I was heading to the UK on a holiday visa, and Contiki was the best way to kick it off! I met some amazing people on my tour, our manager was awesome and informative, the sights were amazing. I’ve made some life long friends and now I know which parts I want to visit again.

I was assisted by a local Contiki employee, which made the booking process really simple. Everything was well shared in advance and I didn't face any trouble throughout. One recommendation would be to introduce all fellow travelers on a social media platform so that people can plan to assemble in groups and get to the starting point.

being on "the big Tiki" was the absolute experience of a lifetime Saul was a ripper our manager that somehow knew the best places to get a drink on the cheap and Squiddy was a great bus driver to be piloting us through NZ. I met the best group of people who ill stay friends with for ever.

My Travel agent was Amazing. I walked in not really sure what I was going to plan for my upcoming trip. I just knew I wanted to go to New Zealand. She suggested a tour guided trip and recommended Contiki. I took the books home and decided right away Contiki was for me. I booked the trip within 2 weeks of seeing her in September. The process was very easy she went over everything with me, found me the best deals and prices. I was adding a few extras days onto the trip so needed to find hotels/hostels to stay before and after the tour. Contiki itself was easy and very supportive on letting you know how to pack, what to expect before hand as well with there website and personal profile set-up. Just counted down the days until my trip after everything was taken care of.

It was a long wait until I received the information with the exact time of the pre registration meeting in London I knew the start time and date of my travel but I didn’t know about the pre meeting and I had to changed my flights and that cost me money. Not happy at all.

The customer service received when we booked the trip was fine. Although we weren't told about the way the trip would work i.e. there being a 'mother' tour and several other tours tagged on to that. We were not told that there would be over 40 people on the tour at some points. We were not told that we needed to be in Mexico City the night before the tour started for the welcome meeting. Luckily we had already planned to spend a week in Mexico City before the tour.

Everything was great! We had to change our travel date and Contiki made it very easy for us. I found it disappointing that the 4x4 activity in Assilah did not take place. It was advertised on the site and when we contacted Contiki, they confirmed with is that is was included even though it was not part of our travel documents. It would have been better it they had given us the right information. But otherwise, great customer service.

Def a 5 star trip. Great itinerary, amazing accommodations, and Fi was amazing. I wish i knew i should plan my free time correctly. The street food tour wasnt really a street food tour and I wish we stayed in Mirissa. Bt overall, i cant wait to go back to Sri Lanka .

Any questions I had got answered by the contiki staff. Airport shuttle to the hotel was a big plus made the transition easy. Tour guide Sherif was the perfect tour guide for our trip, he is very well informed and he helped me out the day before the tour started. Felt safe the whole time thanks again to Sherif he did a great job showing us around and talking about all the places we saw and explored.The sellers in the markets were a bit aggressive but Sherif stepped right in and send them away. This was an amazing experience and looking forward to my next contiki. Met new friends and made memories that will last a lifetime.
