I ordered 2 sinks online, the sinks never arrived. I phoned to ask where they were, CLC assured me they would be delivered that week. Again they never arrive. I phone again they then tell me they are waiting for the pedestals to be in stock. I ask to cancel as over 2 weeks have past. They assure me they will be delivered on Thursday. Again no sinks. I email to cancel the order (which I order elsewhere for less money and receive next day) they finally apologise and promise to refund my card. Over a month later no refund, I have now opened a case with paypal. Disgusting customer service.

This company is disgraceful, I have spent hours trying to contact them by phone, left messages, wrote emails both through there website and separately. I can not get in touch with them at all, they have had
my money for a sink I ordered since 20/03/18.
I am very annoyed with them.
Don't know how they get away with it they should be stopped from trading.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

CLC Interiors are easily the worst company I have ever dealt with and I advise all to avoid them.
Ordered and paid for a ceramic sink at the end of April. Not had any communication from CLC at all regarding delivery. I've left countless messages (they never answer the phone), sent numerous e-mails, contacted them via livechat...nothing, absolute silence. The only option left for me now is Trading Standards and the Small Claims Court.
My advice to anybody looking to buy anything with this company is go elsewhere, even if it's more expensive. At least you might get some customer care and what you actually paid for!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Just a word of advice to all the people who have paid the company but not received the goods including my self, as I paid for the goods using my credit card which I always do when buying on the internet, I have been credited back from the credit card company.
By the way the company has shut down this month and is in the hands of the liquidators.

Me and my partner tried to get in touch with them for 3 consecutive days. We sent email, called their office at lest 10 times and left 3 - 4 voicemails.. Nobody ever answered the phone or called us back.
Horrible customer service, I wonder how they can have business with this kind of behaviour. Definitely not recommended

Ordered a sink 4 months ago. Initially told me it was out of stock and kept promising it would come the following week. It never did. All my emails have been ignored and phone goes to voicemail. They have taken £250 from me for nothing which in my book is theft. Don't go anywhere near them.

I was so annoyed with the shocking customer service from this company I felt the need to set up a trust pilot account just to write a review. Ordered 2 sinks, no delivery/email/phone call after 10 days (even though on website delivery clearly states 5-7 working days or they will contact you). I contacted them numerous times to chase delivery, ended up cancelling my order whilst on the phone to them as they couldn’t guarantee my required delivery. After 5 days still no refund I rang (left messages) and emailed. Luckily I paid through PayPal and have been able to claim my money back through them but it’s taken 2 weeks. DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE

The owner is scum. I bought a sink from his “company” and I’ve heard nothing. Emailed and called. Tracked him down on social media (Twitter, Facebook and instagram) messaged him on all three as I wanted answers and the coward blocked me.. since then I have looked at his accounts, he is in a HUGE amount of debt and his business is 100% about to go bankrupt. Don’t even bother buying anything from him as frankly your money will just get absorbed into his account. Then when he’s bankrupt he won’t have to pay any debts back! Nasty man don’t know how you sleep!! He should be arrested as what he is doing is theft!

Not good. Ordered a sink advertised on their site which a couple of other retailers said had been discontinued. I was assured it was available, but expected delivery dates passed with no sign of the sink. Eventually I cancelled but it took almost a month to get a refund and had to lodge a PayPal dispute to achieve this. A bad experience and personally the refund problem would be enough to put me off shopping with them again.

The trust pilot logo always tells me the company cares and generally are a professional organisation but CLC are the exception to that rule. I ordered a sink waste. Should have been easy. I should have read their reviews first but didnt - My mistake. It said 5 to 7 days on the web order page. After nothing arrived after two weeks I called CLC every day for a week at different times of the day and couldnt get them to pick up the phone. I tried e mailing them as per their suggestion on their recorded message and they didint reply. I went on their web site and completed their contact form on more than one occasion and didnt recieve a reply. Fortunatly I ordered through PayPal who also tried to contact CLC and I think they gave up but through PayPal I did get my money back. CLC are obviously in meltdown and I wouldnt touch them with a bargepole.

Shocking company to deal with - very low morals - I am now into week two of trying to get a paypal refund for a cancelled order . Staff are border line indifferent then today I got passed to the boss - who basically shouted at me over the phone so I refused to speak to him. My advice which may cost me my refund of over £500 never happening is avoid this company at all costs.

I can't thank the CLC team enough for our beautiful fitted bedroom. We were working to a very tight schedule and they went beyond the call of duty to make sure that the bedroom was measured, parts ordered and fitting done on a date that fit in with the other tradesmen that we had working with us. The joinery / fitting of the furniture was superb, intricately contoured into deep, detailed period-style coving. Top class! I'd highly recommend CLC and will definitely be using them again.

Had a new kitchen and bathroom supplied and fitted through CLC. Fitter turned up on time, very tidy and cleaned up and removed all old fittings and rubbish. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Kitchen and bathroom look high quality and reasonably priced. Very happy with both

I ordered a Reina Greco alumininium radiator for £340 online but unfortunately when I opened the packaging it was badly damaged. I phoned CLC Interiors and they said that it was too late to return and were quite unhelpful. I reminded them of my statutory consumer rights and VISA protection and they agreed to replace and I returned the damaged radiator to their showroom.
After several days of phone calls and emails not being returned CLC Interiors advised that it would take another 2 weeks to provide a replacement. I asked for a refund instead to which they agreed and sourced an alternative radiator from another supplier which has been fitted and looks great.
I am still waiting for a refund some 23 days after CLC Interiors agreed to refund. I have phoned and emailed them but without success. They keep promising to refund but nothing materialises.
I am now going to have to reluctantly reclaim through VISA.
Update - 28 July 2017
CLC Interiors have now confirmed that they are withdrawing their offer to refund or replace the badly damaged item that I have returned which cost £340.
They mentioned the review above as a factor in their decision but I don't believe that they ever intended to honour their offer of a replacement/refund. What sort of company withdraws an offer of a replacement/refund because they object to customer feedback which they encourage all customers to provide?

Shockingly bad company to buy from. Ordered a radiator which was shipped quickly but the towel rail was not shipped for some months despite regular reminders. They then sent something that was not the towel rail. There is no one that will respond to emails, ship the right part or refund what was paid for the towel rail. Don't buy from these guys.

CLC Interiors have recently fitted our kitchen and have been great all the way through the process. Chris was good when he came out and helped us to design our galley kitchen, and Rob is an excellent fitter. There were a few issues with timing, but nothing that couldn't be resolved and happen anyway when taking on a project like this.
They brought in great tradesmen, who all did a great job for us. I would happily recommend them to friends and family. We are hoping to get our bathroom sorted out by them next!

Recently had my kitchen fitted and supplied by CLC, couldn't of asked for better customer service everything ran smoothly - clean and tidy also! I am so happy from start to finish with the quality and fitting of all the finishing product..the company have been amazing throughout, the kitchen was fitted when we wanted it and all products came quickly - cannot thank Rob and the team enough for all their hard work! seen such bad service, I am surprised you are still trading.
you are not fit for purpose you sent me the wrong length of fixings

I ordered a sink waste after being messed around by another company.
I kept being given a delivery date and the item just never turned up, this is despite being promised I would receive it within 4-7 days. Over 2 weeks later and I have asked for a refund.
No call backs when requested, no manager to speak to "Sorry I cant find anyone for you to speak with".
A waste of time basically...

Sent the wrong item. Despite acknowledging that what was shipped was not the same as what was ordered and sending me a couple of e-mails claiming the issue was being handled, nothing happened despite repeated calls and e-mails. They went silent, and simply did not want to know and to this date still no follow up or refund for the difference.

Just pray you don't have a problem. Received a damaged sink from them and then spent several days calling them regarding a replacement, you have to call them as they will never return a call to you.
In the meantime kitchen fitters waiting to install the sink so had to go out and buy an alternative as CLC didn't seem to be able decide if I should have one or no.
Damaged sink was collected from me on the 20th June and now nearly a month later still awaiting a refund. Apparently many of the accounting team are on holiday!! But of course they will look into it and call me back, so guess I'll be calling them tomorrow.
