For weeks it takes longer and longer until the mail is scanned. The userinterface of the website is from 2010 (looks like this). I have been a customer for 2 years now - have not noticed any improvement since then. Only a price increase.

We use Clevver for more than 6 months now and we can say that it works as expected for us. We are very happy and they are solving a business pain for us as we travel the most of the time out of Ireland and we needed to register our company in Ireland.

Terrible service, hidden fees all over the place, charging $70 to ship a letter, no reply to e-mails. Their website is so bad it looks like something not updated since 1990 full of bugs. Clevvermail is terrible. You deserve better than this, do yourself a favor and move your business elsewhere

The WORST most frustrating website I've ever had to use.
It takes forever to find commands, sometimes they work... sometimes they don't.
English is cryptic and very bad.

Good idea, bad implementation. It takes several days until items drop into my box. They charge for automatic scan for the first, I believe it is 5, items per month, but none scanned this month. Software is not intuitive, quite outdated in design, and buggy. You set a delivery address for getting received mail pieces, and it automatically changes to another address. At times, it takes days to scan and item or collected shipment has been mailed. For time-sensitive mail quite a problem. And their quite egocentric ToS show what to expect in case of occurring problems. This is definitely a service that still has to learn or hire people that care for their customers.

1, I got a wrong incoming notice as well as wrong scan data which was not posted to me. And Clevver mail charged even for the storage cost of this. I had to contact twice to get correct data.
2, Even though I contracted one year from Nov 2018 until the end of Oct, they gave me mail to raise the price from Jul 1st. What a mess!

Clevvermail really is a game changer! It's really surprising how effecient and effective their system is, they have helped me all the way through.
I think what I really like about Clevvermail is that whenever I have a problem or some issue to resolve, they have staff readily available to help, they always get back to me quickly.

I was signed up to clevvermail for approximately 6 month and during that time never received one piece of mail, even though several were sent to me.
I contacted support about this several times, but after my asking a few times they simply decided to stop responding. I wrote an extremely disgruntled complaint and they finally did respond.
They then informed me after 4 months of contacting support via the chat, that I had given the companies mailing to me the wrong address, even though the address I gave out was copied and pasted from the email they sent out with the new Dublin depots address on it. So essentially they gave me the wrong address, but that was my fault.
I will never use again.

Total disaster!!!! I really regret that still have few items in storrage with Clevver. I made a shipping request for one of my items on July 5th and they couldn't manage to send it yet. Been receiving few stupid explanations how busy is their office in Cologne, Germany and that's it. Disaster!!!

i love your service. just a couple things to note. the formatting on the website and the app are super hard to use and i often struggle to get the packages selected for pick up. also for larger packages the post returned them because it said my name was not on the bell. giving customers and post officials instructions might help to avoid this.

The Tokyo office received a letter for me on 3 April. I have finally received the tracking number today, 29 May, despite numerous contacts with Customer Service and their repeated promises to quickly resolve the issue of shipping (ie. forwarding) cost. By the way, over the nearly two months, I have received various automatically (?) generated requests for prepayment to cover the forwarding costs, but each time, it was a significantly different price. Even now, I have no idea how much the fee is.
Bizarre and extraordinary frustrating experience.

Clevver just send me a link to review their product and the Trustpilot link was expired (older than a year). This is a very good example of the technical expertise how Clevver does handle its product development.
Other stuff that only works occasionally is the forwarding of the scanned document to an email address or the login through the IOS app.

I have been dealing with their slow customer services since December 2018.
I had an item shipped by them and never received it.
I supplied all proofs of purchase and payments and they never responded.
Besides it take them about one month to process a package.
Please spare yourself frustration and stay away from this disservice.
