Very bad climate in the fully booked bus. Very bad air and temperature. No drinks, food, no wifi, no charger/power at seats, no display/ no on board entertainment, very little leg space for 1.80m person.

Got on the Edinburgh to Inverness bus at 9 am on Saturday, heading for Birnam.
Just wanted to say that Sam, the driver was a hoot.
He had the whole bus in stitches and made it a very enjoyable journey.
A credit to your Company.

Res No - 4/5-9887-140219-CMPT-1034-STP-HUL This is for the Megabus staff, my first trip with this company and the staff I'm sorry I didn't catch their names, a nice lady and gentleman) and drivers were exceptional, my travel plans were late all over so I missed the megabus connections and the staff I spoke to over the telephone were excellent, they took control of the situation and made sure I could still get to my destination and gave me other connections, even the bus drivers were looking out for us. I was very unsure on what to do but they just took all the pressure and I could breathe again, I can't thank them enough and I'll definitely be using them again and telling everyone how impressed I was and they should give some training and tips to the retail staff in John Lewis (very poor customer service) well done to the leisure sector!

Basically their driver just left me and boyfriend in lakeside to death one year ago. He was late about half hour and decided not to stop even he saw us. That was the last bus at that day. There was no signal between mountains. And there is no apologise or compensation from their customer service.

Atrocious service. Poorly maintained buses, not punctual and unprofessional drivers. Uses Glasgow-Edinburgh 900 bus service daily to commute to work. You are lucky if the driver decide to turn the heating on despite the freezing conditions outside. Most of the time the heating is broken. Drivers more interested in chatting with other drivers and colleagues at bus station despite queue of people waiting to board the bus. And once everyone has boarded, the bus is already late by 5 mins and then the M8 traffic.
One thing they are good at is increasing prices. They always say they are improving the services as well when they increase prices. After using their services almost daily for the past 3 years I am still havnt seem any improvement in their services.
I would advice to use train. Yes, train is expensive but atleast you wouldn’t freeze to death.

The drivers are always hardworking and pleasant. The company though continue to send parcels that are too heavy for one man deliveries - for example kitchen worktops weighing 40 kilos plus. The result is that they keep arriving damaged. They will take the trouble to text a delivery time - and then generally are hours late, or hours early. PAY ATTENTION LINCOLN - YOU ARE THE WORST OFFENDERS - YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR CUSTOMERS UNLESS YOU IMPROVE - APART FROM BREAKING HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS!

My document sent on 10th returned by City link on 20th, and the reason is they couldn't find the location. Firstly you should call the recipient, but you not.. Secondly my address is correct, these is not mine first time send document to same address. Document resend on same day 20th. On end of the month my customer called notify the document not receive. Therefore, i called to CityLink check signed consignment note, but till today 4th of second month i didn't receive any respond by CIty Link.
As per information given the document is sent, is it very difficult to show me signed note? or you have loss my document??

The hostess was so rude! We wanted to sit together and we asked her to find us two seats. But she refused and started accusing us of being rude and we had to sit separately! It is not my **** problem that some people who pay for one seat actually use two. Because somebody is an idiot, it does not mean that the other passengers have to have terrible experience! Never going to use the services of this company!!!!

I wasn't home when the document I was expecting arrived because I didn't know the exact date or time it would arrive. If the courier had called me, I could have told them to leave it with my building management office. Instead of calling, they just left a note on the door that I have to pick the item up myself. This is extremely inconvenient for me as I don't have my own transportation.

The company only made one attempt to deliver to our condo, which, like most all condos, have security. No notice of attempts were received and only after following up with the shipper did we know they shipped it one month prior.
After calling to have the package redelivered, the driver was unprofessional and quite rude. First, if you are a delivery person, you need to understand how to call a unit to get access. After troubling my wife to meet him downstairs at the gate, he proceeded to be rude that he was not able to maneuver his car back into the road. If he is that incapable of driving a car, then maybe should think of a new profession.
I would not recommend using this delivery service as is by far the most unprofessional, lack of customer service providers I have dealt with.

On their web site they stated a delivery time of 14:11 to 16:11 and as I had made arrangements to remain in for the delivery I waited .. and waited .. and waited. At about 4pm I looked on their web site and it stated they had attempted delivery at 15:06 and left a card. Well, as I was in the house at that time, with lights (including the xmas tree) and my car is parked outside my front door it was obvious I was in - and of course no card through the door. Next door were also in and normally couriers leave things inside my back gate - nothing.
I rang up to complain and asked where they had attempted to deliver as it certainly wasn't my house. The lady was quite rude and would not even follow up my order apart from to say they will try again tomorrow - when I asked where she put the phone down on me.
John Lewis seemed quite embarrassed when I spoke to them and they have already arranged for a duplicate items to be delivered by DPD, which has now arrived. Unfortunately the other was out of stock so I am reliant on City Link but no email, no text, no call and their web site just says loaded onto a van. Helpful NOT. They must be the most useless delivery company out there, but it is the lies that have annoyed me most. And the Customer is always right would be a good thing for them to follow.

Not much more to say than the title. I have been waiting for my parcel up until today so it is officially 5 days. I called the operator/the person in charge and guess what? SHE THREW A TANTRUM TO ME WHEN I AM THE ONE THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE ANGRY. She told me that the driver was a part time one so he didnt really know the areas or address very well (that is not my prob, that is YOUR prob that you have to discover and resolve) and the other excuse that made me laugh: it was raining, so the parcel cant be delivered. As i remembered, the weather was so bight as ever. I checked the parcel tracking and the parcel is already in transit and in the truck and I TOLD HER IF IT IS IN THE TRUCK, DONT YOU THINK YOU SHOULD DELIVER IT. That would be my first time ever throwing my anger to someone stranger on this earth. She promised to deliver it today and lets see how long today would be for me.

I ordered some stuff for delivery at my home address. Normally, couriers give you some sort of indication about when they are going to deliver (the good ones keep updating you with text messages/emails about the status of your delivery), but I had zero communication with city link prior to the first attempted delivery. After I found their "sorry we missed you" card I tried calling the number provided: it was all automated and was giving me two options - either return to sender or go and collect from their depot, which is in a different town and a 45' drive away. Since I didn't want to do either (and there was no option of speaking to an actual person), I waited hoping they would attempt another delivery, which they did, a few days later. This time there was no card, but I received a voicemail saying that it was their second attempt (again during my working hours and without any prior communication).
After that I was running out of time for my delivery, since the ordered items were to be used at a planned event, so I called the sender and asked them if they could rearrange delivery. They assured me that that city link would attempt redelivery on a set date. Again having no word from the couriers, I stayed at home all morning waiting for them and left a message stuck on the door when I couldn't wait any longer. I never heard anything from them, they never even attempted that delivery, the ordered items never arrived and the sender gave me a refund.
This has got to be the rubbishest courier service ever. They do need to look up the term "courier service" in the dictionary, because they will surely find out that a courier doesn't expect their clients to drive for 45' to get their parcels, their communication with customers is a bit more than a 2-option recorded menu, and they actually deliver parcels to their destination.

Very helpful to have the live chat facility and chat to Emma, who was very friendly. Answer not as I'd hoped (no pick up time can be specified other than between 9 and 5.30 which makes it very tricky for anybody who works full time), but much nicer to be able to talk to somebody directly.

The van driver literally abandoned my parcel in a public area at a totally incorrect address stating he didn't have time to deliver it! Fortunately the postal staff at the location found it, with several other parcels, after three days and tracked me down to inform me.
