I have been using Clinique for many years - I usually try to buy in store when there are free gifts with purchase.

Just before christmas i decided to order online - such a mistake. Parcels took ages to arrive (just under a month and i had given leeway for the busy season) and the communication was non existent. Really disappointing.

I still love their products but next time I will simply go to a store to collect instead of trusting the online store.

I was a faithful Clinique user until about 3 or 4 days ago I use the 7 Day Scrub I have been using Clinique products for about 25 to 30 years I started using the 7-Day formula because I have extremely sensitive skin and it's hard for me to find products for my skin I used it two times on my face and neck I have burn marks on my face and neck where the product burn my face and neck with red blisters and sores and it itches and it hurts extremely bad I took it back to my local Ultra Beauty and got my money back. At my local Ulta Beauty they force you to buy products you don't need or want I asked to come meet lady for the lavender lip gloss and she gave me the rosewater and it completely washes my face out sometimes I feel compelled to buy the products because I'm almost 60 years old and I'm a very small elderly woman and the woman that was waiting on me was a very large woman and I felt very intimidated at Clinique in the Ulta Beauty in Hanford California he pushed products on me that I did not need or not and I won't I was very intimidated by her height and by her size my experience at Ulta Beauty has been good up until I was forced to get something and my experience with Clinique at Ulta Beauty has not been completely positive I was happy when Clinique was in my local got shots put the local got shots moved away so I'm reporting this product as being it burnt my skin and I have blisters on my face and burn sores on my face and neck from using Clinique products.

i have been using Clinique for a very long time. Their new site is terrible. It has been malfunctioning and having bugs for far too long. They have a "gift" that has not been included in my order and a promo code that doesn't work. I am so tired of this bs.

Products are okay but not effective too much... There are much cheaper products also available at the market, but if you want to show off on a waste product like this then only go and purchase it.

Clinique cares little for the individual customer and could care less about the needs of its community. All that matters is money. Because I had an order that I wanted to sent back because they changes their makeup colors without me realizing it. I got a few retourn labels and none worked! I went to 3 different package shops so I can be sure.
So I told them. After weeks of no answer I got a new one. And also a bill from a inkasso company that doubled the bill.
A bit unfair because I had to wait forever for my retournlabels. They claim that clinique would not sent out codes that dont work. And I mean, that can happen!! Still the online shop claims that they dont want their items back and that I have to pay the bill and the inkasso service.
Not very nice after I let them know that I had multipe contacts with clinique. Per phone and mail and their online service.
Once I sent it off and it came back after 2 weeks after I payed for the retourn label!!
Kinda sad about it because you are my favorite brand of all time.
But wont order again. only go to stores.

One of the products I bought (an eyeliner) arrived very broken but I could not return it or get a refund. I'll never buy online again from Clinique. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is because I am in love with All About Eyes, it's the only eye cream I've ever tried that actually does what it says and gets rid of my dark circles, when used as directed.

I don't know if it's my body or this cosmetics.. But I had allergic reactions on my body and wouldn't use it one more time.

I hate to say it but it's true. I have tried this make up over and over again and I break out. The same with my sister also. The only thing I can use is lipstick maybe. I've tried the sensitive skin products and I broke out even more. So, for me, it's a no.

I really loved clinique. Their customer service was always excellent. However, they started to send me emails everyday, even after I unsubscribed. Customer service says it takes 7days to stop, but I hope they are able to stop them as soon as possible. One thing I do not understand is, when I check the server, there are no clinique emails seen. I can see these ad emails only on Mac mail software.

I purchased Clinique liquid facial soap and, after 3 and a half month, it changed its consistency and started smelling bad. I use it daily but today I noticed it. It's the second time it has happening. Now my face is worse with redness, breakout and swelling.
