After trial periods with both Ruby and Moneypenny that were both less than impressive, I was hesitant to try another service afraid to experience the same grief and disruption to my small law practice. However, Conversational's 30 day trial period and very hands-on sales person was honest and realistic about the challenges that would be faced with forwarding my business' Google Voice number. They didn't oversell themselves then underdeliver. I dealt with one person the entire onboarding who was responsive, knowledgeable and professional. I was up and running without issue in no time. I am very happy I chose Conversational and agree they are the most experienced, leading service provider in this field.

Signing up with conversational was the best thing I've ever done for my business. The receptionists are friendly and handle calls just as I would, they are great about sending detailed messages and even worked out a customized system that fit my business model best. I cant believe the amount of service I get for just $99 a month, its the best money I spend every month on my business and frees up so much of my time where I would normally be answering the phones. Anyone looking for this type of service I would highly recommend conversational!

After extensive research and service comparisons, I decided to try out Conversational.com for their free trial period. I ended up extending their services because they “won me over”. I have a small startup technology & business consulting firm. Having a professional presence is very important as I build this business. I found that adding Conversation.com to “my team”, added to a better perception. I have had people indicate assumptions regarding the size of the company. I never corrected them, but was happy the company appears bigger than it is. Their presence also shows my company as valuing relationships by having an actual person answer the phone instead of some robo-phone system. The initial sign-up process involves a lengthy questionnaire that helps the Conversation.com team understand my business and how I want calls handled. When my website was completed, I just notified the team so they could have a deeper understanding of my business. Last Christmas, I received a Christmas card with photos of the staff. I really liked the personal touch. I even called in and gathered names for all the faces on the card. So, now, when I call in, I know who I am talking to. It is nice to personally connect with “my staff”. I value the services I receive from Conversational.com and expect to have them, as part of me team, for years to come.

Before I found Conversational, dealing with phone calling was taking so much time out of my day. I was also missing phone calls from potential clients. I didn’t want my business to suffer as a result. Now that I’m using Conversational, I don’t have to worry about missing calls or being interrupted during busy times. I also don’t have to give my cell phone number to clients anymore. Now, all of my calls are answered by a friendly receptionist, who takes a message when I’m busy, or transfers the call if I’m available. I’m happy and my clients are happy. They have made running my own business so much easier now that I can rely on them to take care of my clients over the phone. Thank you, Conversational!

I've used Conversational Receptionists for about 5 months now, and I must say, I don't know how I operated my wedding & event planning firm without them! From the very first day, not only were the receptionists super friendly and professional, but they have been super easy to work with! They schedule consultations when new prospects call the office, they update our company calendars, and they always send me notes from calls that they feel need some extra attention. I must admit, I enjoy when I'm able to answer my mobile phone when its a call from Conversational, because I look forward to speaking with the receptionists even if its only for a moment, because they go over and above to provide detailed, people-positive service, and I'm so grateful to have them part of our team!

I run several US-based e-commerce stores from abroad and, based on my location, there is a 12-hour difference with the US. This means that come noon time in the US, it is midnight here, which makes answering customer inquiries nearly impossible. I searched through many freelancing portals for a solution—namely solid receptionist services—but all hires ended up vastly under-delivering. Although I found many receptionist services that seemed quite cheap, their employees were not US-based and I cannot stress enough how important it is to have native-speaking receptionists who understand the psychology and expectations of US consumers.

The service I get from Conversational is outstanding and they execute very well what I feel is a relatively complicated script, which frees me up from being on the phone all day. Their service paired with a well-crafted script is a powerful productivity tool. Conversational has done everything I have asked them to do without missing a beat. They are well worth every penny to my business.

This is truly a remarkable service - without a doubt an immense time saver and it makes my clients feel taken care of. This had been a Godsend for me professionally and personally as well - I don't always have to be ON.
And the girls are remarkably knowledgeable on a number of topics you might not expect. Setup had been slightly slower than I had hoped, but that was mostly my fault for not finishing the questionnaire very promptly.
But I certainly have more time for tasks like that now!
