I always wanted to write how much I love my Mini Clubman and my BMW i3. Driving the Clubman since 2015 and an i3 since 2017 and both are fantastic cars. And I like the design a lot too. Never had the slightest problem with them.

Bought a 750 Xli 2010 last year, I checked with BMW before buying it was on extended warranty for 2 more years so I was confident. A month ago the engine failed, brought the car to the local dealer in Miami and told me 8 fuel injectors failed (a recurrent problem for N63 engines from that time.
$5000 charge taken care by the warranty, I was relief. Next day BMW call me to signify the car was a total loss in the past and show me a Carfax with that information., so warranty was denied. Information is wrong, I have a clean title (no way to have a clean title if the car had been a total loss at any point) and run several reports from. I also runned several reports from company affiliated to the official National Motor Vehicle Title Information System and all are clear.
I tried everything for 1 month, BMW refuses everything backing behind the Carfax, obvisoulsy false. I contacted Carfax and they are investigating and takes times but BMW told me even if I can change the Carfax it wouldn't change anything (!). I finally asked to be part of the N63 Customer Care Packaging which defective injectors on index 9 should have been part BMW denied any coverage on my car.
I asked them proof of the total loss, they told me to have it but don;t want to send to me.
Lyers and crooks, for sure it will be my last driving machine. Will go to Tesla from now.

BMW connect the drives works pretty good I’ll complaints there, just the system just little bit outdated but that’s expected because the connect the drive was developed five years before the car was developed it otherwise it’s a nice system

Bmw USA connected drive.
Although I have a safety subscription until 8/18, the service ended last week unexpectedly, I called Bmw assists and they couldn’t help so they refer me to the Bmw genius, who promised me to fix it. After 4 or five days the service was restored; but only for the weekend... today the service was again disconnected; after dealing over the phone for more than an hour with the “trio”, Bmw assist, Bmw genius, Bmw customer service, no one understood the problem and I sadly decided to cut the subscription short and ask for reimbursement. What a bunch of incompetence.
