I booked Business class from ZRH to BKK via HKG with Cathay Pacific (CX).
CX changed return leg to ZRH by 1 day leaving me stranded in HKG for 27hrs.
Asking Cheaptickets to help I got a price tag of 150 SFr. and proposed to contact CX??!! CX told me to ask Cheapticket since it is NOT a registered Agent for CX.
No further help provided by Cheaptickets except with a warning of additional costs for rebooking and no compensation at all for overnight stay.
There is no customer oriented activity!
Nomen est omen: Cheap means here really cheap in respect of service.

Stranded at Bangkok because of a strike at EVA airlines, Cheapticket told us, we cant do anything just sort it out by yourself and Goodbuy. This is the worse answer i have gotten in 56 years of my life.
Dont use cheapticket be warned
Cheapticket, the isue is we paid you for the tickets, you make profit, in a way we suspect you take some kind of responsibility. In stead you stated Cheaptickets can not take any responsibility
And bear in mind you had 2 weeks to solvd the isue, EVA send you a message as Soon as the know

After I booked my ticket from Cheaptickets. I had received my ticket to e-mail for 10 minutes. When you pay with the Mastercard credit card that doesn't charge a fee.

I got my flights from Cheaptickets. But Airline has been cencel my flights and let me know go to travel another flight. But i cannot go because its concern to my times. (CTH-1286888) Than i called to Cheapticket to cancelled on September 27 2018... They said will refund money back on 90 days.... so after 90 days... nobody follow my case... I has call them everyday.. send email... and post on Facebook... It's nothing? Now 14 February... Thay just said let me send about bank details and waiting 10 days.... So I still call to the agent more than 20 times... Nobody pickup the phone... and sent email. Post Facebook.. nobody contact me back... So please becarefull if u want to book by this agent. And got same problem with me... The service is vary vary bad.

Please don’t put the initials for passenger but if you want or for airline info please add one more question in the passenger details such as Mr/Ms/Mrs etc. for correct info as per passport that will be appreciated.
