be fast again to ship out orders

At first, I thought for sure they would be fake because of the great price, but I took the risk because it was such a good price. They came with official Oakley paperwork and came in just two days.

They advertised Turquoise color and then send me Ocean Blue. I asked them to verify the color before shipping it, they assured me it was the Turquoise. A week later, Wrong. They wouldn't even pay for return shipping on their own screw up. Never use them again.

Used the live chat feature to inquire about an item. Had immediate friendly responses to my questions and assurance my order would be shipped promptly. Great experience and great pricing. Will definitely consider using them again!

My wife ordered me a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses I have wanted for a year now as a Christmas present. She ordered them around Thanksgiving from Chilirambo (the same time she could have ordered from other sites that were having Black Friday and Cyberweek sales) Then a few weeks later after payment was made she received and e-mail stating the glasses that were ordered weeks ago were damaged or scratched and they no longer carried them or could not get any more. (They are in fact still being made and available elsewhere but no longer on sale at or even near Black Friday and Cyberweek pricing). She made a phone call to the company and the customer service was a horror experience, first the department that answered stated this company was either separate or had a different division that handled the glasses and they did not have a phone to call. She asked if she could leave a message to have someone call her back, no one did and after an additional email and about 5 days finally someone that spoke broken English called her back and stated they were sorry and could do nothing for her except pick another pair of glasses or receive a refund. So now about 16 days before Christmas she will have to try to obtain another gift or sunglasses for about $50 additional. What a waste of time. It would have been different if they notified us within a day or two of any issues not 2 or so weeks after the purchase. Stay away because if you have any issues it will be hard to 1. contact them, 2. provide you with a satisfactory resolution (discount or backorder etc.)

At some point i was done with online shopping. But Chilirambo is beyond perfect!!
