I ordered flowers for special 65th birthday requesting delivery before 1pm on specified date. They had not been delivered as requested due to some delay. I only found out by checking delivery tracking site. There should be a link between delivery company and Clareflorist so that the buyer can be notified.
I sent an email to Customer Services who replied within 24hrs with the reason and an offer of partial refund even though the issue was out of their control. Thank you.
