Software lacks some of the most basic of functions that is needed to run a front desk. One only find this out when trying to find out how to do something, as the Knowledge base / online helps lacks explicit details. There are too many to list in a review. But that list is long and getting longer every day. I have been live for 6 weeks.
The support team are very close to being 100% ineffective. Mostly they do not understand the issue but will send ridiculous videos and screen shots showing something else about the software that was not asked about. There are a couple of stars in that team - but they appear to be more senior or second level and are not first responders.
The on-boarding process is difficult. again. - lots of confusion over some specific aspect so of the software and how it really works.
You can suggest new features - which I do. I do see though that some of the most basic of updates that are needed were requested up to three years ago. Which makes me think - are they really listening to their customers?
I really wanted to love this software. But right now cloudbeds needs to step back , fix some basic flaws in 1) the software itself, 2) support system, process and people and 3) start listening to customers.

If you have to contact their support, don’t hold your breath. You’ll be luckily if you’re being answered after a third reminder.
Being promised certain updates that are crucial to our business for almost a year.

It's great to use Cloudbeds, because everytime we got problem they will reply immediately. And it's really can save our time to control all our rooms selling between different reservation platform. We're absolutely will recommend this system to everyone.

We are a 9-room Bed&Breakfast in Vermont and have been using Cloudbeds products for 2 years now and have only wonderful positive things to say about the company, its products and its team. No, it is not the cheapest product out there, if you are looking for one. If you are looking for cheap, expect very basic functionality and zero support. In fact, we think Cloudbeds are underpriced - they offer just about everything industry giants are offering, but for a very reasonable price. Their extremely flexible and customizable set of tools is second to none. Go Cloudbeds!

Support is very good.
But needs some more improvement in the area of reservation and cancellation method when it is in conjunction with the hotel's website.
I appreciate if you include some mechanism to improve the modification and cancellation after a reservation is made through our own site.
