worst service will never recommend

Don't use these cowboys, they send their reps to your work place (callum) and tie you down to 5 year contract without the owners consent and without the owner being present.

Terrible service, nice guys just completely ineffective. I always try to back small business's but this company simply doesn't deliver.
I was promised a new router would be delivered on Wednesday and when it wasn't I alerted Chess who said they were having courier problems, thanks for letting me know! They then said one had been sent and would be with us on Friday before noon, it's now Saturday and its still not arrived and Chess customer services only open on Monday, these are the frustrations of a small company. in this day and age being without internet for a week is a real headache.

Stay away from these and go direct to 02 0r vodafone EE they are no better than companies like future coms , they lie and extort money from you, I am currently paying £72 a month for a simm only account because of there lies , This company must pay people to give good reviews my next step is to go to Off com to ask how they are able to get away with it ,Tying people up for three years on business accounts when they do not even have a business, It is a waste of time trying to contact them direct by phone or email as they fob you off with lies on the phone and do not even acknowledge your emails how these people sleep at night is beyond me

Our working relationship wasn't great when I took over the role of liasing with Chess. In the last six months we have been given an account manager who genuinely cares about our business and goes out of his way to help us. We also have two very deciated engineers who have been brilliant and available to get everything running smoothly and again have gone out of their way to ensure we recieve an excellent service.

After getting messed around by future comms ltd, chess have apparently taken over my account as O2 decided to switch them as future comms stopped trading (no wonder why, got so many complaints on here they got closed down)
I’m paying £108 per month for a SIM card that is still in the fresh packet, and for an iPhone 8, I understand you didn’t give me this contract, but for months I’ve been in dispute with future comms! And now O2 switched my contract even though I have no signed contract with yourselves?? It now becomes a problem with chess, I’ve tried calling about 8 times a day for the past 3 weeks and no one picks up the phone, it’s honestly like you and future comms are the same company, so useless and would never ever recommend, ps I’ve only been with ‘chess’ for 2 months as well.

Your assistant was very good, and talked me through how to test the system,but it was very time consuming, we are a Mental Health Charity and we rely on the phone system, for people in Crisis. I don't know if there is another way round this.

Again I wouldn't give one star but the system wouldn't let me enter no stars.
The saga continues - after being promised two months free line rental, due to the continuing problems over the last twelve months, again we have been charged line rental and an admin charge of £30.50 for late payment charge!!!
Alonzo Samuel seems to be the only one person at Chess who is helpful and sorts out problems - Thanks Alonzo for that.
Otherwise, what a total bunch of fools.

It took sometime for Chess to migrate my acount that was serviced by becommunications, however that was eventually sorted. More recently my system kept dropping the broadband connection. A very swift phonecall to Chess sorted the problem. Overall I am happy with this provider. Good customer service.
