On March 12, I was eating some fish that I got from them, and I found worms in it. To top it off, I discovered that that batch of products was contaminated with Listeria - but only after having eaten a few slices, because they made the announcement on Facebook, and I don't use social media to have known that.
I went to coop city to report the problem, and I was only offered my money back for the product; no further compensation was even discussed, even though I may end up suffering severe health problems (Listeria can have an incubation time of 30-70 days, so I don't even know if I'm safe).
What did they tell me when I brought up compensation or some directions on where to go to get checked just in case? "Sorry, we can't help you." Bravo, 10/10.
Well, thanks for making me go vegetarian, coop. I don't think I want to eat fish or meat again, as this was frankly disgusting - both the worms, and how you handled it.
