upset I left 1 star rather than dealing with my complaint about the about Automatic renewal fee

Just like all the negative comments on here, I had several nasty emails from Angela Brand threatening me with legal action etc for a copyright I did 1 year ago.
I'm currently ignoring the emails as they sound like schoolyard bullies...
Copyright if you are listening please make consumers aware prior to initial upfront payment that this is a subscription model, not a 1 time payment as I was led to believe on initial signup

ordered a copyrighted logo in 2016 for 1 year then just recently got loads of legal action emails i only noticed them while i was deleting my junk folder sayin your account is suspended if you pay we will terminate the legal action against you etc , tried calling but to no avail, i did end up payin the £35 out of worry straight away but now ive read all the trust pilot reviews its apparant a fraudulent website and i cannot find there office address to send cancel letter so i emailed them telling them to cancel it now and im going to contact the bank for new card and if they persist with more emails then il seek legal advice

When I see some reviews in tp I decided to call the company and check if they are saying that the price is based on subscription, the operator says me that this is an annual contract that allows me to keep my data safe in my online account and get a legal assistance in case of copy. I open an account and I got my copyright instantly with a public notary proof. After opening the account the company invited me to leave a review. Thank you, Angela, for this good service you get 5 stars.

I'm contacting multiple organisations about this company, including Watchdog, Trading Standards, the Fraud Office, and also the company that host their website.
I have now amassed pages of evidence against this company, which I will be passing to the relevant authorities.
Please, do not give them any form of payment, and ignore any e-mails requesting money from "Angela Brand"

You need to be careful when signing up with this company. I wanted an ebook covered under copyright and didn't read the small print. You need to read the T' and C's with a fine tooth comb, in particular,a clause which states that if you don't tell them (by post) that you want to cancel your annual payment with them, then you will be automatically re-billed.
not very customer friendly, I was considering contacting a consumer watchdog.

Same as other reviews on here, I received multiple emails threatening legal action if I failed to pay for the renewal of my copyright within the given timeframe. All other services I purchase send me an email asking whether I would like to renew for the next year or cancel the renewal. This company has suspended my account and doesn't give any way to cancel the renewal. I paid the renewal still to find no way of cancelling in my account profile. On contacting customer service this is the response I got: "Me: Hello I would like to cancel my account is there any way I can do this in my account settings?" "Copyright: No". "Me: How do I close my account?" "Copyright: You have to post to the office" "Me: Ok, what exactly do I post and where is the office" "Copyright: email [email protected] for your query." I then emailed the ascertained email and am yet to get a response.
Avoid this company, you are better off without it as I don't see any evidence that they provide any concrete security for your content. I wish I had known back in 2012.

I am having the same issue! ......threatening legal action. I have asked them to provide evidence that I clicked on a terms and conditions about this renewal - I can find no evidence that I did. I am awaiting a response.

I'm having the same issue as all of you. emails every day about legal action. I try to contact them and they don't get back to me. Does anyone know if this is just a threat because I got worried after so many emails and tried to pay then my bank refused it saying it was a foreign payment. So glad as I checked and it said Paris company. I'm not paying now . The communication is ridiculous too. Called them like 20 times n still not getting a response
