Anyone else wanting to go in on a class action lawsuit for billing non-compliance? I am seeing a lot of the same complaints that I am having myself and as an attorney I would be happy to represent the case with no associated cost! This company has violated its agreement with its clients on various levels and with enough backing can be pursued.
How many individuals are not receiving bills until after the due date and being charged a late fee? An imperative audit needs to be conducted

Would give a 0 if I can, don’t extend grace even when they are wrong with billing

These people are crooks. They steal your money and claim they lost the payment when nothing from the bank says it was returned. They then don’t resolve issue. So screw them return their cars and leave them

I would give 0 stars if I could. DO NOT USE THEM. They will add hidden fees left and right and will make arrangements with you then cancel those agreements without even telling you, sending you anything, just no warning at all. Had clear agreements with them, followed said agreements, they without warning or notification charged off my account and had my vehicle repossessed and found out at the same time they had been adding the randomized fees. All of a sudden payments I made and proved to them I made all of a sudden weren’t there. This company is a money thieving, crooked company. Do. Not. Use. Them.

I really need some help understanding this math. I fell a little behind. I took measures to try to catch up which to me made sense. Now first month I was told that 2100 was due. So I paid 1800 because that is what I could afford and that is still a lot of money. (Its a Ram) Now total due 2100 - 1800 should be 300. So In my head I figured they would ad that 300 to the next month. Naively the next month I sent 1000 which is aprox 230 more than my payment. So I figured I was sitting ok. I get there is interest yes and a $45 dollar late fee. Ok so I figure 70$ Plus the $45 Late fee and a little interest on that no problem. The next month I send in $1500, thinking great! Now im caught back up and I paid a little extra on the principle. I start getting calls saying I am still behind and still owe a significant amount. Sure enough the the 4th month I owe 2700+. Now I am no mathematician, but that makes no sense to me. Chrysler Capital is a bunch of crooks and thieves in my opinion. DO NOT USE THEM TO FINANCE YOUR VEHICLE!!! I highly suggest using a Credit Union if you are able to.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. They don't ever work with you on anything. Make sure read the imaginary print as well because they will try to get any and all of the money from you that they can. They sure do like to scam people out of money after using them for a loan or lease to begin with. if someone says oh lets use Chrysler Capital as your financing RUN AND RUN FAST! Since the beginning I could tell they weren't good to use. I was right and should have stuck with mu gut feeling!

I do not recommend this account. Please avoid! They are highly manipulative and a dishonest corporation. Please be warned and do not sign up as their customer. Their agents do not take down any notes when you speak to them or make requests. They assure you that an amount if waived and you call again, with a new high balance on your account. They are fraudulent and deceptive.

Every aspect of my experience with Chrysler Capital was characterized by incompetence and error. They frequently send you additional charges with no explanation of what the charges are. The website almost never matches the actual amount you owe, and when you tell their customer service people that what they're telling you doesn't match the website, they just say, "oh yeah, the website is usually wrong." They know about the problem and don't care. They want you to just take their word for what you owe and provide no explanation for additional charges that were never mentioned in the lease agreement. Absolutely horrendous experience, would never use them again and would never let a friend or family use them if I could help it.

As a warning to all. Never ever take a loan with Chrysler Capital. They are just predatory lenders and will ruin you financially and have you upside down on car loans. Use anyone but them!! They are awful and I learned my lesson the hard way

Customer service representatives are terrible!! One person will tell you one thing and then next time you call someone will say that was incorrect. NEVER lease from them!! They will charge you a ridiculous amount of money for any minor scratch on the vehicle and as a first time leaser I was never made aware that I could get the vehicle inspected on my own before turning in. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish someone had warned me before leasing from them. NEVER AGAIN

I have had the best customer service with Chrysler capital up until today. I have recently lost my job so keeping up with my bills has been difficult. I am transitioning into opening a daycare and will have income within 2 weeks. I am literally 3 days past due and was asking to defer my payment until September 15 and JAMES SMITH with the assistance department was extremely rude. I know he works in the assistance department and probably deals with excuse after excuse but MR SMITH every situation is different and upon calling you I expected to be treated with respect, as I am a pretty good customer. However I was treated rudely as if I was some piece of trash.... this was very much unappreciated. You all should treat each case differently according to the circumstances and not because you think everyone seeking assistance is abusing your system.

So, November 2018 I left a review about Chrysler Capital reporting two different late payments for the same account on my husbands and I credit report. CHRYSLER admits we made a mistake wouldn’t fix it.Someone from social media reached out and attempted to resolve our problem. Problem solved and your credit reports will be updated. HOWEVER my husbands account was not updated per our agreement. Here we are almost August 2019, still reporting the wrong information on my husbands credit report. Chrysler representatives and manager STILL refuse to fix it.Spoke them today very rude and all they say is they can’t they don’t know blah blah. I’m trying to do things with my credit and almost a year later Chrysler is still screwing us.

If I could give them a 0 star i would, I had my Challenger totaled out in March as the interior caught on fire and burned everything. I called and they lady told me i did not have to make Aprils payment as the insurance check will backdate to the date of loss well my insurance didn't cover all the balance because of such a high interest rate i had well they back dated to date of loss and for April I got a 30 day late and may i got a 60 day late. I called and asked what happened they looked over the notes and said "yeah thats what they said but we dont work like that. so now im screwed with a 60 day late mark that shows recent and now i cant get approved anywhere.

We have leased over 30 vehicles..we leased a 2016 jeep renegade..worst experience we have ever had..Chrysler capital is horrible. We paid all our payments automatically..no issues..then we got with 4 months of lease end..and the hassel started..we received 17 .yes. 17 i logged them all telling us our lease was ready to end and what were our plans..i told them we would be returning it to the dealership before lease end..thought that would be it.
Nope..16 more calls..threatening me that i had to provide exact information or i would be charged..i explained i already gave the information..this went on for three months every week..i finally had to threaten to sue for harrassment..we turned the vehicle in as scheduled to tje dealership..then about a months later received a bill fir damages..there were none as dealership checked..we called..took 5 phone calls to have someone tell us there is a sticker missing from under the hood! More phone calls..three levels of management to remove this charge..this was 4 months ago. Our credit report still shows a balance due to Chrysler capital..again with the phone calls..still not resolved..NEVER EVER GO THROUGH CHRYSLER CAPITAL UNLESS YOU ENJOY CONSTANT STRESS HEADACHES AND VERY UNFRIENDLY UNHELPFUL PEOPLE. Horrible experience..will never lease a jeep or chrysler product again.

This company is filled with criminals they allowed Addys Harbor Dodge to pad my income in 2016 in order to charge me a very high finance charge when I saw it I called the dealership and Chrysler capital and I was told by both there was nothing I could do and that they were not going to do anything about it so for 3 years I have paid the equivalent of a house payment and when I fell behind Chrysler capital pretty much told me to F off and left me with a repossession AVOID FINANCING WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL NOT BE THERE FOR YOU

Chrysler Capital is the worst most abusive company I have ever dealt with! They do not allow transfer of a lease and not even to add a co-lesee. I was transferred to NY for work a year and a half ago and wanted to take my FIAT 500 Electric to NYC as it was my right, but I couldn't do that because that car is only made for CALIFORNIA and OREGON. So I asked them to help me, release the lease, allow me to transfer the lease... NOTHING! They are like LOAN SHARKS, the worst!! And now that I am finally returning the car they do not even have the decency to wave the return fee. Stay away from these criminals! Because that's what they are. I've been paying them for a service they did not provide! Legalized thieves!

****What ever you do, DO NOT use Chrysler Capital**** RUN AWAY AS FAST AS POSSIBLE TO A LOAN SHARK. YOU WILL GET BETTER SERVICE******
I purchased a new 2019 Grand Cherokee and was prepared to pay cash for the car. The sales manager said he would really appreciate it I used Chrysler capital to finance it and then pay it off when the first payment came due. WHAT A JOKE!! I should have just paid cash and left with my car!! Instead I await the payment notice and then sent two checks. one for the finance charge of $200 and the second for the original total cost of the car almost $38K which the LOAN PAYOFF DEPARTMENT IN DALLAS summarily LOST. How do I know they received both checks?, because they processed the first payment and LOST the second. Let the numerous phone calls from me having the repeat the same story over and over of their incompetence begin; including promises that all of this was being documented in their account notes so it would be passed along and promises of any subsequent interest to be waived because of their mistake. Next is the hours of lost time to get the replacement cashier's check reissued and sent back to the DALLAS LOAN PAYOFF DEPARTMENT. Fast forward 3 weeks later, the replacement payoff check is processed through but....wait for it....no title is sent because additional interest of 101.00 has accrued so the title is NOT cleared. UNBELIEVABLE. MORE phone calls later each time asking for a Customer service manager to please handle the call. Several transfers to the loan payoff department who can not see the notes placed by the Customer Service Department, who transfer me to a "Team Lead" who said no notes are in the account and she is going to put my request in for a loan review to see if the $101 balance could be waived and this is going to take several days...blah, blah, blah...UNBELIEVABLE! I again asked for a SUPERVISOR and was placed on hold till finally a Customer Service Supervisor came on the line. I again went through the torturous process of explaining what happened before he assured me he would handle the issue, request the balance waiver, get the title proofed and I should have it in a couple of weeks. I asked for an email to be sent to me, which I have no confidence will ever be received...RUN AWAY...BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND>>>>

My wife leased a Fiat 500e in May 2016, and we set up auto pay from their website.
2 years later, auto pay stopped working, but we did not know. Then they started placing late fees every month. I called, they told me auto pay is only for the first 20 payments, and disabled after that. Fine, I re-enable it. It never worked after that.
I called again. The person I spoke to was eating and vaping on the other end. She kept saying something was wrong with my checking account and that was what preventing auto pay to work. That was 100% not true. I demanded to have all late fees waived because their auto pay system does not work. At then end, after a long hold, she told me all late fees will be waived in 3-5 days, and provided me a recording ID for future reference.
3 days later, I checked my account. Only the last late fee was waived. I contacted again and was told all late fee charges are valid so they will not be waived.
The auto pay system does not work is the reason for late payment, yet I am paying for their failing system.
Never again doing any business with this bank or any car brand associated with this group.

I have been leasing cars since 1987. NEVER have I had a problem turning in a vehicle. I usually clean and detail them before doing so.
My last lease for a 2017 Dodge Caravan GT was inspected and photographed by me and the dealer. A month later I get a bill for $1400+ for excessive wear and tear. Basically, the AiM inspector lied, his poor quality photographs show no such damage, and my photos show it to be in excellent shape all over. IF there was any actual damage (and I doubt it), there were inflicted by the transport company to the other side of the state, or while in storage at the auction site. They cannot document the damage. They also reduced the final bill to $800, then $622, because of their "goodwill"!
Since I did not renew my lease with them, they are trying to scam more money out of me. I have better documentation than they do, so unless they can show actual proof, it will be a very cold day for them!
