I’m very disappointed with the delivery timing. The date of purchase was September 24. I was quoted 10-12 weeks for delivery but verbally told at the time of purchase it would likely take much less time. The nightstand was supposed to be a Christmas present which was 13 weeks from purchase date. In late November, I touched base and was told that the builder was going to move order to the front of the line. Clearly they did not. I picked up the nightstand this week 18 weeks after I placed my order and more than 2 months after the order was moved to the “front of the line”. So much for the Christmas present.

Currently we have been waiting over three months for a cabinet front which then arrived at your store not made to spec. Getting a expedient response with a solution seems to be a problem. I will not in the future be able to recommend your products to our friends and contractors.We have called multiple times with a response of "we will get back to you" which has yet to happen. I am not sure why you would even ask about the mirror when you should be aware of all the negligence that has been surrounding our cabinet front.
