NEGATIVE STARS. I ordered a watch from them when they had a “just pay shipping” special, and was sneakily signed up for a recurring membership- $40 for the next month’s watch. I definitely did not want another watch, let alone more of the PLASTIC, BROKEN GARBAGE I received. STAY AWAY.

Like many others, I was a victim of the $40 "subscription" charge. If you say something is free and that you'll only charge for shipping, then stay true to your word. Stop sneaking charges in there and misleading customers. Hope you selling your soul(s) for $40 at a time is worth it to you.

This website will scam you and steal from you. Just like every other person on here, I ordered an iPhone case thinking it was free and only shipping and unknowingly, I was signed up for a subscription and charged $25 a month later. Not to mention after you order they will ask you several times if you want to add something to the order and after a few times of clicking no they switched the yes and no button and I accidentally ordered a pair of headphones which they charged me another $25. When I asked for immediate refund for those they took forever to answer back and only refunded me half the money.

This company is nothing but a bunch of cons and baters! I purchased a few items because they were running a promotion because they stated, they were trying to get their name and brand out there. I thought, why not.. The item was free and it would've been a fun thing to do. Not so fun, AT ALL!
A month later, they charged me $115 for items that I never picked and said I purchased them! They said when I bought the promotion items that I enrolled in a monsthly subscription! I exchanged many emails with them about returning my money and they told me, "If you looked around a little more, you would see there is a subscription". Mind you, nothing is stated about this while making a purchase.
After many emails they told me they would refund me 50% of my money and cancel the order because it's only fair.. FAIR?! HOW IS THIS FAIR? They keep their merchandise, don't have to ship anything to me, and I only get half my money back! I told them what's fair is that they keep their merchandise and I keep my money but then their scam doesn't work and they don't make money.
Since I told them that's not acceptable, they said they will be shipping out the items, which again, I didn't choose or agree to. I wrote several emails about how to return the items, and you guessed it.. crickets.. I do care about the money they stole from me but more importantly, I will not stand for a dishonest business to continue conning and bating people into a scam.
STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE GUYS! THEY STEAL, CON, BATE AND SWITCH, AND OFFER A 50% REFUND TO MAKE IT A FAIR DEAL.. I'LL BE SURPRISED IF THEY STAY IN BUSINESS MORE THEN 6 MONTHS.

I've read your response and thank you for the reply. Unfortunately, I'm not sure if you read my review correctly of if you have some sort of reading disability. If the latter is the case, I apologize, but I wanted to clarify to you why I'm disappointed with your company.
For starters, I'm not sure where you got the amount of four. I never stated I purchased so-called amount. I did purchase three though, yes. Secondly, you stated that I tried to scam you because I purchased more than one because only one was allowed? The definition of a scam is "a dishonest scheme", which is precisely what your company did. If only one was allowed, why did you allow me to purchase it? If someone were to buy 100, wouldn't that purchase still have gone through? I wasn't trying to hide the fact that I was purchasing more than one. So, I'm confused. Where is the scam on my behalf?
I'm not sure when you stated, "We did our best to try to mitigate your losses AND ours (shipping, handling fees, loss of 4 free items, etc)." where your loss would come in? I made my contact immediately and there was nothing shipped. Your rep said that she would actually cancel the order but could only return half my refund. So that means - no shipping fees for Clusiv, no handling fees for Clusiv, no loss of items for Clusiv and I get to keep half the money Clusiv stole from me. Yes, that sounds absolutely fair (this is called sarcasm in case you are not familiar). Also, where is the loss of four free items? YOU CHARGED ME $115 FOR THREE ITEMS I DIDN'T WANT OR CHOOSE! I understand that you couldn't care less about your victims but would it hurt to actually read what we wrote?
Yes, it's a shame that I got scammed three times when I had the opportunity to be scammed once. The point is, it's not how much money we are all out (although it does add insult to injury) but the fact that Clusiv scammed these people and I. You were dishonest with your dealings. Anyone who purchased the promotion could see that. We didn't ask for this. Clusiv promoted this offer and hooked us into something we didn't want. Clusiv came to us, we didn't come to you.

I was charged, like many others before me a premium subscription which I never wanted and you have now taken $56 out of my account which I wasn't aware of, and have turned around and said I could have cancelled this subscription but how could I cancel something that I didn't know existed? And even after that, you won't allow a refund on the item if I sent it back.
I'm prepared to write many more reviews to make more people aware of this scam. Please get back to me so we can possibly come to an understanding because what you've done is just wrong.

If u order something from Clusiv they automatically sign u up for a recurring subscription. However they hide this in the small part of a paragraph in their terms. Dishonest way of doing things. STAY AWAY. Ordered a phone case from the via an IG promotion. After over 2 weeks I reached out to see what the issue was. I was fed some line about it being a high demand item. I thought nothing of it since it was a promotion. I hadn’t invested much so if they were a fraud it wouldn’t have costed me much. 30 days later, out of sight out of mind I received an email from Clusiv thanking me for my $35 purchase. I figure they finally got their stuff together and shipped my initial item.(after a month+) My concern was that I had not spent $35 and would not have. Turns out they charged my card and processed an additional order for me. I’d not knowingly subscribed to a recurring order service. I was furious! Why would I and it’d been over a month since my first order and I haven’t even gotten the first one yet? I reached out that same day however they refused to issue a refund although I let them know that I had not requested the item and that it was a mistake. This is their business model. Apparently trick you into giving your payment info and charging you for something you don’t want with no refund....::: And as a retort To the reply below. If there’s no dishonest intent and you are aware that there are people who impulsively buy and fall victim to the inconspicuously posted subscriptions why not grant them the ability to cancel? If within hours of making the order? I get it. U make money off of us impulse buyers. Just own it.

Crooked. Online scam site . Charges $5 a month ago to receive phone case . Never came , they send Siam email saying package delayed or backed up with a fake usps tracking link that never seems to leave China . You Then weeks later they try and charge $25 on the card you used fir the $5 phone case . Beware beware beware !!

SCAM. Any of the 5 star reviews given are fake. They do enough to where you can't file a claim on them, but clearly they are selling cheap products and banking on the fact that people like me will make the mistake of buying a free product while paying shipping, and not reading section 6 of the terms and agreement to find out that we will have a recurring payment afterwards.

More like a scam. They send you the trial product in 6 weeks and before the product arrives they already ship you your next product and charge you for that. Product quality is extremely bad. Tried cancelling the next order within a day and they refused to do that. Please do not subscribe or buy from this service

It is fine to have a 30 day cancellation if your policy states that i should get the product in 10 - 28 days and then i have time to see the product before cancelling. But if due to your shipment issues the product reaches me in 1.5 months you should extend the cancellation as well.

They are breaking the every EU law. Such things are forbidden in the EU and I'd have rights to sue their effin asses.
First of all, I thought it might be a nice store because I saw an ad from instagram.
Then a month later they charge me $40 for some ugly watch that costs like 5€ on Clas Olson and other stores.
There's no way to cancel this crap or end my "subscription". I wrote to support(at)clusiv.co and I got no response.
THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS! I SAW NOTHING ABOUT SUBSCRIPTION WHEN I ORDERED THIS CRAP! I DONT GIVE A SINGLE EFF IF IT WAS IN THEIR TOS! INSTAGRAM OPENS THINGS ON ITS OWN BROWSER AND THERE WAS NO WAY TO NAVIGATE.

There was no trial info, I have no account yet I receive emails from you and suddenly I received an email about my "ordered" product. Where was it mentioned that I'll be billed monthly? WHERE?! DON'T SHOW ME IT FROM PC OR YOUR MOBILE SITE. SHOW ME THAT ON INSTAGRAM BROWSER! Show me, where?! I don't trust you guys anymore, since there was no such information. You can easily edit it and turn it against me and I'm not the only one who is having such problems as it would appear.
Do you know that it in the EU it's illegal to do what you are currently doing? You are breaking the law.
Also, there's no possibility to cancel subscription from the website. I had to send you an email.
You know what my first impressions were? I thought that it's a great store and I was about to recommend it to my friends and family, but obviously not anymore. I would've used your store in the future, but I won't certainly do that anymore. My experience has been awful.
If there's anything I'd recommend it's to have just a regular store and also subscription based service where a costumer could choose what they want. I just got charged $40 for an ugly watch (looked ugly on the picture) and why would I need a new watch every month? Also, if you want to be an international company then you should obey also to the laws of the EU. In the EU it's illegal to charge costumer for unsubscribing and lately there was a law passed that customers can't be fined after if they choose to stop the service.
I'll be looking forward to end my subscription and hopefully you'll change your business strategy so you'd get more customers in the future and as I saw you replied to some people "thousands of people love us". It kinda reminded me the Kitchen Nightmare's episode of the Amy's Baking Company.
Admit your flaws and work on them. I wish you lots of luck in the future, however, I must say that I won't be your customer in the future.
Edit: I got the issue sorted out. They won't refund me (which would be against the laws of the European Union, but it's not a EU company, so there's nothing I can do). Next time I'll order from local companies.
The customer service (the emails we've exchanged) was very nice.
The Instagram promotion was misleading and it might be not entirely their fault. You can see their ToS and everything from their website viewed on the PC.

After placing my order I realized I typed in the wrong shipping address so I immediately emailed them to correct it for me. One of their agents, Cynthia, responded the same day and took care the issue for me. I received my watch 10 days later in great condition! I absolutely love my Tempus watch! Excellent product with superb customer service. Thank you!

I read through some of the other reviews and I have to be honest... the subscription is pretty obvious I feel like if you make a mistake as a buyer you have to own up to it. I ordered a free trial item and wasn't interested in the subscription so I immediately cancelled once I received the subscription confirmation email. Love what Clusiv was trying to do... just get some buzz about their company out there! Don't pay attention to the haters Clusiv! Loved the Neaera sunglasses and my boyfriend got the Tempus watch! We'll be customers again.

Can't do it. I'm at day 28 and still haven't received my order. Cancellation sent and I have a receipt. I have also notified my credit card to reject any future charges from you. You only get one chance to make a first impression.

Clusiv automatically signed me up for a subscription without my knowledge and I didn’t have an account with their company so making a subscription I’m sure isn’t possible, they withdrew $70 out of my account and have refused to refund the money I have read the terms and conditions of their company and found a way to get my money back and instead of refunding what is mine they waited until the order was shipped to say no
Big scam products aren’t worth what you pay for either and shipping takes 3 or more weeks

Check the contract very carefully before you buy anything. A purchase on this site sets you up for a monthly contract with the company.
When I tried to log in to the company's website to cancel the contract, it said there is no account associated with my email address, despite my having recently received a confirmation via email that they have taken this month's payment from my debit card.

This website is basically a scam. Absolutely do not order anything from their website. I ordered a phone case from them a month ago which still has not been shipped. I emailed them about it and they responded a week later saying their products “went viral” and it would be a while before they could ship my item. They also charged me a random 25 bucks a month later with no email stating why or for what cause. However, it was not clearly stated any future charges would occur. The people running this company are criminals.

The 5 star reviews are fake for sure. This is a SCAM and is manipulative. Same issue as the others. They offer a free item “just pay shipping” then sign you up for a “membership” which is $40 and apparently they will send a watch worth $10 (if that). I did this back in November and the watch still hasnt showed up. By the time you recognize what they did you fall out of the window for refund. This is fradulent, manipulative and the intent is to scrape money out of your bank before you can refund or notice in time you signed up for something. Shame on you and I hope you fail. This is criminal.
