I like to give credit where credit is due so I've decided to let everyone know how great the staff are at Comicor.com. Just in case you don’t know who they are, they sell a variety of merchandise for comic book, films, tv shows and games

Leading up to Christmas due to a family emergency I got delayed getting gifts for friends and familiy.

After searching the internet for hours looking at online shops and online market places and after emailing what seemed like hundreds of seller’s and business’s, I found Comicor.

They had an excellent range of items which suited me perfectly especially for some specific people who I still needed to buy gifts for.

I sent off an email to them and within 10 minutes I had a reply, unfortunately they don’t have a contact number. Luckily they were based in Manchester which isn’t too far from me and I was going to make a trip to do some more last minute shopping. I had a pleasure dealing with an excellent customer service agent.

Considering this was the late afternoon on 23/12/13, my main question was can I pick these items up from the warehouse. Like most companies this was not an option however they really went out of the way to help me. I received a called from one of the managers who first of all discussed the different products and not only suggested what products would be suited for the individuals but also gave me an incredible discount as a first time customer.

The solution to the late order was that the manager would go from the office to the warehouse on Christmas Eve and pick up my order and meet me near the Trafford Centre.

Whilst still talking to him I filled up my online shopping cart and completed the checkout. My son is Superman mad and he was definetly pleased with the items I got including a tshirt, USB flash drive and a cap. I also treated my self to a Game of Thrones mug :)

To cut the long story short I met with the manager and received my goods. I was more then pleased with the items especially with the Superman, Batman and Harry Potter keyrings which I got.

He was kind enough not to even accept a tip which I offered, he only requested that I spread the word.

Overall my experience with Comicor.com has been amazing and by looking at their FB page and I can see why. The site is proffessional, secure and works well and the customer service is second to none!

I will definetly be using them in the future and I urge anyone else to try them
