Everyone hates Comcast. It's basically a meme. However, they just keep getting worse and worse. They will raise your fees and sign you up for expensive upgrades without telling you. How they have not been shut down as a criminal enterprise can only be explained with political bribery.

Absolute garbage service and no one cares to fix it. I moved in in July and my internet should be blast to 300mbs. I’m getting around 5-10 on good days. Some days much much worse.

Comcast/Xfinity is the worst company ever!!!! If you want a reliable internet and cable as well as good customer services, don't sign up for Comcast/Xfinity! It is not worthy! I can't even log into my account to pay my bill. My stream TV has not been working for weeks now and Comcast can't get it to work. My internet is often outage and when it is working, it is only running 1/5 of the speed that they promise me! I'll never ever get my internet and cable from this terrible company again!!!!

We called for service tonight ended up talking to Curtis Brown there was a lot way too much background noise so it was hard to hear him. Plus he had an accent maybe a r******* I don't know he told us to chill and have a beer I thought that was inappropriate. He wanted to talk to us about a promotion we were not interested in a promotion. We just wanted to have our TV fixed. He still wanted to talk about a promotion anyways I think the guy does not need to work there anymore it would be appropriate if you had American people there to talk to us Americans who pay for Comcast or give your customers a choice do you want to talk to it Indian Chinese Japanese or American give them a choice. Don't force me to talk to a an Indian person that has their own accent that I cannot understand as an American. You really need help at your company or you're going to lose a lot of people lot of customers.

I have worked with them since July from changing account from my husband (passed) to my name and had to change into the new xfinity program -- what a nightmare!!!! Here it is mid Oct. and I still don't get my e-mails on my laptop. they hooked me up to a new e-mail address which I absolutly don't want. Try to get them on the phone? forget it! you can only talk to machines - and they don't work!!

Comcast is stealing data from customers in order to force them into the more costly unlimited data plan. Comcrap is being bought out by AT&T, so they are forcing customer into their more costly unlimited data plan to help their bottom line.
Stealing data, limiting internet speeds, trying to force people to pay for their modem and charging for service that is useless, sounds like a recipe for another lawsuit.

I have called Comcast 4 times in the past 2-3 months regarding my television not working finally last month I had them disconnect my tv service and lower my internet to a smaller package. 2 calls were in regards to my tv not working. 1. Scheduled me for call back never received it. 2. They sent someone out to fix the tv(which worked for 1 week). 3. Lowered my internet package and was supposed to receive a call back in regards to the tv I paid for 3 months and never got to use for a refund or credit towards my next months balance. Was told not to make a payment until the supervisor or whoever is in charge of refunds and crediting accounts could call back within 7 days I will receive a call. 4. Tonight was told to cancel or reinstate service 175$ was due. Asked for a scheduled call back with someone in charge of making refunds or crediting accounts that it’s a little ridiculous this is the 3rd time I have scheduled a call back or been told I would be called back and never received a call. Very unprofessional. The lady told me she couldn’t schedule a call back with someone in charge because she didn’t know who I wanted to speak to when I asked for a manager or someone in charge. Very frustrating apologize to the call lady on the other line but this is ridiculously absurd. I will never recommend or use Comcast in the future.

The only reason that I give a one star is that 0 stars was not an option. Horrible customer service. They absolutely couldn't care less about your problem with their service. Removed channels, didn't lower the monthly price but offered the channel that they removed back for only $15 a month. Comcast is a joke...a very bad one.

Lots of noise in background . Then when you bring it up it gets worse . They cut you off , make you wait longer for customer service , tell you they don’t have your information right. Tell you to listen to bob Marley advice loyalty song “ Everything going to be will be all right” tease quotes . Then , they have you talk forever to supposed tech support agents , who then say “oh your in Colorado ,not east coast “ I can’t tech support you from here” send you to a another operator in Denver ( where I live) who then try’s to send you back to Philadelphia without even talking to you, and then cuses you out because you tried to tell her , no! don’t do it , she had it correct with Denver , and then hangs
up on you. Abuse is all I can call it. They even cut my line helping and hanging with these people in my neighborhood that harass me all the time. They just plain on the wrong side of morality. If they even know what that is. But unregulated power can do that. This company is bad. Period. Horrible customer service company, I think they do this on purpose to get your loyalty, because they are a monopolized company. Owning people is as high up as you can get with that attitude and they are there. this industry needs to have more cable companies to shrink their monopoly unregulated abuse of power attitude ability. or they can hire me and I’ll be part of the abusers instead.
If you can’t beat them I’ll join them. I think I’m getting used to the abuse and want to be on the right side of it , if it don’t change and I need a job anyway. Be good to be able to spit on people finally instead of get spit on. I guess the abuse finally has gotten through to me. Not in the way they probably intended but if Im going to be a part of it I want to on the right side.The Donald honestly needs to bring in competition from other places. So they have to earn customers . No swamp anymore here either. And earn them everyday. And never get so comfortably complacent as they are now. We need monkeys running cable tv not one , two or 3 big gorillas . We need a bunch of monkeys. Its just to big in our society and important to do , and have it any other way, and its America . MAGA. comcast is a scam company , twice I got the shaft , and there service for the internet is bad , I had they come to my home 4 times to fix the internet, from going in and out , and still have the problem , so I talked to my neighbor , to see if it was just me, and she told me she was having the same problem, then I was roped into getting a triple play or one year,, well I could not get the phone through my internet box , tried to call them ,they said no problem we will take care of it, it was like over a month pass , I got a bill for over two hundred dollars for there screw up , they never took it off the bill, next scam from comcast , i changed banks and gave the info to comcast and gave them 30 day notice , well the scamcast still tried to take it from the old bank , and of course there was no money , so i went to the office to try and straight this out , and well because of there mess again , i have to pay 25 dollars fee , , thank GOD im moving soon , and i can finally get rid of the scamcast company for good,

Not good service. Internet was spotty and was constantly having to reset the modem. The customer service was terrible and not helpful at all, and trying to get rid of their service was a pain. Generally speaking have not had a good experience with comcast.

I called to set up new service on 9/3/19. They send a tech on 9/6 who tells me he can't do it because they need to put in an underground line. The distance is 500 feet by the way. They couldn't tell me this when I signed up. Two weeks later, and 7 phone calls later a tech finally shows up to say they won't do it. So I have been without any internet or t.v. for 2 weeks and this is how a new customer gets treated. Poorly run company with terrible customer service. I have been dealing with a call center overseas who clearly do not have a clue how to do things. I would never recommend them to anyone.

The worst costumer service, for me is 0 stars. I've talked to at least 6 agents and 2 support agents and now I have to pay 70.dollars to a technitian to check the conections, if everything is ok then they send another to connect the line outside the house. I even try to cancelthe service, the one that I do not have but they keep on transfering me to another person. Bad bad service. I will tell every person in my family not to get comcast.

I’ve had Xfinity for over two years now I’m amazed at the fact that I set the TV to a certain volume and if I fall asleep in front of the TV gets a reset in the middle the night and all of a sudden is at half volume wakes me up I’m also amazed at the fact that it seems to go through a timeout thing and then gets stuck on this loop of ads that’s almost impossible to get out until you reset the receiver! Not to mention the BS programming from 35 to 40 years ago that’s all over the place needs to go I’m pretty sure there’s a newer more up to date programs we can watch

I wouldn’t give any star if here is such option, make sure when you doing any updates of service, transfer or cancel , you should make sure to take a warranty that the action was made , otherwise you will end up with extra charges for service you stopped using ((( representatives are not quite professional, I end up with closing account incorrect two times !!! And still I have to follow up , because their system is not about qualified service for customers. They have issues with confirmation letters and representatives , now I have to pay in BEST case !!! for seven extra days I am not using the service ((( but they already charged my credit card for month I didn’t use . And nobody told that the account us being closed properly as soon as I return equipment, and first representative I spoke a month ago said that actually I will receive deposit for the equipment when I return it . Which is incorrect info , now instead of find that representative I should follow up with Comcast several time and explain and still getting wrong confirmation letter. Unbelievable waste of my valuable time! Angry ? Not , I am furious really. I just found out last week that first I should return equipment then my account getting closed and they will stop to charge me . And even representatives are not able to give me exact amount of equipment if here is any case I am not able to return , so I can pay and close it eventually. Instead of confirmation I had to take the IDs of representative , even though is is useless as I can see .

The amount of ads I have to suffer through is really incredible considering the Comcast service costs me $200/month. If my husband wasn't locked into Comcast because of local sports channels, I would have dropped them years ago.
Also, every time I call, I ask to opt out of their "surveys" but they repeatedly robocall me with a survey after every call anyway. Isn't that against FTC regulations?

Worst service I have ever experienced. Internet goes out every single day. Often times it is a connect then drop then connect then drop type of situation but every single time I am actually trying to do something important, it goes down completely. It's almost as if the connection is only good when you are not using it. Waste of time and money. They don't fix the issues. They just try to get you to pay more for things that don't even work. I get better service using my cellphone hotspot. What a joke of a company.

You guys should be ashamed of charging people what you charge,there's a charge for everything, you call and all you get is some third party agent from the middle east that cant speak or understand English, comcast is a terrible cable service, the bill goes up without a notice, they take channels out that were included and now have to be subscribed, these are the reasons why alot of people are streaming netflix/ kodi, everyone should stream to put comcast out of business since all they do is RIP people off, comcast is an ongoing sham/ scam.

Had Xfinity Mobile Services 10 months ago, and was not satisfied with services. I cancelled services and switched to a better carrier, 10 months later they charged my card for over $1000.00 without any consent or knowledge. I called them to discuss and they claimed it was for the cell phones, however, they also stated it was in collections and then sent out of collections. To my knowledge, you can't charge someone for an old bill once it reaches collection. This is an unfair and scheming practice from this company, I will never do business with this company ever. It is illegal to charge someone without any written notice or consent.

Terrible service i have been trying all summer to get my outside cable fixed they schedule a appointment we wait no one shows up today is the 6th time waiting for someone in a month. I'm sure again no one will show up. Customer service is outsourced and terrible very hard to even get a live person and when you do they tell you the same thing everytime it's so so frustrating. They never try to make things right with you cause they don't care. But the bill keeps getting higher for less. wish i didn't have to use them. AWFUL. Come on comcast fix my outside wires this is ridiculous. I even have pictures of how bad it is they didn't want to see them. I pay my bill every month if i don't pay they shut it off if they don't show it's ok?????
