Good prices on DIY stuff. I ordered a lot. Website wasn't too good, search function made me order some wrong stuff. Most of the stuff I ordered was fine though.

I payed by PayPal, and the PayPal receipt was the ONLY indication that I had done any business with them. My account wasn't created, so I couldn't log in. I never got an order confirmation or ANYTHING else.

I ordered december 12th, and december 18th I decided that this was weird, so I contacted them. He answered just 10 hours later (it was night when I wrote them). He informed me that it had been dispatched, and that he would send me some tracking on it, when he was at work again. He never got to do that though, because I got it the next day.

Note: I believe their website has been updated to remedy experiences like mine.
