I ordered a table, which was delivered weeks later. The problem is that one part is missing. I have called, written and complained to Connox. They promise and promise (when I'm fortunate enough to talk to somebody) but nothing happens. I'm desperate! I want my table!

Fantastic experience! The order arrived the very next day! Unbelievable! And it was 40 Euros less than I had seen it at other online stores. I will definitely go to Connox first for all my future purchases! 100% satisfied!

I have had to pay twice. After two years they contacted me by email notifying me that there had been a mistake. They had sent back to my bank account the amount of an order that they had sent me before.
Seeing that I didn´t give them back the money I was suppossed to have received as a mistake, they have sent me now a letter in order to inform me that they are going to use their right to iniciate legal actions against me. I decided to pay again the same order. I prefer not to have problems and, of course, I need to sleep without any regret.
It has been an deceiving episode of my experience with Connox.de after several years, after have invested more than 8000 euros in products from that website over the years. If you want any proof of every of my statements, don´t hesitate and contact me 6522336679
07/04/2018 I have read the Connox response and, of course, I am waiting for a solution with positive aspects for both (Connox and I). I expect a creative solution in this complex situation.
10/04/2018 I have not received a response yet. I will wait till the end of the week for it. I suppose it will be enough.
11/04/2018- I have received the promissed email offering me a simple 12% in the next order. It is even less than the one they offer sometimes on the website (sometimes they have a spring offer of a 15% discount). Of course I have decided to cancel my account on Connox website and it has been made immediatedly. It has been a ridiculous response from Connox. It has been the way they have solve their mistake.
If you make an order on this website, please check your bank account to prevent this type of situations and, of course, make the order from your own bank account to make sure you advert any mistake in time.
What a pity: I have been thinking Connox was a website to buy for a lifetime: a website where to look for exclusive items before checking others. It is, above all, my mistake. From now on, I won´t have this feeling for any other design enterprise.
Finally, all in time we will see.

Excellent website and products, very helpful and polite customer service (Courtney was great at keeping me informed). Delivery from Germany was very fast to the UK at only a few days and full tracking available via DHL/Parcelforce. I would recommend Connox.de and thanks for all your help.

I received a defect item and was then met by a rude unprofessional customer service. The company is probably good if all is in order but facing issues such as defect items and reimbursements the company isn't handling the situation well because of unprofessional staff. I'd be like to see Connox improving product quality control and train staff acting professional since they do represent the company.

I ordered a sale item which was clearly shown as in stock, only to be told a few days after my order that it was no longer available, despite the fact that the item was once again listed as in stock on the website. The only difference compared to before my order? The item had been bumped back up to full price. This leaves a few potential reasons:
a) A genuine stock mixup
b) A mistake with the sale item price
c) A shameless attempt to re-sell a sale item at full price
Whatever the reason was, I was given a simple "this item is no longer available" brush-off, and received no response from customer service after asking for a clarification, which makes me lean towards option c).
