This is really good. You pay £15 per month but you get that back as soon as you make a purchase regardless of how much. Downside to that is that it doesn't automatically register the purchase to qualify the monthly bonus you do have to notify them. We have a baby on the way so have been purchasing Argos vouchers each month paying £80 for £100 then the additional ££££ each month for other purchases. I think it takes a little time to understand how it works could possibly be explained a little better. Customer service is excellent

So Completesavings for me has gone from Outstanding to Average after it ignored and skipped my last two monthly bonus requests stating that it had never received my email requests (which I have successfully sent to the exact same email for over a year).
They eventually accepted them last month (although I am still awaiting my £30). So I was so far ok until,
Ebay disappeared from their database. Forever21 going was already a step too far but losing your contract with Ebay really is disappointing as this is my most purchased from retailer, and the cashback rewards will not be significant enough for me to keep a membership active month to month without this particular retailer.
I am sorry that you are losing your contractors rather than increasing your range, it is quite sad and makes me think you are not doing too well at the moment.
However thank you to your dedicated CS team who performed (almost) every time, all the best !

I have been asked by Complete Savings for details of my membership. In order to clarify further the issues involved on our bank statement we have pages of transactions many of which are company names unrelated to the trading name of a cafe or retail outlet so we are unable to verify the veracity of the many transactions. Normally when we pay a monthly fee we receive a statement each month detailing the transactions - we did not receive that with complete savings.
When we passed over our bank details it was in relation to an offer and in the expectation of receiving money back on that purchase not in expectation that we would be having £15 a month taken out of our bank account presumably for the rest of our lives. We have never received a penny back no doubt as a result of our not being bothered to complete the cash back requirements of the purchase which led to our inadvertently signing up and I am sure it can be claimed it was our fault and the only reason we checked all the transactions on our bank statement was because a different company was engaged in inertia selling.

Ignore the bad reviews; it’s apparent that some people didn’t read the clearly stated terms and conditions upon signing up.
You get the first 30 days free with the chance to earn £15 even just from one eligible purchase in that month as you get your “monthly bonus”.
I do believe the system they use could use an overhaul as customer service channels are outdated and the website appears basic.
All of this aside; it makes a good rewards scheme and I would say to anyone interested in earning cash back give this one a try!

Scam. Started to charge me money, and did not say why. Please do not try this.

Experienced gained by me and my friends. We have all cancelled now.
It is great for the first couple of purchases. The purchase is registered quickly, and the cashback payment is sent out quickly. After you have been there for a while, the cashback payments sent within 30 days would be a dream. And I don't want to hear their excuses about their retailers having a long time of something, because I made the purchases with exactly same retailers when receiving the cashback within their promised time frame.
Customer Service is a whole different story - when sending an email, you are promised to be contacted up to 5 working days. Hahaha. There were emails sent previously by my colleagues months ago, which haven't been answered up to this day.
They do send the money back but you have to be very patient. Forget about receiving them within the promised 30 days after you have been a member for a while.

I need to close my bank account for a reason that my account and cards has been compromised and I don't feel safe anymore. I saw this charge from them of £15 monthly, total of £840 since 2015! I asked for a refund and they obliged and since My cards and account were already closed, I gave them my IBAN and told me they would transfer the refund in 10 days but until now, no words from them and no refund was posted on the bank. If this wont be settled, I will file a report to the authorities! I am sure a lot of people has been deceived and was promised of a refund which they did not give back! That's my money that they took!

My husband ordered a pizza from the online retailer Papa Johns and was lured into a promise of savings on further purchases and so gave his details. Forward 5 weeks and a debit of £15 has been taken from our bank account which would have continued each month had we not been vigilant in our banking.
This is at worst a scam and at best not making clear what you are signing up for! Complete Savings if you want credibility be transparent and honest about what people will be paying.
Beware, we are not the only ones to fall foul of this monthly payment!

Beware a bs scheme with a £15 monthly payment. I used it because I thought I could get £16.87 back from a train ticket purchase but I did not get that money back and to to top it off they charged me £15 they money I could have used for bus travel. I want my £15 back. Now cancelled it

It was only when realising £15 was taken out of my account every month did I think to check CompleteSave. I have had several new bank accounts since opening my CS account in 2016, so I do not know how they have obtained my new bank details. Very distressing and disappointing. I have contacted my bank to stop any future payments and to prevent them from taking any new bank details in future.

This company is utter nonsense. Apparently sent a payment to my bank via IBAN transfer over a month ago. When I proved to them that yes the IBAN number is correct but the BIC/SWIFT code they have used is incorrect they kept telling me the SWIFT code I have is wrong (although it's a blatant screenshot of my online banking details) and that the SWIFT code they have is correct. I've jumped through every hoop they've asked me to over the past month but they're still claiming it's my bank's fault and not theirs even though I have provided multiple piece's of evidence that the payment was not received and that the details they have are incorrect. My advice is stay away from this company. I'd give it 0 stars if I was able to!
UPDATE.. Been nearly another 2 week's and still complete savings have not done anything to rectify the situation after receiving multiple forms of evidence to prove I have still not had my welcome bonus or monthly reward, doesn't help that you never speak to an English person it's always a contact centre in the Philippines! Absolute joke of a site!

I have NO idea how this company has my bank details and I have just noticed they have been taking £15 out of my account since December, so I have lost £135.. I have no idea how this company received my bank details or even my email address and I have never registered with them!!

I ordered a Pizza from Papa John's and clicked on a pop-up box that said 'claim your £6 cashback' I was then directed to the 'Complete Savings' website where it started asking personal questions.. I decided not to proceed and backed out of the web page. A couple of weeks later my bank contacted me and warned me that 'Complete Savings' had setup a direct debit on my account! Then a couple of weeks after that they took £15 from my account.. at no point during my brief visit to their webpage did I agree with sign up for a £15 a month membership fee. I've since cancelled my membership via complete savings automated phone system and I shall be following this up with their complaints department!

After booking a flight on last-minute.com complete savings window popped up looked like it was part of booking site reward scheme so I entered my details thinking I will receive a further £15 booking reward.... nowhere was I made aware that (unless buried in long t&C's somewhere)I will be charged£15/month. .I have cancelled after noticing 2 bank withdrawals from my account...so have ended up looking £30... very disappointed with their underhanded tactics

I've been using Complete Savings for about two years and have been very pleased with the amount earned and how swiftly it was paid.
Most of the cashback earned has been though eBay purchases so I was very disappointed to learn, recently, that eBay would no longer be available.
Sorry to say this has lead me to reconsider my subscription, which I have now cancelled.
If eBay is reinstated at some point, or other 'attractive' retailers become apparent, I will have no hesitation in renewing my subscription.

People who say they have had money taken without them knowing , never signed up to it etc are just foolish! If you put your bank details into any form you are giving permission for them to use it and if you’ve not read the clear terms and conditions then it’s your fault!
This is a great scheme and I’ve saved £650 through just shopping through the site. The monthly bonus covers the £15 monthly fee. You only need to spend a few pounds on eBay or somewhere and you’ll get that £15 bonus back! Well worth what is a minimal effort and can’t believe these negative reviews

At the start it seemed good. Then I found reasons were being given for not paying out on purchases. I made a purchase that was logged by them on my account, now they are saying that I had taken it back for refund. This is a complete lie, and I sent proof of this and they will not pay. This was a purchase of £449, they paid out on minus vat. I asked for the reason and they said that was policy. Now they are refusing to pay out on this claim and have put my account in debit until they get the money back.

I have been a member a of complete savings since about two years now. I have emailed the customer support a couple of times regarding a 'loophole' in their system but no one seemed to care. Due to this loophole, I have earned over £7500 (And more everyday) without having to pay a single penny.
If this is not taken care of, £250,000 of free money can be claimed by others as well.
If you guys are seeing this, Please get back to me :).

Why on earth have I not used this before as long as you claim your £15 bonus each month that cancels out the £15 monthly fee its money in the bank I've earned £485 in the past few months like £250 back on my holiday with Thomas Cook...Sadly just canceled cos they arn't using Ebay now but will return when they do...They should introduce an introduction bonus...I would recommend to everyone

How did Complete save get hold of my account information?
I do not know how Complete Save got hold of my Bank account and all the necessary information. I found out in June 2019 that they have been taking £10 out of my account every month since 2012. I have since then been trying to get my money back but they have completely refused to refund the money amounting to £810.
They have given me all the excuses in the world including one that my bank refused the money.
I have called and spoken to so many members of staff including so called managers; they all have fake names. The common ones being Grace Mary, Juliet Mary, Benvenito etc.
This is a fraudulent company. The staff are all well trained, they speak fluent English, they are calm and collected even when they are lying to you. They say that they operate from Indonesia and I cant imagine how they operate here in the UK. They also say that they are not regulated, so who has allowed them to operate here.
They have caused me a lot of stress and anxiety and the fact that they were for such a long time taking money from my account without my knowledge has made me feel very vulnerable to fraud and internet shopping etc.
They claim i signed up with them when either me or a member of my family was buying Theater tickets, but we don't go to the theater, so up to now I don't know how the got my details.
I am sure there are so many people up there who are falling victims of this fraud. Complete save needs to be exposed.
