Transferred £800 to Coinify 6 days ago through blockchain.info for the purchase of bitcoin. HSBC confirmed the payment went through straight away. I have not seen the bitcoin nor have I heard from them. Their UK number just rings out. It does not take 6 days to pass an exchange through the blockchain. Should take about 10mins max. I contacted blockchain.info as there is no email for coinify and they would not send me their contact, only saying that someone might contact me in 2 days. I wan't my money back. If you are reading this do not trust the intermediary crypto companies such as coinify.com, blockchain.info, coinbase etc If they are clever enough (which they are) They will take you money, hang onto your cash and wait for the best time for them to exchange so they take a bigger cut. I'm convinced they are just as corrupt has the banks. It defeats the whole purpose of getting into a de-centralized currency. I've now learnt this. If you want my advice, go straight peer to peer though Bitsquare or Local Bitcoins etc.. It will take 10 mins and you will get a much better deal plus the satisfaction of a real exchange with a real person. Not another corporation looking to squeeze you for all your worth. Their excuse will probably be there's been too much of a backlog of exchanges going on. If that's the case then refund me my money back if you don't have the bitcoin yet and cannot provide the service you sold me. Simple as that. I am now currently seeking legal action in the UK.
