I bought a nice small traveling case which states that it can be taken on board on budget airlines, I’m sure it’s ok for Ryanair or EasyJet
But don’t use it with Wizzair, because they will charge you £60
I just got away with a warning
I feel the store should state, on the tag, not all airlines accept this size

I’ve shopped at the Westfield store and staff are always friendly and helpful. Customer service email was replied to promptly regarding trainers size/fit and they Delivered to me in Saudi Arabia no problem whatsoever.

Just want to point out that staff is clueless what do they sell. I went today to buy couple of items. I asked a guy do they have in stock a black tiger sweatshirt for woman. He said: unfortunately it has sold out... i did another step and there were 3 hanging on the rail. Unbelievable... this customer service is so poor... such a shame because store has items which i really like. People who work in there just chat about their own business and don't care to learn what do they have in stock! There are way too many people on the floor who just chat to their colleagues and do nothing else. That shows that management doesnt manage staff properly...

I started out by purchasing around £400 worth of clothing and accessories. I was thinking how my girlfriend would love it if I surprised her. I bought them two weeks before her birthday. Shipping is meant to be 3-5 working days. I then recieved an email two days before her birthday saying more than half of the items were no longer unavailable. Right, so they said they would refund £220 back into my account. I then waited 3 weeks yet I still saw no money in my account. They said the refund should take 4 days max to get the money back. So overall, bad customer service, no notice and just tge worse experience I've had shopping online.

Went to the choice outlet was served by a very rude discriminatory woman called Tina she spoke to us rudely as my husband has a slipped disc and couldn’t lift an item due to this , said comments like “I suppose you are expecting me to lift it” no we wasn’t and ordering us to get barcodes and all sorts , Manager Aaron also agreed that she had been rude and ordered for her to go away because she told my husband to “grow up” when he asked to complain , the company has since denied she is rude , goes to show that rude behaviour is justified and obviously they want customers to have bad experiences , apparently my husband had said a derogatory remark to Tina , nothing was said however the company is a shambles and Tina is a nasty little lying troll with a lazy eye so there you go choice there is your derogatory comment!

I was a little worried after reading all the negative reviews, but was very pleased with the whole experience. They were very responsive and received the item fast with no issues. If you’re in to street wear brands, give Choice Store a chance. I highly recommend them.

Very poor service, I ordered a matching MCM set consisting of an expensive Backpack, wallet and trainers.
After 13 days all I have received are emails from E-Global confirming my order has changed and the main item (the backpack) taken out.
Then reprocessed the whole order telling me you've just sent me the accessories only and a refund will be granted in the next week.
Do you think your customer wants just accessories? Cancel the whole order!!!!
This was a birthday gift that went so wrong, you've let me and a valued customer down massively.
A company aiming to be a high end company with a low end service and back office..
Won't be doing business ever again and that's a 20 year relationship...

A couple of weeks ago I ve ordered a jacket and jeans for my Son. Received the jeans with the alarm/ Security tag attached. Had to sent the jeans back in order to get rid of the alarm. It s been Almost two weeks now and the still haven t received the jeans back. My e-mails regarding the whereabouts of the jeans remains unanswered.
