You two came across as genuine right away, and I dug your business approach. Since moving in, it's been as I expected and that's a good thing. The services have been solid, and there's been great communication. Just make sure that as you hire, you continue to only employ good talent and thoroughly screen the applicants (even if it means a vacant room for an extra few weeks), because that is definitely your differentiating quality.
