Good Company have used them for over a year with no problems, Probably a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

AVOID THIS SCAMMY COMPANY!
Not only are the prices outrageous, 6% (!!!!) Plus a fee per transaction on CBD merchants.. but also is their business very fishy. Our competitors use clearhaus. They are based in Sweden, with fully swedish owners and have a wearhouse in Sweden, however when we explain that we are A fully polish company with a polish Citizens as an owner, they reject the application. Simply put, AVOID THIS COMPANY. We moved forward with a competitor to Clearhaus, PurePay and are very happy.

I applied merchant acct and submitted all the necessary info. They also requested further info which was asking where is the warehouse for the products i am selling. I provided all the info and waht? They rejected my application because they can not find the address of warehouse at google map!!! If so, shouldnt they ask me the claritication? If they can not find the address of warehouse with googlemap, are they saying i am selling stolen goods or something? And there were other very silly reasons as well for rejection. I am curious what kind of other website may be able to use this company.

The whole process of working with Clearhaus was fast and really straight forward. They have a clear form which explains you all you need to do in order to get a collaboration, and even if you have missed something out, their customer support is on point. In my personal experience, a special mention to Miss. Tønnessen from the customer service, she was always fast to reply my emails and very kind hearted and patient throughout the whole process. She really made the application process enjoyable and people like her deserve a lot of appreciation for the value they bring to their teams. Customers cannot be unhappy with service like this.

was good to start with hidden fees
I completed the application with Clearhaus as they advertised 'no setup fees' and no mothly fee accept % of sale 5 month later started taking £ 85 out of my account a month on top of the % due to the type of items I was selling witch they new about thats why im using them I had been in touch multiple times with the company before signing up, and this fee was not mentioned once.
they told me they emailed to let me know about the new fees they emailed an address that i didnt sign up with surprise

I completed the application with Clearhaus as they advertised 'no setup fees' and 'no monthly fees'. Once I was accepted they then explained that I would need to pay £85.00 a month due to the type of items I was selling. I had been in touch multiple times with the company before signing up, and this fee was not mentioned once. They also have large withdrawal fees and refund fees. I would leave less than 2 stars if the customer service hadn't been so responsive. won't be back!

Applied for a merchant account with clearhaus - I followed all of their requests for 3-4 days getting all of the required documents and making sure I promptly replied to everything. Then after the 4th time of submitting information which took me a lot of time they declined the application for the silly reason of you need to take payment after goods have been dispatched. Who actually does this.. Who would send out valuable goods before they have received payment from a customer, ecommerce businesses need cash flow for stock too - Terrible experience
