Be careful, you have lost your money and the complaints will NOT be responded to.
Already three times sent an email with a complaint! NO single response!

Purchased Meiigoo Note 8, ok for 3:weeks then noticed cracks in screen, which eventually went over the whole screen (Phone not dropped,etc). Contacted them and was told it would cost 50 to repair, told them wanted it fixed under warranty but told they needed to look to see if 'man made damage', as needed the phone fixed sent the phone to them. They won't even answer their door.! Courier has attempted to deliver 4times and left card with how they can collect, when I tell Coolicool this and send them email from courier all I get back is ..... phone not delivered yet. Also purchased phone from Efox, turns out to be same company. Major charging problems after 6mths contacted them said I wanted it sorted under the 12 MTH warranty, their reply was look at our terms and conditions. No 12 MTH warranty at all. So my experience of Coolicool and Efox is STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!

Brought a phone, took ages to come to me, apparently was out of stock after complaints to the, they eventually sent it though.
Now no apps are not working as I found out that google play is not certified which means they are selling devices they shouldn't be.
Sent an email and got a really rude email saying its out of warranty and why am I advising them now?
Then told to buy a new device and they will give me 5 - WTF!!! seriously....!
Dont bother buying from here, cowboys. Greedy ba$tard$

Purchased a phone from them and had many problems with the phone and their service.
Ended up spending a lot more then I wanted to. Paid Tax and 3 times the postage, which I didn't get back from them. After about 6 moths of initial purchase, I got the same phone back but repaired. I paid for a new phone, not a refurbished one.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Bought a new umidigi from coolicool. Screen died within months and got lies and more lies from them, firstly saying manufacturer had no replacement screens. Then coolicool said read our terms, screens and motherboards etc are not covered under 12 month warranty.. So even thought coolicool sells you a phone with 12 months warrant??? Its all lies... They do not honor it... Do yourself a favor and read their terms very carefully, but to be honest... Its best that you buy from someone else, as coolicool are a rip off.. Be warned.. DO NOT buy from coolicool......Dave from Australia

I am satisfied with the buying from this site!
Ordered a phone, and when I paid for it was in stock, but when They wanted to ship, already was out of stock. That's was the only negative feeling about the process.
The buyer representative wanted to help me, but at the end, the phone got back to stock again. The shipment was easy but really slow, but not by the fault of Coolicool. The international post was slow.
So more than 40 days later, I got my phone. All is great, packaged well, the device works well! :) So if You don't want fast process and shipping, but safe and easy buying, You can easily trust this company.

Paid for a Cell phone that was defective, kept getting either a automated response or the language I don't understand or a rep named WINFREAD that ignores your request for a manager then plays the time has run out to get a refund Even after the got the defective product back.....
There is a way to hurt them by giving them a bad comment on every youtube video they put up and also on the people on youtube that reviews their products.
When people see the bad comment you leave for them it will help them to avoid buying from them.
LOW and behold they have not responded (3 months still nothing)
BUT my Bank took the funds out of their merchant account funds and I GOT MY MONEY BACK.........
I SAY THIS TO ANYONE "STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY"
ONLY THING THEY WILL DO IS LIE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY.

I foolishly placed an order for a phone with this company without looking at this companies reviews. The phone took a month to arrive, and when it did it arrived damaged, upon contacting this company, I was told to return it by registered post, at my expense and that I was responsible for the cost of replacing the screen, motherboard, or battery, and they would decide what extra I would have to pay. Also if you do place an order with them done bother trying to cancel as per their terms and conditions, as they will just ignore your cancellation.

Bad products (2nd) BAD warranty repair! Avoid Coolicool. Bought Vernee Mars - screen stopped responding soon after purchase. Coolicool repaired it under warranty and when the phone was finally returned the replacement screen had use scratches that weren't there before (screen from another junk phone - they said that they had to wait for spare parts!) This faulty screen started showing virtual lines and causing overheating problems. Avoid Vernee... AVOID COOLICOOL

I purchased a phone from Coolicool back in Nov 2017 (order number 20171123226061)
Received the phone a month later (typically shipping). From the first time I turned it on, the phone didn't work properly.
When I purchased phone, Coolicool had a returned policy stating you could receive a refund if issue reporting in 15-days.
I reported the issue 14 days after I received phone. Coolicool said they couldn't provide a refund - they could only repair it.
After shipping phone back to them, their "Technical Team" could find the fault. It took them just over 6 weeks to find the fault I observed on the phone every hour.
It took them another 4- weeks to "repair" the phone and ship it back to me.
When I sent it to Coolicool, it did power on and worked for a time until the screen stopped responding to touches. The "repaired" phone is dead - it doesn't come on at all (no lights or haptic buzz with I plug in a charger).
I could have gotten a better repair by finding a 3-year child, putting this phone in one hand and a rock in the other.
How does a "Technical Team" send out a dead phone that they've "repaired"?
I've spent the last 14 weeks talking to no less than 3 "customer service" people (no service to be had here), they have all said the same thing:
"We cannot provide you with a refund, your options are 1) keep the phone (paper weight) and we will give you a $20 voucher to spend on our website OR 2) send the phone back (AGAIN) and we will send you a used phone"
You can tell when someone wants to avoid facts. I've asked all people involved the same question:
"If YOU bought something new (for $300) that was broken, would accept a $20 gift voucher (and keep the broken item) OR accept a used item instead?"
No one from Coolicool has answered this question yet. This is a far cry from a company that claims it has "stellar customer service"
After admitting that I should have received a refund when I requested it more than 8 months ago and making the mistake of fixing (breaking) the phone I purchased, Coolicool still refuses to refund my money (after 9 months) - #Onlinetheives
If you thinking of purchasing anything from Coolicool, you would be better served if you went to the ATM, withdrew the cash, set the money on fire and toasted a piece of bread - at least you have a piece of toast.
Avoid this company at all cost.

I bought an item and paid to have shipped by DHL, expedited shipment. Whem item got shipped I see they used Singapore Post (Standard Shipping). I paid $18.50 for expedited because (1) I needed my item fast. (2) Singapore Post uses Venezuela as hub before crossing to my country. Venezuela is in crisis and they are not shipping out any items that touch their soil. I have item there since March. Tracking status states shipped to VE (Venezuela) This means my item is lost. Not my fault I paid for DHL. When I emailed, about 6 times,them they just answered me" Sorry but item has been shipped" I will dispute this issue on Paypal.

worst ever company which sells garbage stuff. you will probably get the phone you buy and maybe even on time but pray to heaven that nothing happens to it because if it will then brace for high blood pressure, anger, frustration etc etc. as i found out when the phone i bought went dead after a couple of months. they have only one email address and they ask you to send them email but its just crap. you will get a reply from them after weeks and it will be completely irrelevant to what you will be asking them to do.
they are a fraud please dont buy from them. hand on heart, its a genuine review as i suffered sooo much from their hands.

FRAUD COMPANY!!! stay away please. spread this word to family and friends. NEVER BUY FROM THEM if you dont want to be robbed off. i bought elephone S7 from them, went dead after five months and now they wont honour the warranty. took them two months just to respond to me. they have non-english speaking people and a single email address as a point of contact. no phone number, no online forms, no ticketing system. basically if something goes wrong with your phone, you send an email and expect to get a reply in broken English after months. they advertised full one year warranty but have now offered me 10USD coupon for a 200 USD phone. HOW ON EARTH ARE THEY ALLOWED TO TRADE!!

Very bad customer service. Mu phone (Umidigi plus E) went broken and I had to send it to China for repair. The phone had warranty ( I had own the phone for 2 months) They did something to it but didn't repair it fully. I have sent videos, pictures and multiple times explained how the phone is broken. I'm sure they know it but they are not going to do anything for it. They fully ignore the problem. I haven't got any compemsation.
When I sent the phone I put screen cover case with it to protect the screen. They didn't send the screen cover back and ignore that too.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

I bought them a Umi plus, which stopped working after a month. I asked to fix it. Was a nightmare!! after 30 mails and 3 months latter, they decided to give a new one.
But despite my warnings, for not to send to Portugal, but to send through there warehouse in Spain. They ignored him. An in Result: Stuck in customs services since then. And after 7 months,NO phone an No money!
I informed the support services of this site that I wanted my money back, since I stayed without a phone. Solution of these gentlemen? They offer a coupon of 30 !!! For me to buy another mobile phone, here on this site !!!
It must be a joke! I spend 200 on a mobile phone that just work one month, and in return they give 30 coupon.

I made my order 14 February and they wrote on their site that they have it in stock and that they will ship it in 48 hours.
Now is 21 February and they haven't yet ship it.
I made the order from EU warehouse for fast shipping.
I have contacted Coolicool (numerous times) because they are supposed to refund my money as the item was never sent but they refuse to reply.

Terrible after sales
Guys be carefull buying from the european warehouse.I bought an elephone S7 and it stopped charging after a few days.The phone wasnt sealed when it arrived and was obviously faulty from the get go.When i reached out to customer services the phone would have to be returned to China at considerable cost.Emails back and forth were tedious and i decided life is to short.When things go smooth it looks like great value;when things go wrong-nightmare.Anyway lesson learned.Try buy from somewhere that has a usable and customer friendly aftersales attitude.Great sellers rise to the top when things go wrong-alas Coolicool sinks and puts all the effort into the hands of the buyer.
