Nicole did an amazing job resolving the problem that was actually created by another company! She contacted the company, resolved the issue after some very patient and thorough explanations, and called me back to make sure everything was working properly. I was so thrilled it was fixed.

This is a terrible company. Due to their incompetence we decided to switch to another company. All they did was send us a corrupted disc of our confidential patient records and kept charging us as we waited for a new disc. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. They black mailed me by threatening to keep charging me unless I paid them and it was all their fault. Terrible company what a bunch of crooks with no ethics.

I have worked with Clinic Source now for 8 years, and while there are a few things about the PM side of the system that I would "tweek" the staff is wonderful and always helpful!
Orchid Garcia is my "go to gal"! She always has a answer to my questions and is VERY Prompt in her replies!

They provide a great quality product, clean appearance and functionality. Courteous staff and Julio is always willing to help and assist with any concerns or errors.
The only issue I would say I have is the frequent increase in price. There was an increase done in 2018 and now another one is being issued 2019. I think that the current members should be grandfathered into the rates. But the option to add additional features, but not forced into an increased price.

Our clinic went months without getting paid because of an errors caused by a Ref. Physician field that the software has open for you to fill out. There are so many ways to screw up the billing because Clinic Source has fields to select in the patient tab, ie. child, parent, spouse, that cause the software to bill the insured and not the dependent, or child. No matter how many times I have called and emailed them they tell me it's not their software when I have empirically proven and duplicated the problems over and over again.

We have only used ClinicSource for about 2 months. We had a rough start, but most of it has been operator error. ClinicSource has been very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Most of the interaction is through emails, but when needed, I have called them. The customer service has been great! As far as reports, I was not certain I wanted to move to electronic documentation, but I am very pleased with the way reports and notes look. We are figuring out the program still, but as the rep told me this past weekend, it will take 6 months for us to be really comfortable with the program. I will continue and have recommended this program to those considering an EMR.

I submitted a request to customer service via their live chat and via email. it's been seven whole days and still no response. I am without full use of the software due to a crash in the system. I am now a week behind in documentation because i can't get anyone to respond. I also asked for a supervisor via email but my emails have been ignored. i am not pleased with this program or with this company.

I was referred ClinicSource by a colleague when I owned my private practice and I found it to be a life savior. I was able to manage my schedule of the schedule of my therapist, access from anywhere because it was web based, do billing, and obtain signatures all in one place. I highly recommend it for your clinical documentation needs.

When I opened my private practice in 2012, ClinicSource was recommended by a friend. It was easy to use following training and an affordable option at time when cost was a primary consideration. Customer Service responds quickly. I'm very happy with ClinicSource.

I've used ClinicSource in a pediatric outpatient center, and it was some of the easiest documentation I've ever done! The program was self-explanatory and easy to navigate. The best part about it is that it is web-based, so it could be accessed from anywhere and through a variety of tools (iPad, laptop, etc.)

I enjoy the system. It is great for private practice. I did not have a training on it and was able to navigate my way around fairly well. I am still learning new short cuts everyday. Maybe a thorough training would have been better.
