Bought flowers for mothers day. Delivered on time however, Mother rang to say they were beautiful but 6 rose heads had fallen off! We have used Clare's before and found them to be very good. Not so sure I will use them again now.

I'm afraid the flowers were not fresh, dropping petals, drooping leaves..looked very tired and hardly any water in the vase. After complaint, they kindly replaced them with a promise of something completely different. However, the same arrangement arrived and not much better than the first..A complaint is now being dealt with, but having them replaced already, I don't expect another one, but just think you ought to know....As far as I'm concerned, more than £30.00...definitely not worth it..
