Ran into some possible Dutch scammers that used Cointopay as their currency system. After going through normal communication procedures with the company, they stopped communicating with me and I did not receive a refund for products and services unrendered. My wife told me to contact Cointopay to see if they could contact them. Cointopay got a hold of the company I bought products and services through and told me the man had "fallen ill." Giving the benefit of the doubt I remained patient. Eventually I was credited the full amount through Cointopay for the company.

Cointopay's staff are very responsive and friendly. The are understanding and knowledgeable. Money is a stressful subject, yet they are gracious and professional.

The interface for the wallet and website itself is a bit clunky, counterintuitive, and there is little documentation. This is made up by their terrific customer service. I recommend working with them.
