It arrived well packed and within 25 hours
Havent tried it yet so assume it is OK.

Looking at all the other similar stories this company needs closing down.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO ANSWER THE PHONE AS IT ALWAYS ENGAGED EVEN OUT OF TRADING HOURS.
I ORDERED A BATTERY WHICH WAS DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING DAY LATE PM, VERY IMPRESSIVE.
I UNPACKED THE BATTERY THE FOLLOWING DAY, PACKAGING WAS EXCELLENT BUT WHEN INSPECTING THE BATTERY WHICH WAS IN A SEALED PLASTIC BAG THERE WAS SULPHURIC ACID SWILLING IN THE BOTTOM. I IMMEDIATELY TELEPHONED BUT WAS MET WITH ENGAGED, I KEPT TRYING OVER 24 HOUR PERIOD BUT COULD NOT GET THROUGH. I SENT AN EMAIL STATING THE PROBLEM AND RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING LESS THAN HELPFUL REPLY;
“The battery it not kept upright will leak from a breather hole on the top/side of the battery.”
THE BATTERY WAS DELIVERED UPRIGHT AND STAYED THAT WAY WHEN I OPENED IT.
I SENT A REPLY BUT 24 HOURS LATER NO REPLY AND STILL ENGAGED SIGNAL.
TWO MORE EMAILS SENT BUT NO REPLY.
VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED, IT ALSO SEEMS EVEN THOUGH AN EBAY STORE THEY CANNOT HELP.

Worst experience ever had on ebay, paid £85.99 for an item that never showed up, Tracking information said left in safe place but i was in all day and never had anything delivered nor a card through letterbox. asked where this "safe" place was but never got an answer, Ebay would not refund as item was recorded as being "delivered" so closed the case. Click Car Parts simply would not entertain it or look into it, all they did was supply tracking information showing item delivered. I get items delivered all the time and never had a problem just with these guys and looks like I am not the only one. never one to leave bad feedback but this time it is well deserved. You can`t even call them to discuss matters as there is no telephone number...I wonder why! I`m £85.99 out of pocket and no explanation.

Brought a brand new backbox off these and it leaks, there customer service is an absolute joke, of you ask me the parts they sell ain’t fit for purpose, they must be selling some Chinese copy rubbish, Have a bad feedback for a reason, I just wish I researched them before buying, but I do have one thing to thank them for, I’ll always make sure I research a company before I buy from them, Karma will get this company,

Ordered a timing chain kit on a Wednesday afternoon and paid for next day delivery. I was hoping for item to arrive on Friday or at latest Saturday morning. In short it actually arrived on the following Tuesday afternoon. In the meantime I desperately needed the car back on the road so purchased one from a local motor factor. When the one I ordered did arrive I immediately started a return request. It is now 10 days later and I haven’t heared a thing from them. Their phone is constantly engaged and the chat helpline is never on line. I will succeed in the end but save yourself a lot of hassle and look else where.

Easy to use site. Ordered new brake drums at a good price for my Focus at 2.00pm ish and they arrived around 8.30am next morning, very quick.
I had a question i wanted to ask before i tore open the packaging, so i sent a message via their site, i got a helpful answer emailed to me within 10mins. Very good.

Ordered a battery charger from Click Car Parts what a disappointment this company is, the item never turned up and i emailed them a few times with no response and there phone is ALWAYS busy ended up making a claim through paypal STAY AWAY CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS.........

Bought a wishbone from their ebay shop for a kia sportage in March, fitted it in April and now 11July the car has failed its mot as one of the bushes has collapsed, they want me to return the faulty part for an exchange, and ave to pay the postage, as well as paying the mechanic again to replace their defective part, plus be left with a car with no wishbone till the replacement arrives, not to chuffed to say the least.

Ordered my exhaust parts late Tuesday afternoon. was told it could be Thursday or Friday before I received them. Items arrived at 14.30 on Wednesday. Only problem, why I put 4 stars, was the delivery did not allow my aged parents enough time to answer the door. The items where left with next door neighbour. Excellent service and a very reasonable cost. Will try them first for parts in future.

Put in my registration, so I got the right parts. they sent the wrong parts and now want to charge a 50% handling charge. I did buy a while ago, but they were still not fit for purpose and are useless. I ordered from Euro Parts at the same time and they said they would take them back ( EuroParts sent the right items, but I just wanted to find out).

I took a look at buying an Exide car battery from this retailer from their eBay shop. I wanted to phone and ask a few questions, but the number was an 0844 number, which is premium and costs money, so I phoned the next nearest ebay competitor (generaltraffic) on ebay selling the same battery for only 1p more, as their phone number is free.
In addition, Click Car Parts has a lot of negative feedback of sending the wrong product, sending it late and not dealing with returns in a generous and easy fashion. Therefore I chose to order from generaltraffic instead.

I have explained to these idiot's about them sending me the WRONG springs for my car but all they said in the end was " by all mesns return them " there fitted to my car ! and who will pay the £ 100 to have them removed ? You certainly didn't offer. They even said it was the mechanics fault for fitting them !! No its your fault for selling the wrong springs that have left my car at a high height.
Do Not buy from this company, find someone else !! Their customer service is ridiculous and immature.

There are many companies offering the same as click car parts ltd. I find it unacceptable that they don't check the parts before despatch. I spent a lot of money and I'm shocked to think this company does not check the parts that they send out. Gaskets are essential when changing parts. My vehicle is booked in on Monday in accordance to my heavy work schedule. Now how can I have the part fitted with the missing gaskets? I find it very difficult to refer to friends or family.

Whilst the quality of parts and the reasonable speed that they despatch things, they are absolutely c**p in communication. I attempted to contact them online before I ordered the parts to confirm what they were what I needed...no reply whatsoever even though the 'advisor' was online each time. Since receiving the parts, which were different to what I ordered, I have attempted to contact them by email and as yet have had no reply. As I was made redundant I have no income and a sick wife to look after so I cannot afford to ring their non-geographic telephone number and try to do all my business online, so I am very unimpressed and quite annoyed when people just ignore you. Shame really, looks like a good supplier otherwise.

I'd e-mailed them about some things about delivery that (in my opinion) were unusual.
And was very surprised that company staff reacted on that SERIOUSLY as to a noticed weak points in their system.
As I can see from conversations they are going to make their service running smooth without any narrow places. They are in process of further development with idea to make their whole system even more friendlier and convenient to customers.
They are not dreaming, they are DOING that!
First results I'd noticed even now.
Without any doubt I can recommend this company to everybody who is looking for reliable, polite and (quiet!) money saving shopping.

Looked on their site on ebay ,plenty of imformation so you ordered the right part.no need to give car reg. it was that easy.delivery thursday or friday latest, came wednesday dinner time. good quality no probs fitting,realy pleased.will use them again when needed.

Excellent website with good use of images, tap in your reg, you cant go wrong. Quick delivery, I would use Click Car Parts again.
