My customer care service with Claire's online phone call was awful. I had an order that was delivered to the store right before it shut down. I asked if I can still pick it up and get the price I paid for it at. They clearanced the items out at 40%. Now it is not available online and in store (which the manager was very nice) it is ringing up at regilar price again, obviously. I asked if I could get the price adjusted to what I orginially paid since it was there already. The woman, Darlene, was very quick to say no to everything. She often said "I don't think they allow that" as if she wasn't even sure and wasn't willing to work with me. I worked retail for years, I know it is doable. They just don't care. No interest in trying to make any effort to actually work with me with any options. Very very very sad. I will NEVER order online again. Not like they care anyway.

Paid for Saturday delivery, didn't receive until Tues, bag and bracelet missing, bought for birthday gifts, sent emails and pictures still no response or apology, no postage refund, really bad customer service. Will never shop online with them again

My in-store and online experiences have been top notch and their customer service is great, although they only have 1 or 2 staff members in store, which can be annoying. My delivery and click and collect experiences are always fast and easy too.

Horrible! I ordered from them online. Package never arrived and my refund came two weeks too late. No tracking service; nothing! If you want something from Claire’s then go to the shop. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.

This is old but...Terrible customer service and store visit. Said order was available at store when I went she could not find it. I wasted a total of an hour drive and over a half hour in the store. The employee was sitting on a stool playing on her phone when I entered the store. The whole back of the store had merchandise all over the floor for maybe a reset but you could not even walk.

If zero stars was an option that's what they would get!! They will allow anyone to bring your minor child in and claim to be there parent and have their ears pierced, although state law requires a parent or legal guardian to be present and sign for consent. Claire's does not require nor ask to see any legal documentation proving the person is the minor child's parent or legal guardian. This happened to me with my two daughter 9 and 8, as their mother my heart is broken. Getting their ears pierced is my choice and if it was going to be done, I wanted to be their to share that experience with them. I was robbed of my right to that as there legal/biological mother. When I contacted Claire's, first I spoke with district manager Michelle plant, who at first seemed very sympathetic to my situation. She's a phony, she gave me the run around. Told me she would call and email Corperate and I would hear from them within 24hrs because I was requesting the waivers signed by another woman who is neither my children's parent or legal guardian. 3 days goes by and I don't hear from anyone. I tried call Claire's Corperate myself, they have a dial by name directory and I didn't have a name for who I was supposed to be talking to, so it says hit "0" for an operator. I called for days and tried to Speak with an operator and everyday the automated system said no operator was available. I then contacted Michelle again and she said she would get back to me with the name of whoever I was supposed to speak to. She never did. Again the next day I tried contacting Michelle by call and text, with no response to either. Finally over a week later a woman calls me from corporate. I explained to her the situation and she was very rude! Stating the waivers a property of Claire's and they would not release them to me. So, if this awful situation ever affects you, don't expect any help or sympathy from Claire's on being robbed of your parental rights. They don't give a $#*!, they got paid for the piercings and that's all they care about. I had even explained to both Michelle and the woman I spoke with, I had no intentions of going after Claire's for this. I wanted the waivers for the signatures on them that clearly weren't mine so I could go after the woman who brought them into the store claiming to be their mother and signed for them to get their ears pierced.
I was able to obtain one copy of my child's waiver from a clearly poorly trained employee because she willingly just handed it over, which works in my favor but my other daughters waiver disappeared from the store the day before when district manager Michelle Plant had been there.

So I ordered the sweater on 12/2/19 to be delivered to the local store near me, then I sent a message on 12/9/19 asking when I should expect the sweater. I got a response that said they were unable to track orders shipped to stores so I would have to just wait. Then on 12/13/19 I received a gift card card for $10 without any explanation whatsoever. So I’m assuming it’s never coming. So basically I paid $13.49 for a sweater, got a $10 gift card without a reason and ended up paying more for a different Christmas sweater (with rush shipping) for the party I had to attend on 12/20/20 which should have been more than enough time for the original sweater to get there. Just very annoying. I haven’t used the gift card yet because I really just want a full refund and I basically just gave Claire’s money to not get the product I wanted and be really inconvenienced during a time when I have enough things to keep track of. I used to go to Claire’s all the time but honestly just feel very bitter about the a whole thing still and all the scrambling I had to do to be ready for the event.

If I could, I would give 0 stars to claires online. I have already made my order on 1st of January 2020, they sent me an email they shipped my parcel on 3rd of January and i will receive it within 7 working days. Until now I have no money, no parcel. I contacted customer service two days before, no response. Dont buy online. Terrible! I dont know what to do next.

horrible, the employees did not know how to work the register, this lady who does the ear piercing was rude and couldn't work the register. I had to let other people go in front of me because they couldn't figure out a simple transaction. Both registers should have been open. I went behind the counter to help the employee and you couldn't even read the monitor on the screen it was so dark and old. She kept wiping her classes and it was the screen that was horrible. I don't even want to give one star, it's no stars.
