Don't use Comfortable Conservatories at any cost.
Worst customer service. Never do what they say. When asked for refunds or cancellation they blank you out. They take your money by sweet talks, aggressive sales techniques and never respond after sales.
They have numerous complaints logged by customers with ombudsman and will soon be found out and hopefully shut down if sanity prevails.
We cancelled the order within 24 hours due to better offers and service from their competitors like everest, anglia, britelite and safe style who are a lot better and professional organisations.
Despite the T&Cs saying full refunds are provided within 14 days, it's been over 3 months now and we still haven't had our money back or ETA.
Ombudsman advised us to write to their complaints department. Unfortunately Complaints unit are as bad as the rest of their organisation and all run by one person named Samantha Jones who apparently is the director too. They didn't even acknowledge the complaint which was sent recorded delivery.
Directors of this company are as bad as their cowboy salesman and cowboy handymen!
Avoid at all costs folks to save your hard earned money and obtain quotes from above mentioned conservatory firms.

Poor after-sales service - Absolute joke of a customer service
Encountered leaks during the rains and twice appointment was booked and nobody turned up - They only notified that morning after the agreed appointment time - Either traffic or service engineer called sick and seems to be a common occurrence with other customers as well
10-year guarantee on paper - seems only as a luring one to get the sale done
**Recent Update** - Customer service booked an appointment as like before (For 21st May 2018) and as expected nobody turned up and after repeatedly trying on their service number - somebody picked up and promised to look into it and call me back and nobody ever did - So my complaint to Trade standard body now is work in progress (Not sure if these things work but at least its a legitimate complaint against a shoddy business)

We needed to cancel our order for a new conservatory roof when the company's engineer told us that it was not possible to have the style of roof we wanted even though the salesman told us it was.
Having complied with the cancellation procedure we expected to receive a refund of the deposit within two weeks as stated in their literature. This did not happen.
Over the course of the next three months and after several telephone calls and e-mails to Samantha Jones, we still had not received a refund. We were repeatedly told 'I'll look into it'. Nothing happened.
Fortunately we had paid by credit card and so were able to claim the refund from the credit card company. At no time has Comfortable Conservatories made contact with us.
It has become apparent that this company is very reluctant to resolve complaints or make refunds.
Please be very cautious if you are thinking about dealing with Comfortable Conservatories.

Avoid this company at all costs!
In October 2017 following a visit by a senior sales representative from Comfortable Conservatories, I agreed to purchase a Guardian Roof and paid £1500 deposit to Comfortable Marketing.
I subsequently became concerned about Comfortable Conservatories credibility due to the subsequent lack of progress and incorrect information given to me, which suggested to me a company experiencing severe cash flow problems. Upon checking, my fears were confirmed as Comfortable Conservatories Ltd Company Registration number (crn) 08334231 went into liquidation January 2017. The same Directors of the liquidated company are those featured in the brochure I was given by the sales representative.
The 2 page paperwork I received both headed Comfortable Conservatories showed 2 associated companies involved:
The Customer Order form showed Comfortable Marketing CRN 10136137 Vat no 262027628.
The Extended Works form shows
Senior Installations (Norfolk) Ltd trading as Comfortable Conservatories CRN 09957833 ( Vat no 232632826) was set up April 16 prior to the liquidation and is effectively the same company in all but slight change of name, crn and VAT registration number.
It took almost 2 months of emails and phone calls to eventually obtain a refund. 3 lengthy emails addressed personally to the Samantha Jones, the sole Director of Comfortable Marketing were completely ignored.
I was so concerned at the way I was being treated that I phoned the Federation of Master Builders (0330 333777) and also Trust Mark (0333 5550334) as the sales brochure showed Comfortable Conservatories held membership of these organisations. I was told that the 3 associated companies were expelled from membership of the above bodies. Once a company goes into liquidation membership automatically ceases. The organisations concerned had written to Comfortable Conservatories informing them of this but this was ignored and the company continue to mislead the customer by claiming membership of these respected bodies.
Trading Standards office have been sent details of the Consumer Protection Regulations breach to investigate. (Trading Standards consumer advice helpline 0345 4040 506)
I would not have had any dealings with this company had I known this in the first instance.
I eventually managed to get my deposit refunded after 2 months, and a great deal of stress, but only because I was persistent. I was just on the point of taking my claim to the small claims court when I finally received a cheque. My surname name was misspelt and the amount was incorrectly spelt but fortunately it cleared at the bank as the amount in the box was correct.
Never have I come across a more incompetent company.

I had a full refurbishment and ceiling installed in 2015. At the time I thought the workmanship was sub standard but eventually all issues were resolved and I took comfort (regrettably) in the fact that they have a 5 year guarantee). In 2017 the ceiling started to sag and on 19th May 2017 I reported this with photographs and full description of the problem. I kept a log of every call, email and visit knowing I was in for the long haul from my past experience. 9 months later the repair has not been done. Equally concerning, they are no longer a member of the Federation of Master Builders (I wonder why?) and they claim to be a member of the British Association of Conservatory Roof Installers - however this organisation does not appear to exist and when you search for it, who comes up on the search page.... Comfortable Conservatories! Very bad workmanship, very bad customer service and certainly dodgy marketing on their website.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
We contracted them to replace our conservatory roof with a lightweight tiled roof and replace some of our exisiting windows. They were due to start this on the 12th June - to be completed within 4 days. On the day no-one showed up and we were finally informed that the contractors were unable to attend, and this was rescheduled for later in the week. To cut a long story short - we were left with a half complete job for over a month. After threatening legal action, they finally finished the construction at the end of JULY- but we then found out that that they did not get the building regulations certification. This has still not been approved and 4 of the windows they replaced have condensation in them, and despite repeated emails and phone calls Comfortable Conservatories are doing nothing to fix the problem. They are utterly awful and complete cowboys. Do not use them under any circumstances!
