Products did not work on wife's Nokia. First Chipolo stopped working on my iPhone after 4 months (no low battery alarm, unknown reason).

Customer support answered a couple of times, then stopped answering my messages. Several emails over weeks and suddenly no replies. Tried to return them, no reply.

I cancelled the payment on my credit card, they still didn't answer me but instead answered my bank claiming the products work as advertised.

I have ordered 3 products from Chipolo. Their website says 5-14 business days for European deliveries. I think 14 business days is rather extreme, however I had to wait 18! This is frankly ridiculous when other European deliveries arrive within a week.
I am not overly impressed with the product,but the customer support is even worse. One of my trackers is constantly disconnecting ,but the company is not acknowledging that. Instead they state the obvious that tracker is disconnected and I need to reconnect it. What is the point of the key tracker if I have to find it and reconnect 10x a day?
I have already exchanged 15 emails with the support and I feel like I am going nowhere. I am considering making a complaint to trading standards.

Poor product

Really poor customer service, very curt.
No option to sign in using an email if you orginally used Google so finding your Chipolo from someone else's device would be very tricky.
Also no sign for Google comes up with Mac Chrome and they told me to use another browser.
Very low tech and lack lustre support for such a high tech seeming product.
Avoid.
