One of the worst customer service on the whole planet.
I regularly ordered from them and decided to stop ordering because most of the time, a delivery arrives damaged and it takes months to get a refund or replacement.
Once, they didn't send the delivery and refunded after 2 months. Today, 19th August and they don't have a solution for a damaged order sent from 26th of July.
Ladies at their customer service are extremely rude.

I placed an order on the 20 July and received a delivery confirmation between 26 and 30 July. Almost 3 weeks later, no product has arrived. The only thing their customer service say is that I have to wait "days or WEEKS" for them to verify where is my item. Appalling behaviour! No respect for the customers. Just want my money back.

.Very bad experience. Today my parcel arrived. I mentioned my order to leave my parcel to the neighbors. Because it was a late hour when no one came to answer. The man delivery put my package near the door at the exit and left. Practically left my parcel in the street, lucky that no one took it,and I was pay for it to be safe . usually when no one responds at home they put to the collection point to pick up after .Website is fantastic and many offers.I houpe in the future is not happen again

I am concerned reading the bad te as I have ordered twice and I have had no problems. It is like they are talking about a different company. I think they are based in France but they have always delivered within the estimated time, although it always takes it longer than other companies I have used. Good packaging and no issues. I am concerned to order again just in case I experience the same as the bad reviews. But up to this point I am happy with the service.

It's hard to believe that I am using the same company that got all these bad reviews. My experience has been nothing but perfect. Good product, amazing price. less than half price (frontline pet flea spray usually around £50 for 500ml) only paid £22.
Will use again. Delivered when I wanted, Where I wanted, received txts and emails tracking my parcel.
I ordered the product and then after reading the reviews became quite worried but woke up this morning with an email telling me it was ready to pick up from a local shop. picked it up and everything was fine. absolute bargain.

Very bad experience. Missing items and cocooncener didn't take the responsibility and refused to refund me for the missing items in the parcel after I provided documents that they requested me to provide. Terrible customer service. Won't use their website any more. Be alert, avoid them. More ridiculous is that they have a landland number but their manager doesn't speak English even, not capable to speak to customers, only replying on his/her employees to handle.

Potential fraudulent company. NOT buy.
Item never arrived, ask for refund, they reply will refund when they receive the item back, which is NOT right, as it is different from the situation that you received the item and want to return it. In fact, wait for ages, they will never get back to you, so does the money.
Costumer is the worst: the most racist, manipulating and insulting customer to cover their fault. Really cannot believe such company and service exists.

Was worried because of the negative reviews, but I need not.
I ordered a Philips Sonicare Diamondclean and Airfloss. Compared to UK (Boots prices) I was set to make a very significant saving, so I thought that even if I have to wait for the delivery, it was worth it. To make sure that I would not have issues, I opted for the additional delivery insurance (£1.75). I ordered on the 2nd of April. I chose Chronopost as a courier on the French side, because I know they are the best in France. I received an email from Chronopost on the 3rd of April, saying that they had the parcel in transit. I received a text message on the 5th of April from DPD telling me that my parcel was going to be delivered. I was given the name of the driver and a 1 hour time slot. Also given the option to reschedule if I were not going to be in. My parcel was delivered at the time indicated.
The Sonicare was in its original box and placed within a larger cardboard box, with padding on the sides. It arrived in pristine condition. I went onto the Philips webside and registered the product, so I know that it is under manufacturer's warranty.
I am delighted. I was delivered in 3 days, everything in order.

Ordered Covermark leg makeup over a month ago. Money taken from my account on 30 October. It is now the 18 June and no ordered received. No means of contacting them unless I want a foreign-language phone conversation. They seem to deliver fairly promptly through Amazon, but if you re-order through them you are unlikely to receive your order.

I placed an order to go to a DPD collection point. No system in place for advice on arrival and cocooncenter simply denied responsibility. I asked for their CEO details for complaint and was advised this is 'confidential information'. SO we've got to the stage where company CEO details are secret and therefore unaccountable. Just like the EU itself.

Why the negative reviews?
I ordered from Cocooncenter skin care products on Sunday, were shipped on Monday and arrived in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on Thursday. Packaging was great and then even put two small, free samples of other skin care products. I don't understand why there are attacked. Could it be competitors trying to kill this website?

Worst company ever. Last time I brought an item and there was leakage but they didn’t care and just refuse to replace or send me a new one after I have shown them evidence of leakage. This time they sent to my address instead of the parcel shop I requested. The parcel then got delivered to someone I don’t know and they refused the parcel claim. So I paid for something I will never receive! Rediculous company . They never care about the customer .

I will be very short. I had exactly the same bad experience of the other people writing on the website. I have ordered end of August some Biocyte products (#CUK-13792153-COC) and I have not received it. I have written to the customer service and answers were ambiguous and always the same "Dear customer,
We have already sent the documents to postal services and the investigation is in progress.
Postal services need a few days to handle the investigation, we will provide you an update as soon as we get it.
We stay at your disposal and wish you a nice day.
Cocooncenter UK Team"
I open a claim with paypal which was useless because they vendor has provided a tracknumber which is sufficient for Paypal to say they are in the right!!

Having placed order with Cocooncenter I was surprised that I could not have it delivered to my home. NO problem the designated pick up location you provided was close enough.
Having received NO WORD on the status of delivery I went back and checked the order found the tracking info and followed the link
To my surprise the order was attempted to be delivered to a different pick up location which refused the order.
I contacted the seller only to receive an abrupt email stating that the order was being returned and when it was returned I could then ask for a refund.
No follow up on delivery status
No attempt to contact me when there was issue with delivery
No attempt to redirect to the CORRECT pick up location
No real explanation given Abrupt and unhelpful response Obviously You don't want the business
The pick up location and delivery was Cocoon choosing not mine
Overall ridiculous and unreliable My first and last time using this provider

I really don't understand bad reviews. I have been ordering from them for about 3 years now and getting my usual Vichy, Avene products. Always gets here on time - you have to consider the fact it is being shipped over form France. I never had bad experience! Always competitive prices, really recommended!

Saw Skinceuticals serum on their site. They are in France and I telephoned them to ask what the expiration date of it was - as Vitamin C is an extremely perishable item. The girl that answered had a bad attitude and was just plain ignorant. As a result, I told her I'd do my business elsewhere. With an attitude like that, just imagine if you received something from them that needed returning!
