We have used them for years. The service is easy to use, there are lots of accounting options to track calls for billing, and the folks are pleasant to work with.

A paid conference service out performs Free conference calling by a longshot! We used free conference platforms and there was always something not right, from poor VoIP connections to garbled conversations.

Everything has always gone as planned, except once when a new person entered the wrong numbers. Leaving 8 people hanging on hold was embarrassing enough, but the quick ConferTel report email after the call let us know that we had a problem right away and then the ConferTel folks were totally understanding and credited us the useless call. Smoothed out a painful business incident.

We've never had any technical difficulties or other problems. The cost is a little steep, but I feel it's worth it to not worry about connectivity issues.

Was disappointed with lack of support in last webinar. Probably lost a big client over it and nothing offered by Confertel to help me repair relationship with my client. We're a long time Confertel user and now unlikely at all to go back. User experience is clunky, uses non-standard terms for basic needs.

We have utilized ConferTel's service for a few years. The ease in setting up a conference call with parties from all over the world is a great asset to our ability to provide excellent service to our customers. Staying in touch no matter what time of day it is anywhere around the globe helps us to better support our customers. I can set up a conference call from my home, when I'm traveling, or in the office. It's a quick processes. We have no problems successfully completing the important conference calls we set up. I can't imagine running a global business without this valuable service.
