Really easy to book and great instructions on how to collect tickets! Glad we followed recommendation to get to the station with plenty of time as it takes a while to get tickets. The written translations really helped too and video tutorials.

The whole process was reasonably simple. It would have been helpful to know that traveling from Hong Kong to Mainland China with a transfer, you need to pick up tickets in Hong Kong from two different counters.

I was amazed by the flawless service. I had my train tickets waiting for me at my hotel. This was my 1st trip by bullet train and was so impressed! I will be riding again. The business class is very comfortable and made my trip from Shanghai to Anhui very relaxing and enjoyable.

Could not have been easier. Online booking was simple, confirmation was prompt, tickets were waiting for us at our hotel on arrival. Absolutely first class service. Plenty of supporting material with the tickets eg Chinese language questions printed with translations “ please advise me where my train departs from “ “ can I swop seats with you” etc

We were first time non Chinese traveler. We used their train booking service for prebooking all travels within China. It was easy, prompt and extremely professional. We found their reviews and tips for sightseeing well balanced and useful. We collected all tickets in one shot on our arrival in Shenzhen from train ticket booking counter at Shenzhen railway station.

Great service to book high-speed train tickets in advance (in our case from Shanghai to Beijing).
The China Highlights portal is very well made and is rich in information of any kind about China (in English). Staff is very helpful and always responds quickly via e-mail. We chose to have our tickets delivered to our hotel in Shanghai and we found them conveniently on our arrival.

We needed regular and bullet train tickets for several journeys, a couple of them around a Chinese public holiday so we really did not want to risk waiting until we were there. We advised our agent and she made sure that our tickets for the public holiday were purchased the day they went on sale. One train was not available, communication was quick and another time earlier the same day arranged.
When we checked with our hotel they said the tickets had not arrived. I contacted our agent by email and phone. She immediately supplied tracking and delivery confirmation number. Hotel reception checked again and yes the tickets were there as promised

Very happy about this service.Everything worked out fine. We bought tickets for 5 different train trips in advance through China Highlights and got all the tickets upon arrival in the first hotel. This was very convenient because getting tickets at the station can be somewhat of a hassle.
The provided extra information was very helpful and everything was exactly as predicted.

We have booked a number of sleeper and bullet trains for our 3 weeks holiday in China. The booking process has been very easy to understand, tickets issued quickly and very efficiently including some last minute timetable changes and associated costs refunds, and received great guidelines on how to navigate through China's railway stations. The service was outstanding (thank you, Jason!!!) and seeing as there are many restrictions on booking trains in China independently, we would wholeheartedly recommend for anyone to book their trains for travelling in China through China Highlights. We booking ticket from Shanghai to yiwu , the day we book , those ticket almost sold out , so if you look at those inventory , they re real time inventory , don't underestimate.
Luckyly we still get the tickets , when they asked you about the ticket delivery , we suggest send to the hotel, otherwise , you will wasting time to collect the ticket in train station , beware the china train station is very very big , you can messed up.
Next time i will choose delivery to hotel , btw this train ticket service is Great , i will use it again in the future

I was a little screptical at the beginning when checking out the website. What if it is a scam site. It is not only about loosing money but it will screwed up my tight traveling plan in china
The ticket was promised to delivere to my hotel prior to my check in, and it did.
After checked in, the receptionist hand out the package with the train tickets in it
No problem whatsoever in using the train tickets
Recommended to other travelers who are considering using their service
