Rubbish company. Slow to pay, silly nonsense excuses for late payment.
Phone was perfect, apparently not when they eventually looked at it.
Avoid this company.

Processed slowly despite Royal Mail tracking showing they had delivered it a week before it was tested, and not same day payments as advertised. Have not received replies to any of the emails I have sent them. That said, I received the generous amount I was quoted with no issues, despite the fact that the item was virtually obsolete.

Sent mint iPhone 5c against an offer of £62. Heard nothing so tracked it down to find they paid me £18 having found faults with the screen. Absolute sharks. Use one of the more reputable trustworthy companies. Not happy, I would rather give it away than be conned.

Do not use this company. I had a Samsung galaxy s6 in very good condition, working perfectly well no scratches on front or back, due to keeping in a case plus never been dropped. Online they quoted £195. So sent it off, received a email stating it had screen burn and was unrepairable and offered me £25 . which I refused! Catch no. 2 you only get 2 days to contact them so do keep an eye on your emails. If you don't contact then in the time limit, they automatically keep the gadget and pay you the lower amount. They do not have a contact number (I did ask for one)..
I received my phone back today, yes in perfect working order (no screen burn) but they didn't return it in its original box that I sent it in! I did request that I wanted it returned in its box.. I have emailed and asked for it to be sent on.. But won't be holding my breath... Make sure you read all the terns and conditions.. I had to pay £5 for the return of my phone..

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It would APPEAR that some people may be getting the money originally offered, however ours was reduced from £70 to £5. Worse than that, this they claim one email was sent, we had no trace of it, BUT THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICES. IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG THEY WILL NOT TALK TO YOU. Please use someone else. We have had many good experiences from other companies, do not risk using this one.

I sent my old Galaxy S6 smartphone off after being quoted £156 for it. I had been using this phone every day up until the point I sent it off so I know there was nothing wrong with it. There was not a single crack in the screen only light cosmetic wear to the corners of the case which is to be expected on a 2 year old phone. I then receive an email stating that due to LCD Burn Beyond Economical Repair, they are now going to offer me £20 for the phone or I can pay for them to send it back to me! I know for a fact there's nothing wrong with it, so now I've wasted £5 having them return it. I could sell a broken phone for more than £20 so what kind of mad business plan and terrible customer experience are they offering? Don't touch these guys with a barge pole!

Terrible company to deal with. My phone was good condition, got the email with postal instructions, got follow up emails and then got 1/3 of original quoted price in my PayPal account. Tried to find out what had happened and according to them an engineer said LCD screen was damaged/burnt ?? They sent email giving me 2 days to respond to new offer but this email ended up in my junk ?? All other emails pinged into my account except this time sensitive one.
They won't give me engineers report on phone, nor any more info. Say phone has now gone and tough !! Terrible company to deal with.

you send them your phone, they tell you that it has an internal problem and drops the offer to £20. when you reject the offer they charge you £5 to send the phone back. its a con.

When it comes to getting a new phone what do you do with your old one like me most people give it away or throw it in the bottom draw and forget about it but on this occasion I decided to sell my phone on the internet after looking at different deals I spotted click2recycle because they had the highest offer for my phone so I contacted the company they sent me my postage packaging which was also postage paid for by click2recycle I packed my item sent it of to click2recycle the next day my money was in my bank account from start to finish it all took 48 hours fantastic😁

It was quick and very simple to use Click2Recycle. My money was transferred promptly via Paypal. I feel that I got a good offer for my tablet.
The only thing I'd comment on is that they didn't offer a postage pack/ envelope like other recycling companies do.

I had an iphone 6 with a broken screen. Click2Recycle offered me a fantastic price, far better than any of the other recycle companies on the web. My experience with this kind of company is that you send them your phone and they offer you considerably less for it one they've received it. I had this in the back of my mind so I checked their return terms. A £5 postage fee which I thought was very reasonable (the other I considered were £10).
They sent me the packaging to send my item for free and off it popped.
I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email honoring the price quoted to me 3 days later.

I sent off my phone (which was in excellent condition) and had an email to say that the charging port was faulty and that the initial amount of £47 would be reduced to £13 or I needed to pay £5 to get the phone back. I knew that my charging port worked fine so I was not prepared to pay £5 to get it back. I got in touch (via the Chat function on the website) and asked if the phone could be rechecked. Within a few minutes the advisor said that a mistake had been made and I would be given the £47. To be fair, the cheque arrived soon after. This is why I gave 3 stars.
I wouldn't use this company again as I think they try their luck to get you to accept an inferior offer. This is no doubt how they make their money.
Also, take a look at the website - at first glance it looks professional, and then you realise that the company name is spelt incorrectly in the copyright information, in the tab in the browser, and in the terms & conditions page (e.g Click2reycle). Something dodgy about that if you ask me.

I sent them two iphones with in full working condition for which they provided satisfactory offer of 244 GBP. After their testing, they said both phones were faulty and offered me 52 GBP. I took the phones back by paying 5 pounds each for shipping, there was nothing wrong with the phones. The faults described by them do not exist. The website is just not honest

As others have recently noted this company unfortunately is a bit dodgy.
Sent my phone off and they reduced the amount quoted by about £100 due to a "raised screen" which wasn't an issue.
I then had to pay £5 to get my phone back - and when it was returned it was scratched in a way that wasn't previously and they had kept the protective case I had my phone in.
I sold it to another company who didn't identify the spurious "raised screen" and paid me £60 more than the revised offer from this company.
Best avoided as their business model seems to be to offer over-inflated quotes then use dodgy excuses to pay way under the market value in the hope most people won't be bothered to go though the hassle of paying for the phone to be returned to them!
