Our office went through a lot of management and we tried out all kinds of services. Finally CloudTalk let us integrate some of our useful services like SalesForce and Freshdesk. It's got a great interface and it's easy to figure out. You don't have to watch hours of training videos to understand the system. Most importantly for my business you can initiate calls, customize fields in order to maintain detailed notes and then share those details with the users in our office who need them. The online dashboard gives you an understanding of how things are working with easy access. It's been a lifesaver, and it's budget friendly too!

I’ve been using freshdesk for ticketing and CloudTalk for it’s cloud phone system capabilities. The integration of CloudTalk and Freshdesk works perfectly and I can easily initiate calls, write notes, share contact details within the apps.. The online dashboard for reporting provides useful data about my call center representatives so I can easilly track SLAs, pickup times, queue times and all the necessary metrics.
