I've been using their products for yrs so that's not the issue. The issue is their apparent cancellation policy and inadequate customer service. I accidentally placed an order because I wanted to see the total cost. I called them within less than 10 mins of placing the order and they said they couldn't cancel it since it was already submitted. And it can only be cancelled within 30 mins. Yet it was less than 10 mins before...I told her that I literally just placed the order and she said there was nothing she could do about it. And something about a 3hr window. And when I get the order, I can have it shipped back. That's seriously a messed up policy. To be honest, this whole situation has made me start looking at other company's products instead. I don't anticipate they will care if they lose a loyal customer who's used their products for over 20yrs. So my search for another company begins....

Guys, this brand is my love without any words, I really love them all, foundation fits me well, cover my skin as the light vuale, mascara also very good, moreover all that products are cruelty free

I use a few clinique products loyally, so this is not about product quality. The products are great as long as you don't ever have to access customer service. I have had a couple of products just disappear from the site. The staff on the live chat have no idea. They give "matching products" that make no sense, they keep you chatting for 30-40 minutes without helping, they can't seem to find out whether a product is out of stock (the site should be redesigned to better reflect this) or discontinued, this all goes in circles forever without them figuring out answers or solutions. They apologize a lot but it doesn't make up for the lack of knowledge. Escalating doesn't seem to make any difference. I really need to try to find replacements for the products I use.

Love Clinique - works with my skin and pricing is fair compared to many other pricey brands which don't do as good of a job.

Clinique.com is the WORST online company. The website blows, customer service is grossly incompetent and their rewards program is a joke! Someone hacked my account and all their service rep could do was recommend changing my password and removing my cc#. I was on the hook for the $200 in products that were ordered and shipped to TX (I lived in CT!). Four months later I decided to give them one more chance, I placed an order and used PayPal for payment, got an email the next day saying "sorry, we can't complete your order, call us". Screw Clinique!! It is now my mission to warn others of their incompetence. Stay away from this site and save yourself aggravation!!!

i have been using Clinique for a very long time. Their new site is terrible. It has been malfunctioning and having bugs for far too long. They have a "gift" that has not been included in my order and a promo code that doesn't work. I am so tired of this bs.

It's my love for the last 3 years. I use this range for my face. It's perfect for my skin type. My face is always fresh and healthy. Thanks a lot for Clinique.

I used Clinique till my 28th birthday and it was ok. But when my skin became more problematic and with wrinkles, I changed the skin treatment because I found formulas that better treat my skin than products of this brand.

Clinique customer service is very rude and not helpful at all. They also don’t have much knowledge and change the rules as they go. You get a different story about their cancellation and return policy from different representatives. Furthermore, ordering online is a nightmare. They advertise these gifts with purchase but always claim that they run out of gifts with purchase and yet keep the advertisement up on their site to mislead people. This is true when ordering Clinique through Macy’s online as well. I was cheated out of gifts with purchase on several occasions. I let it go before but I don’t want anymore people to be misled by false advertisements. I know that the gifts with purchase are while supplies last, but I find it hard to believe that receiving an email telling me that the deal just started and that I am one of the first ones to hear about it leads to them being out of stock within minutes. Anyways, I am rambling out of frustration. I just want everyone to know that getting your gift with purchase is very unlikely to happen. Also they don’t allow for order cancellations unless you cancel 30 minutes after placing an order. And they do not value their customers at all. I am so disappointed that as much as I like their products I will no longer shop with Clinique. Please don’t put yourselves through the misery with this brand. Not worth your energy or money.

Been using Clinique products for 25 years. Great products fairly priced. Their website is deplorable. Can’t imagine why a long-standing top brand would allow their website to be so poor.

This is the WORST company ever to order on line. The first time I ordered, they really messed up the order, late shipping and left out an item. Not delivered as promised at all. I thought ok, one time mistake. WRONG. I just ordered 5 items. What a mess. Only two showed up on time. Back ordered the rest. Waited 2 weeks. No product. Called and I was on the phone for over 20 minutes trying to straighten out the problem. I was asked 4 times my shipping address and billing address. The customer service rep just kept reading from a script. It was awful. Spoke with a supervisor, result, they sent me samples of only one of the items that was on back order and I had to beg for those. Also, the other item, they do not carry samples of. Just got an email notice that the back order will be out sill another two weeks and once it reaches 4 weeks, they cancel the order. I called to get clarification on that, again the rep read from a script. So I said "I have to wait another two weeks for my product" her response was just "yes." Why aren't they producing the product to meet demand. What a night mare. Total phone time with calls 45 plus minutes. Emails; at least 9 or 10. Worst experience ever and I am so upset I gave this company a second chance. Not worth the headache and time. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Do not. I do not write reviews normally because it is time consuming however, I feel it important that people know this company does not train their employees well, they do not follow thru on their orders nor do they try and resolve it in a professional manner. Their supervisors are tursk and are in no way willing to compensate a customer for their troubles or try to resolve issues. They also hire people who are very difficult to understand. I give this company a zero and am extremely disappointed. I will have not problem to NOT recommend them.

Products are okay but not effective too much... There are much cheaper products also available at the market, but if you want to show off on a waste product like this then only go and purchase it.

Save on a road rage! I receive my order of an eye shadow with a finger nail running right through it! Colors on the computer screen does not even come close to the actual ones they have in their stores. The lighting is very poor when you walk into the mall despite them giving you the table lamp and the best they can do is give you a few samples to take home with! You would wish they could get their act right on the spot since these are luxurious cosmetics! However, they are more than happy to take your money and even more to give you the refunds! And then they play it up to win you over!

I'm satisfied with the quality of the cream. I think it's good for the skin. It's quite expensive but I think I will buy it again.

I had never used these products, I thought it was very expensive, but I do not regret it was worth it because its makeup base leaves your face without imperfections you look like model ready for the photo.

I’ve been using Clinique products for yeats. I especially love the Moisture Surge cream for my face. Their skin care and make-up is of great quality and still affordable. I shop both in stores and online and the service is always good. When ordering online the delivery is fast and it’s always nice to get some free travel size products with the order. Everytime I’m discovering new products that are perfect for me. Keep it going Clinique!
