I cant understand why chronopost still excisting ,is it pride? ,this is a company that must be forbidden ,adres was spelled right on the pakache but they still couldnt find the adres in france it have taken me one month to get my pakache back!!!

Appalling arrogance on the telephone when asking for help in getting a parcel out of their depot. I was asking questions when the guy just said 'goodbye' and hung up. I know that it must be an awful job but absolutely zero professionalism and a truly terrible 'service'. I advise against ever using this company even in the most desperate of circumstance.

Awful service. Don't use this outfit for deliveries within the UK. Small packet posted for fast 2-3 day delivery, France to Cambridge, on Sept 16th; just arrived 29/9. Could see via tracking it arrived somewhere in Cambridge on 18/9 on time. Then nothing. No UK phone contact/depot address available. Three calls to Chronopost in France later (one explanation given: the delivery address did not exist, but there it was perfectly clear on the parcel). Waited in an entire day for promised delivery which didn't come on 28/9 and it was finally put into DHLs more capable hands and delivered today. The french end was very helpful on the phone and it seems outside the UK Chronopost works well. Whoever is handling the UK end for Chronopost needs retraining fast. Unacceptable delay and much time wasted in phone calls and waiting in for nothing.

This Company do not deliver. Their charges are high (£62 for 2 day delivery of small parcel from Lyon Fr to Taunton UK, their delivery is poor, you can not contact them by phone nor email. The sender is given incorrect information on deliveries which changes every time they ask. The do not phone you or email you.
The delivery address is 100% correct, the contact phone No is correct, the email address is correct. No contact. No delivery.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY. CAVEAT EMPTOR.

Honestly why is there not a VERY BAD category? On 2nd of October, My wife sent me my simcard from france to Rome Italy It costs 50 euros with the assurance it will reach me within 24 hours... It arrives yesterday 23rd of October!!! after absurd amount of mi communication and handlement I WANT MY MONEY BACK! this is a real insult to basic service.
My envelop would have arrives in 3 days with a 2 euros stamp...on regular mail.

Chronopost are the worst of the worst, I ordered 3 items as a package to be delivered for Tuesday 5th November.... 2 packages arrive no problem, no Chronopost involved.... 3rd package Chronopost is responsible for this package, guess what ? I don’t have and won’t have until tomorrow, they say the door was locked and there’s a code, my other 2 parcels arrived no problem.... the heaviest parcel was delivered at 11pm the guy walked up 3 flights of stairs and delivered to my door.... Chronopost just see a door closed, make no effort to gain entry, i was waiting and watching he just drove past didn’t stop, then I received an email to say no possible to deliver your package, I waited until the next day.... now I have to send a code for the door... no other company ever asks for that code, because the doors open or there is a shop direct next to the door with the code, they would open for you if it was closed which I highly doubt it was .... now I have to wait another day .... it’s just disgusting absolutely disgusting, lazy lazy horrible people and to call is pointless they couldn’t care less !!! Just an awful company to deal with.... never once had a pleasant experience with Chronopost!!! The worst of the worst

Chronopost was charged to send a parcel to a relay point next to me (Paris, France). Instead, they sent it to another city, which is 436km away from me...
How damb could one be not to get the city name properly?

Worst service ever!!!
address marked as incorrect or unknown - and parcel not delivered - since I talked on the phone two days ago with a lady representing the company for further infos about the addresser, and I confirmed with her the address that was already correct!! Do they even try to find these addresses? Cuz i saw lots of complaining about the same issue (incorrect address). I dont think they do! Lazy and worst service ever.
Oh without even mentioning the delay of already 3 days of what was paid for - very expesive, by the way!!.
and now i have no further information or number to call for for fixing this!

I haven't received 2 international packages that were managed by Chronopost.
1st package tracking info said package is held at the Chronopost due to incorrect address. I went to their office and they had only 1 picture of the package where it is clear the address is correct. They couldn't locate the package and told us the sender has to do inquiry. After waiting weeks to get the paper for refund. We call customer service again and they said they won't refund as they found package somewhere in Europe and they promise to notify us about delivery within 48 hours. Nothing happened. Keep in mind we had to call support like 3,4 times to get here. And still no package no refund.
2nd package was never delivered, tracking info said package is held by the border controller. I contact border controller and they confirm package is not there. Called chronopost and explained we didn't get the package. They kept transfering me around and after 30 mins the guy says. The sender has to call border to get package info. We disconnect the call as we understand he is lying and wants to get rid of us. 2nd agent picks up the call and now they are saying that package is blocked at the border because its tabac inside. I explain i verified that it is legal to send tabac and cigys (limited amount ) by post as i was getting packages for 2 years already. They insist its not allowed and they insist we cannot recover our package . Bottom line is support agents keep lying and saying things just to get rid of us. I lost like 500 euros. It is impossible to have a solution or progress every time i call. It is the worst customer support i have ever dealt with. I don't know what to do anymore to have someone competent answering the phone and helping to get either refund or my packages.

Too bad I can't give 0 stars. Their service is bad, very bad. Received e-mail the day before the delivery day saying they'll deliver between 8h and 18h. Tried to go in their website to add the phone number to call and name to search in the interphone, because I already know how it works with them, but it was impossible to add this until the day of the delivery. On the day of the delivery I finally added the info, and I was home so I thought, no problem. Seems the deliver guy didn't saw the information added (I guess they do not connect to check it) and he was rude when asked if he could deliver at the correct floor. I didn't say anything, just came to him to collect my package and he starts ranting that the phone number was not added on the information (lie) and that I have to make it right. Tried to search on their website to fill a formal compliant, and seems the only way is to call them. So I leave the complaint here instead. Hope that they open their eyes and start treating the customer as so, otherwise I see no future fro this company. But I already see the employees on strike on the French television complaining the company is being privatised. Bu-uh!

For the 3rd time in a few months I have received an absolutely abysmal service! For the 3rd time I open my gates at 8am, the delivery man arrives 9.30am. He phones me from my gate. I do not have my phone near me. Once again he leaves an avis de passage and I have to drive 5km to collect it. JUST BECAUSE HE CANNOT WALK 5 METERS UP MY PATH TO MY FRONT DOOR BECAUSE I AM IN THE HOUSE.
All the other delivery companies ALWAYS take the time to deliver to my front door.
DO NOT USE THIS DELIVERY COMPANY IT IS AWFUL.

Like others have said, horrible. I sent a parcel to my friend in Paris. No tracking info, Chronopost won’t call and inform about the delivery. Customer service does not reply. And finally they manage to lose the package.

Absolutely pathetic service (Chronopost France). Have waited for the whole day at home (on the 4th Sept) expecting my parcel to be delivered as promised by customer service and as per the mail received. No one cams home to deliver my package and no one from chronopost bothered to call or inform me about the status. I had to call them multiple times to track my parcel and finally agreed that they will keep my parcel at the nearest Chronopost bureau and can be collected on the 10th Sept. Went to collect the package today morning (10th Sept) and to my surprise the person informed me that the parcel hasn't arrived. Do Chronopost professionals really work as they are supposed to? or are they just playing around with customers? I really hope Chronopost Management really take a note of customer complaints and ensure the packages are delivered as promised in their e-mails.

What a piece of crap they are. Not only I am waiting for my package over 2 weeks, I even called them twice and visited the Post Office three times and nothing happend. First, they talked crap about wrong adress (ha ha ha), then put a delivery in proccess to a different adress (havent asked for a different adress), then told me they had forgotten to deliver it (twice), then did not tell me anything just did not deliver at all.. Wonder what happens next. Will I ever get it?

Generally speaking, It's either the people here is lazy or just downright stupid! I ordered from a boutique online and paid for home delivery. Then 3 days after, I received a notification about the time of delivery which is 11am. 1 hour before that, I received a SMS that they put it in mondial relay. It is not for them to decide. I paid for home delivery for a reason!! I also had bad experiences before, getting notification and them not showing up then no new whatsoever..

Absolute worste shipping company
Sent a package from france to portugal and the post in france uses them as a delivery company. Now my package is stuck in some warehouse with no way to contact them. The portugese number just says everyone is busy and hangs up. I tried over 10 times. NOT HAPPY. In fact the address they marked as incorrect, had two other packages delivered the exact same day exact same address. DO NOT USE. Stay away, I cant use strong enough warning.

Poor service, no interest in customer satisfaction. Probably the worst there is, prefer fedex or dhl anytime, far from perfect, but effective most of the time.
In my (many) experience(s) when given objective proof of inappropriate behavior of an employee (for instance, the delivery guy lied, pretended to have attempted to deliver, but no one was there, when in fact he never showed up and 80+ witnesses/persons were on site all day long), no one apologized, no corrective action where ever implemented, they refused to rectify (deliver immediately and properly) because it would have been expensive... When contacted, the customer service deflected my claim towards an other service, where I was abruptly advised to call... the said customer service. When I refused, I was almost called a moron, when I asked the speaker to write an official email to certify the problem was to be dealt by the customer service, she refused, when asked to identify herself she was unapologetically vulgar. Classic method of a company that wants its customer to chut up and move on because they know the trouble doesn’t worth an official complain.
Chronop ost claims to be ISO 9001, it is absolutely impossible that they reach the standards and their organization does NOT respect the minimal requirements (on paper maybe, but not more).

Message to say package will be delivered between 10-11, no van , I’m sitting here waiting again as usual, no slip in the letter box to say they called . At 10:20 get a message to say it’s now left at a pick up point over 30 minutes drive away . Useless crap service , this constantly happens with chronopost. They don’t deliver just send you to a pick up point. Now the the car part to fix my car is miles away . A 1hr 10minutes round trip and I have no transport . Utterly useless lazy Moran’s, they are no help on the phone either. Do not use this service .

Hi, I will like to tell you my experience with you guys and will like to claim.First I book a pick up no one never turn up , I had to call dpd thankfully they are arrange me next day morning. Next morning the driver turned up scan my boxes and told me he will pick them up 2pm afternoon! I told him this is impossible because I have plane at 1pm I’m sorry but you need to take them now , right he started screaming at me -“women I told you I will pick them up this afternoon I don’t have space now! I explain him one more time that I have to ketch a flight , then he write he is phone number on top off one of my boxes and tell me to leave them outside doors and he left. I was shocked from the attitude, call one more time dpd explain the situation lucky they sent me other drivers at 11 am so I manage to not miss my plane. I told this was stressful but never guess that can be more!!!Then is Chronopost sent me email that my address is not correct and they can’t be delivered, I call them and change the address every day was some issue with the delivery!!! So I decide to pick them up. Call them again and again some issues can’t be delivered to the pick up point. I don’t understand what was happening kip calling them every day and I can’t get my boxes. My phone bill was more then I pay for the delivery. I had to email dpd exports for investigative where is my boxes, they emailed me back saying-“We are sorry to learn that you have still not received the parcel. As checked the details we can see that the parcel is not scanned since 14th June. In that case please as the sender of the parcel we will need to raise an investigation.

Just to let you know that I sent the boxes on 30.05.2019 and had to be delivered on 03.06.2019. Unfortunately they was not getting delivered at all. On 17 July 2019I decided to rent a car and drive to the main office to collect the boxes ,not the same day receive email saying your boxes was delivered no you didn’t deliver I did pick up.
