Love going to the Chipotle Mexican Grill, The food was excellent and the portion was big! Food was fresh and cooked to order. Employees are very friendly and always greeting customers with a friendly smile.

We always go for lunch and order inside. This time we ordered online. Picked up, got to our home and opened bag and saw burritos were half the size as usual. Called to let Chipotle know and got a robot. Will have to find a new place to eat

Terrible!!!! Severna Park chipotle. It was barley 5 pm and they were low on food and to top it off they put 5 online orders in front of mine and they were scraping the metal container trying to get some food out for my bowl... it was awful you pay to much money for for a half filled bowl.. never again!

Went to the chipotle on Vicksburg in Plymouth MN, First they make everyone wait out in the MN cold for them to cook your burrito or bowl. Than I got my burrito and it wasn’t what I ordered. Took it back and got another burrito that was wrong. I ordered chicken and steak and they gave me pulled pork. Third time I went back the manager came out and said it was my fault and that I ordered wrong. Good thing I had a receipt to prove what I ordered. They wouldn’t even let me pay cash for a drink but her attitude alone was enough for me to never return. Get my third buritto and it was no kidding the size of my fist....Scrunched together like a snowball. Needless to say I will NEVER be back there.

90% of experiences with Chipotle are fantastic and consistent. Last night however, I ordered online and got the worst burrito of my life. It was dry, and had a whole shallot inside. The burrito wasn't even folded correctly. Plus it was 30 minutes late and they didn't bring the chips and dips we ordered.

Restaurant was clean, my order was stocked with a soap and tissue! Staff was polite and friendly. I arrived 15 min after opening. With that said, I was upset that the food was cold. At least the steak was tender!

The locations near me in Oakland, CA are decent places to get a bite to eat. Their clean and the food is tasty. I’ve had the occasional bad experience, but that doesn’t deter me from returning. I really like the guacamole and always get a side of it to go with my burrito.

I purchased food from Chipotle In Virginia Beach at the N Mall Dr location mid September. A foreign object was in my food and stuck me in the mouth while eating my food. The object resembles a goat head thorn. I developed symptoms such as diarrhea, headaches, fatigue, etc. Additional testing came back positive for E Coli after nearly two weeks of suffering. I have accrued close to $1,000 in damages so far. Their insurance company manipulated me into sending them the thorn for testing at their lab. They played on my anxiety due to COVID and promised me peace of mind any quick results from a their lab. Totally took advantage of me during this crisis. All LIES! They’ve linked the thorn to their beans but refuse to give me a copy of the lab results. I was told it was the property of Chipotle. I asked about the E Coli and was told “prove it”. They base that decision on the “number” of people who report they fell ill??? I GOT SICK EATING CHIPOTLE! I GOT HURT EATING CHIPOTLE! I REPORTED IT! No empathy, no urgency, shady practices and misleading. NEGLIGENT and NO Responsibility!! Chipotle was negligent from the bottom up and my health is paying for it. My pockets too.

Beware of the Chipotle on Iron Pt. Rd. Folsom, CA has a malfunctioned credit card terminal that is actually a credit card skimmer. Don’t use your debit or credit cards. Use cash when an aggressive and agitated cashier demands that you use “swipe” instead of the chip reader. I got two fraudulent charges: $1 Endica and $10 Stockbox right after I bought food at Chipolte.

We ordered online from the location on I-70 & Tower. Our burritos had the wrong ingredients and the chicken burrito bowl was more like a rice and sour cream bowl. To top it off the servings were half the size of what they are when ordering in person. I’m not one to write reviews but this was extremely disappointing.

Four people ordered lunch, chicken salad with extra chicken and the works. When the delivery came within a half hour to our office the bag was about the break. We could not figure out why the bag was wet. Well.......the meals were sitting in liquid upon it's arrival. Discusting and nasty that whomever put the meal together did not drain the liquid. That is a poor excuse of a worker that is lazy, slopping a meal together. Full refund and never again. Plus, never received the extras asked for as well, are you kidding and we paid for extra. North Brunswick - 524 Shoppes Blvd. will not have our business again.

The worst experience with this location at 1166 N State St, Chicago. On 7/31/20, we placed an order for entire family online for delivery and we got 12:04 PM time. Waited and waited, finally called customer support. The customer service told me that the order was delayed, but picked up at 1:19 PM by Doordash and is on the way. Kept on waiting, now 2 hours past the promised delivery time. Called support again after 2 PM, the new rep told me that our order was cancelled by the Chipotle location! After 2 hours of waiting, without even telling us, how can they just cancel our order? Don't they care about loyal customers who have been kept hungry by them for over 2 hours? Unbelievable! I asked the rep to talk to a supervisor, but he kept playing the delay game and told me that a supervisor will call within 24 hours. I repeatedly told him that we are all hungry, but he didn't care. My gift card was charged for this order and still not credited. Needless to say, we never got that call from supervisor. I cannot comprehend how Chipotle can let this location abuse loyal customers like this. People order food when they are hungry. Letting them wait for 2 hours, let alone cancelling order after that without their consent is not only irresponsible, but abuse of the trust put in their brand. We are still Chipotle fans, but I would like to hear from someone in their organization why this happened and how they will win back our trust.

Very disappointed that they intentionally screwed up my order and Kayla C said there's nothing she can do about it. My order was so sloppy it busted through the bag and all over the floor! Kayla C told me they will NOT remake my order and if i had a problem the GM will b in tomorrow morning!
