No customer Service at Clinique! I waited for 90 minutes, finally spoke to someone about an order that I never received only to be told that they are not responsible and I need to follow up with the shipper, I tried telling them that I DID speak with the shipper who told me they never got the order from Clinique, but the Customer Service gentlemen I was speaking with would NOT listen to me. Basically, they took my money and did NOT send the product. I am so disappointed with Clinique. I would assume that such a prestigious brand would treat they customers properly.
I am never ordering from them again. I learned my lesson.

I use Clinique products regularly and when my usual cleaning lotion was nearly used up, I tried to buy it online because of the lock-down. It took rather long to sort out forgotten password and as i pay using PayPal I inadvertently paid twice. I tried to contact Clinique immediately online and then by phone without success. As they continue to trade online I sent them email asking to cancel one of orders and got no answer. Now the two same bottles came. I tried again to contact them by phone to return one bottle but they still don't answer phone and I doubt they would answer to my email. So, be aware of Clnique online. Mrs G

I called a Clinique rep May 24, 2020 to cancel an order that was made the same day but the emails and customer service calls go unanswered. I have been on my cell phone waiting for a live person for 1 hour and 40 minutes.
Never again, will I do business with Clinique because of no customer service.
They promptly charged my account. I hope they are not going to file bankruptcy! then all customers will be screwed!

Ordered $78 worth of Clinique products on April 21. Order qualified for a mini-pack of products, a single full-sized product, and a "spring tote." AFTER my order was shipped, I received a message that my order would NOT include the full-sized item or the tote because unavailable. I replied as instructed with "Response" in the subject line. I offered several alternatives to the full-size (and how could they be out of their best-selling moisturizer anyway?) NO RESPONSE!
Now they send me another ad for a similar bonus, which of course doesn't seem to exist. Please, women, don't fall into this trap. Covid or no Covid, Clinique is scamming customers.

This company has no customer service what so ever. They are terrible. They don’t respond to emails or return phone calls. I will never, never order from this company again. I placed an order at the beginning of May and I still have not received my item. I tried cancelling order. And that is impossible. If I could give them minus 10, I would.

If you want to get through to the customer service then the only thing that would work would be to choose the 'place order' option and you will have a representative talk to you within seconds not even minutes. It is really hard to get through to the customer services any other way, the other day i waited for more than two hours and even still ended up cancelling the call since i wasn't being transferred. NEVER ORDERING ONLINE FROM HERE.

Awful. Sat on hold for 2.5 hours and hung up because I have other stuff to do. All I need to do is get them to add my free promo gift which was in the cart and was deleted by their glitchy website. Only reason I spent so much was to get the free stuff so very annoyed. 2.5 HOURS!! after reading the reviews on here I will likely not order again.

I ordered 2 items on May 5th. They said Shipping was 2-5 days. On may 16th I received only 1 item and never a notification about the other item (if no longer available, being shipped later or what). Today, May 19th I’ve tried email, phone, and chat every day at different times. After being on hold for 47 minutes an extremely rude staff me never said they are back ordered, and whenI asked her if there was a time frame she just said they can’t ship something they don’t have then when I was answering, she said thanks for calling. They do not respond emails or the live chat after all these days. It is so frustrating!

Order# 3865414201 i love clinique products for men.. but man there customer service sucks! I placed an order 5 weeks ago. 3 different products. Face scrub(which is what i needed in the first place!), oil control face wash, and oil control toner. Face wash and toner came in.. no face scrub! I live chat and i actually get a response telling me that it is being shipped the following day, then takes 3-5 business days to deliver. I receive an unsealed empty envelope 3 days later!!! Email, live chat, call and NOTHING!! Same response (please call or chat with live rep) BS! They responded that 1 time, and now that i still dont have my face scrub i get no response following?! What the hell clinique?! Ill just curb side pick up from nordstrom but i NEED a refund!! Liars and thieves!

I wrote a scathing review recently about Clinique online and deleted it and felt that all businesses are trying to survive during this and I was trying to be compassionate I ordered something and was notified it was on back order and would ship in 2 weeks minimum, Which it did not. I kept the Customer Service line on speaker for hours and realized chances were no one was going to pick up at all. All of my emails were replied with the same exact message. Telling me to call Customer or send an email. Which I did. Then I tried "chat" and got the same message. I will never use Clinique again just on general principle but I wanted to share what I learned. The only way you can get through to Clinique and actually get a human is to call their Customer Service line and press (make purchase) even if your intention is to cancel a product. After I finally got a person to cancel it....I got multiple email responses to my emails telling me to call Customer Service or to send an email. I would rather be ignored than get "canned" emails which don't even get read.

I had purchased my order on Friday May 8th....after purchasing I went on to read the many reviews about ordering. It appeared many people were not satisfied and did not receive any confirmation/product. This intun made me very nervous! However, I am please to say that I have received my products within 5 days! Very impressed! Considering everything that is going on with Covid. I have been using clinique for 15 years now!!! SHOUT OUT to clinique for continuing to keep pushing beauty during this pandemic!! Worst customer service ever. Have tried calling, getting an automatic call back and chatting online for the past few days to get help and no one has been responding. Understand that the world is dealing with the coronavirus but this is beyond ridiculous. The company stands to lose a lot of customers due to such terrible service. The other comments here say it all. Am unable to make a return. This will be my first and only purchase through clinique.com.

Never will I ever give this company my business again! Ordered over $200.00 worth of Products on April 14th, received an email on April 19th, your items have been shipped. Check the tracking number for UPS, waiting for UPS pick up. It is now May 9th. Check on my order, my order has been canceled! I’ve tried to email ( 3x) , called & tried to chat. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I want my money back!!! Update
Still haven’t received my order!! Only a big run around! My order got canceled( I did not cancel it) called , no answer, Finally got someone on text, I’m sorry , we will reship your order, nothing, tried calling again, no answer, text again, we apologize, buy it looks like your order was re-ship, okay!! still nothing!!! My order was April 14, 2020 shipping date was April 19, 2020, today is May 15. This is ridiculous. They sure didn’t mind taking out of my debit card though. Wish I knew how I could get a refund, no one answers the phone!

Never order from this company!! (Clinique.ca)
Three weeks into taking my money and a shipping label created, nothing has shipped
nobody answers my emails and their generic email reply tells me to call. I don't want to call because I want everything in writing. This is insanely poor customer service, especially with being part of a huge group of companies.
I will never order from them again and for that matter I am no longer going to purchase any more Clinique products.. I am so disappointed in this company.

I couldn't cancel an accidental purchase online 5 minutes after purchasing and the order I did actually want I get an email 8 days after placing it being told some of my items are out of stock and won't be shipped. Now I have to wait to get two shipments with god knows what in them and return them myself. Costumer service is super slow. I will be finding an alternative to Clinique they are not the only and best skin care product line out there.

As I write this I am an hour into being on hold. I was sent an email stating that my 3 orders would all be delayed and I could cancel at anytime. They make it impossible to contact them to cancel. This is ridiculous. I will never order form them again and for that matter I am no longer going to purchase any more Clinique products. My time is more important than sitting on hold. They have zero respect for their customers. To many other options out there To be treated this way. I am so disappointed in this company.

Ordered $90 worth of products and was told it would take longer because of pandemic. No big deal, I can wait. Ten days later I start contacting Clinique through texting, email, fb messaging, twitter dm... I wasted a lot of time to be finally be told they would contact warehouse and have it shipped out that day (4/30). It is still as of now, sitting in the warehouse. Was also told they wouldn’t charge my card until it was shipped, but they did anyway. What a run around! If you ever do get to speak with a CSR, whatever they tell you is probably what you want to hear and not true at all. Wonder if any of my free gifts will come, since the bait and switch seems to be another tactic they use.
Aren’t they owned by EL companies?

I have spent over 2 hours on hold during 2 different calls ("Please stay on the line for the next available..."). My online order was originally scheduled to be shipped out in 2-5 business days. Then I was notified by email the items would be delayed so I called the online customer service person who told me the items would be sent out in 24 hours. Next email said the delay would be another week. Finally I had an email saying the products would be delivered on 4/30 but that never happened. According to UPS the sender is holding back delivery. Seriously????? I waited 2 weeks, invested over 2 hours during 2 phone calls, and I still don't have the products I paid for. I am a customer for nearly 40 years (yes - I am old) but I will NEVER buy Clinique again. There are many other products I can try - and I will.

I order five clinique products using their website. At that time they promise a free gift and 20%off. After they have charged my credit card and shipped the order, they email me to say that they are out of the gift, and three more items were cancelled from my order. I usually order at a specific time to get the free gift and discount They are dishonest and I would advise anyone to never order from clinique.com.

I tried several products of this brand and found them pretty cool. The mascara is a really good one. It makes a great effect and you can wear it the whole day and it doesn't crumble on the cheeks.
