Horrible. I was approved for a system for 4000 so I ordered my stuff on a Friday. They wanted me to pay 250 buck that friday so I did. On monday I recieved a email saying I'm not getting anything because something happened through the application I guess. It they ain't giving me my money back right away. 7 to 10 business day. They asked for that money that fast to order the equipment. They should give it back as fast if they ain't giving me nothing. I'm mad. I was looking forward to getting my equipment.

I wanted a knob style radio for my old truck. This company appeared to offer more features for the money than their competitor. My wife ordered a radio for me for Christmas. She ordered it on the 17 and the rep indicated it would definitely arrive before Christmas. It never shipped. Over several weeks multiple calls and emails were not able to resolve the situation. We finally asked for the order to be cancelled however we had to get with our credit card company because a credit didn't come through. The people we talked to were never rude, they just didn't follow through with anything they said they were going to do.

Ordered replacement dash speaker. Fitment required modification of included bracket and purchase of new hardware. Speakers ordered were swapped out by vendor with a cheaper model without notification due to a backorder, but I was charged the same price for a lesser model. I had to call and ask for an explanation, and a partial refund.

Great experience! I have not installed the radio yet in my Oldsmobile, but have one in my 1954 BelAir and it has worked great for about 4 years. Great product. I would buy again and recamend to a fellow car person.

I haven't got it installed in my '71 olds but on the bench with cheap speakers it sounds better than expected . Arrived one week sooner than the company said it would be ready , It is a beautiful piece of work ,

I'm John, live in Bremerton, Wa. I bought a USA 740 radio for my 65 Impala. I also got 10" sub woofer. And four speakers and Rockford fosgate pre amp...about $1,000 of stereio equipment. The JL C2 6x9 sound great, they were the one thing I was most pleased with. My Rockford Fosgate sub woofer rattles when turn it only halfway up. My undercover 2 speakers say they are designed to go under the seats but sound way better when I pull them out from under the seat. Classic car sterios sent me a four channel pre amp even though I clearly needed a 5 channel amp (four speakers and a sub woofer.) They sent me a pre amp but it was not compatible with the stuff I bought. An audio shop had to put a spitter off front and back out puts to make sub woofer work. That was something I never would have figured out on my own. I got so frustrated...I kept switching and changing wires to get everything working, only to find out the pre amp would never have worked with my stuff without some splitter installed. To complicated to adjust settings on pre amp for best sound once I got everything working. It was, " half turns this' then turn that, and three quarters this then go back and do this adjustment then back to the other and start over" Too complicated, did not know what i was doing, got frustrated. I was balled up in the trunk with a flashlight trying to read miniture labeling, trying to fit a screwdriver into tiny holes for a dozen different settings with the volume knob a world away. Easier with two guys, especially if one of them know what they are doing. It was too complicated for me. Was not having fun. Radio looked good in the dash...fit right in without modification. To many settings to adjust. Classic display interferes with with digital read out...makes it hard to read. I would have paid a couple of hundred dollars more to see made In USA on the box. Felt pretty cheesy seeing made In China for my classic chevy impala. And over all sound is not the high fidelity I was hoping for. Just sounds kind of muffled, not crisp and clear...blurry low end and mid range. The blue tooth works good, and hands free calling, my power antenna works. Wire cable for pre amp was fancy with rca Jack's on both end, only to learn i had to cut them off and stip the sheathing back to fit bare wires into sub woofer....seemed strange to me.
Overall it's better than no radio at all. Sound not as great as I thought it would be, harder to install than I thought it would be. But I learned a lot and I have tunes now for all my classic rock that I like.

Paid extra for a custom fit stereo. It didn’t meet the dimensions and when I called I was referred to the mfr tech support. The tech support response was that maybe I could modify it with a dremel tool.

I had a very positive experience dealing with classic stereos

The shipping was very quick. The instructions to put the stereo were easy to read and practical. I have not heard the stereo play yet but I have a feeling that it will be excellent.
One drawback -It was not written that I could not have both the blue tooth and the phone/MP3 jack. I can have one or the other but not both.
Also 20 feet of speaker wire would have been nice to at least mention....
Overall excellent experience.

I’m giving a 5 only based on ease of purchase, time of delivery, and great appearance of radio. I didn’t install yet but with Bluetooth buildt in I can’t wait to crank my 740 with oldies

Delivery was quick (about a week). Converter works as advertised. Only problem is, the grounding screw in the body is striping. Will turn into a bigger problem if body screw threads can’t be redrilled and tapped to a larger (6/32) thread. I will contact the company soon to ask that question.

The description provided of the fit of the radio claimed no modifications to the dashboard .The installation instructions provided had a diagram of how the dashboard needed to be cut (altered) in order for the radio to be mounted correctly. I think you should tell people that the dashboard will have to be modified before they make a purchase. The radio works great and looks good but it would have been great if I didn’t have to cut my dashboard.
