First of all, a quality product is their product. With the seasons and new fashion, their colours are new and up-to - date. Their brand is light but lasting. They cover the entire spectrum of skin and eye colours. Given the ample amount of each purchase, they offer an ample amount of product and their cost is competitive, it is not the highest and I think it is not the lowest,

I ordered a couple of products from their online store and the shipping was supposed to take around 3-5 business days. Its been two weeks now and Im still waiting. Ive called their customer support twice now and Im getting nowhere. The support is abysmal. Im never ordering online again.

Clinique's products are fit for my face, and I want to recommend their products to my friends. I think different skins need different products. And I know the products from one brand can not fit for all people. But almost all the Clinique's products work well on my face. So do recommend.

DO NOT ORDER CLINIQUE FROM BELK. I was supposed to get the bonus bag and instead got a tiny perfume sampler vial. Called three times over three weeks and was told I just had to wait for someone to call me back. Shame their customer service reps are empowered to fix shoddy service. They tried to tell me I didn't "put the bonus bag in my cart and choose my colors." That option was never presented. I just went in and went through the order process again and that option again wasn't offered. Lousy customer service.

I have been looking for something like Clinique for years. My skin has never felt and looked this beautiful since I purchased a few of their skincare products which lead to me getting pretty much everything they have on their line lol! My skin is always so dry, even in teh summer. I tried Moisture Surge 72-Hour Auto-Replenishing Hydrator and you know it's perfect. My became in a much better condition. Besides, it costs just $21.

I have been using Clinique for many years - I usually try to buy in store when there are free gifts with purchase.
Just before christmas i decided to order online - such a mistake. Parcels took ages to arrive (just under a month and i had given leeway for the busy season) and the communication was non existent. Really disappointing.
I still love their products but next time I will simply go to a store to collect instead of trusting the online store.

Ordered the 1st order for it crash at the end of the process. I quickly reordered similar items for the 2nd order. I checked minutes later just to find out that both orders went through. I thought, oh well, I'll keep my end of the purchase in hopes they'll complete their end of the deal. Unfortunately, Clinique didn't! They canceled special sets in both orders with no notice, but it's still made available for sell online. I spoke to an online customer service and he said he's unsure why but the sets were available in stock but unsure why yesterday I was emailed that it's canceled from my orders. He transferred me to higher up Bryan and he had no solution or remorse either. Can't trust them. AND NO, I'm not going to order again, as suggested! That's both orders you canceled special sets on me, so I shouldn't have to order a 3rd order to assume it'll go through. I felt lied to, to be able to order and then special discounted sets will be removed/canceled right before it's mailed out. Just read similar case in the previous reviews. I can't believe it! Shame on Clinique for how they run business! They don't seem to care either.

I believe that this store is of the highest quality and with quite adequate prices. I was already convinced of this, having bought cosmetics for my wife, we are very satisfied with the service and fast delivery, the work of managers is at the level, a decent attitude towards customers. In my opinion, the price / quality ratio of the product is quite reasonable.
The store was so impressed that I could not resist thanking the guys, everyone who serves and all the staff. I believe that this store is with the highest quality goods and with quite adequate prices.

I’ve been a Clinique customer for years. Will not use Clinique.com ever again. Special offer not available notice AFTER excepted order with offer and shipped. This company gets you to spend more to get special offer and then later you get email that item is out of stock even though said available when ordered. Customer service is a joke- they give you the run around and no satisfaction whatsoever. If I could pick zero stars I would.

I have spent over $600 the last few months at Clinique online for myself and my adult kids. Good prices, freebies...oh, wait. Constantly out of stock. Packages not packaged carefully--AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have tried since March to send emails, chat, call.....no answer. I am at my wits' end with them. I have damaged products, items I want to return, but I can't get a hold of anyone. I posted a really bad review and they replied to email them......

I decided to use this cosmetic first time in my life. The quality of the mascara, bb cream and highlighter are awesome. Everythings lying on my face as I wanted. I was wearing cosmetics during the whole day and in the end, it was okay too.

After buying the clinic moisturizer for my face I would have to say that this product was not very good because it burnt my skin even though it was supposed to be sensitive skin ready. My skin is nothing to play with and when something like dramatically different moisturizer create dramatically worse facial appearance that is not ideal for anybody I do not recommend if for sensitive skin or any type.

Great products, I really love them, especially liquid foundation, which covers my skin and makikng the vision that it is the second skin. The mascara is also quite good, curling effect, but the price is quite high, I understand that products are so well and ingridients quite good, without SLS and sulfates, but everything is good.

I have been trying to contact Clinique's customer service for MONTHS now. I have been using their products loyally for about 4 years now and love them. I decided to try their new Skin ID and got a new moisturizer with the results. After using it a few times, it made the texture of my skin feel gritty and gross, so I wanted to return it and get their moisture surge instead, which I have used and loved. I got my order in late March and have been trying to contact them repeatedly by phone, email and their chat since early April and have still gotten nothing but automated messages. This moisturizer was expensive and I will not stop until I get my money back and IF I choose to buy the items I already know work for me, it won't be until after this gets resolved. COVID is no longer an excuse when I have attempted contact through each of their methods at least 5 times each over the last 2 months! Such a shame.

I have ordered directly from Clinique online for years, however for the most part I have been purchasing Clinique items from our local Nordstrom store. Before the pandemic, our Nordstom store permanently closed having had a long history in Anchorage, Alaska. Our J.C. Penney has Clinique in Sephora, but the service there is awful and I won't return. Back to ordering Clinique online! ALAS! My last two orders were AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. WRONG items!! ANd I mean TOTALLY wrong items. The last straw was my last order in which I received an item in an EMPTY BOX. Someone in their warehouse STOLE IT? Whoever packs the orders, CAN'T READ and are completely inept. I am forced to go to Ulta Beauty which I cannot stand, but at least I will get the proper items I need. SHAME ON YOU CLINIQUE ONLINE.

I have used Clinique for many years but will not be using them again.
After numerous consultations over the chat line, I ordered on several occasions different shades of foundation and types only to wait days for the products to be the the wrong shade. I have made 3 x returns both containing 2 x different shades, one has been refunded. However 2 x returns made in May have not. Resorted to the chat line again, the consultant promised my refund would be actioned (STILL WAITING) Have sent emails to clinique reference this through personal email and Paypal, no reply. This has cost me a small fortune. They cannot use COVID19 as an excuse. I will not be using Clinique again.
