Good stock management system for retail businesses with a wide range of features. A few bugs to look for and some clunky integrations but overall, we will be very happy to continue to recommend Cin7 to our clients.

We implemented CIN7 a couple of months ago and I have been impressed so far. It has good integration with Xero and I like that our sales staff are able to see in CIN7 if the customer has a balance owing on their account, along with their account limit so they can decide whether or not to release the order. The support we have received via their general support email address is always very quick and they never had a problem adapting report, features & menus for us. Highly recommended.

No system is perfect but these guys seem to work hard to get it as close as possible. It could be good for some industries but it might be perfect for other. We specialise in sales and distribution of beverages for both trade and general customers. We feel that they could do a bit more research into this industry.

Cin7 is a great Inventory Software, easy to use with all the fucnctions needed. As a marketer, Report part is my favorite. I can creat my own dashboard to have the data on hand at any minute. The flexible pivot-table with different dimension made it possible to drill down on particular fields. It is helpful for us to make strategic decisions. Their support team is easy to reach and helpful when we need.

Cin7 - Inventory Software - A Perfect Inventory Software for Mid Size business. If you are after a cloud based effective, easy to use software, then Cin7 is a perfect choice. We are using Cin7 for the last 1 1/2 years and we just love the options Cin7 offer us. We love their customer service and their support team is always there to help us when we need.

Excellent trouble shooting & assistance from Harish at Cin7. Our business had received a new Eftpos terminal and was in need of integration with Cin7 POS.
This took some time however assistance was very patient and very efficient, & understanding of our situation. The outcome was fantastic! We resolved the issue.

I've used several and looked at dozens of systems in the last fifteen years, and recently switched to Cin7 for my two retail businesses - both a fusion of brick and mortar and ecommerce (using shopify platform). Cin7 is robust and well designed, and relatively easy to learn and use. Its highlight is inventory management - quite advanced, and at the same time free of unnecessary complications. While there is a learning curve for any new software or system, Cin7 works, for me at least, refreshingly smoothly and logically. Onboarding process was efficient, and Joey was always available to teach and answer questions. I highly recommend Cin7.

Cin7 is a powerful cloud ERP system supporting us on Sales, Purchase of stock. cost analysis and Product & Contract management. The support team is very responsive and premium support is something any user require minor modification of system should really look into.
Although the system is not perfect, the team is striving for the greatness and had error fixed in a very short time period.
