My booking was completely cancelled without my approval. I agreed to partial cancellation only, as airline informed me that it was possible. Cheaptickets.ch didn't inform me of anything and cancelled completely the whole booking which introduced a horrible amount of problems for me.
It is impossible to contact customer support by phone. By email they only reply to the questions that are not challenging to them. Website has many bugs and my messages don't seem to reach customer support or are being completely ignored ny them.

I found the flights that I needed and I was able to book them for the price that I wanted but I had to pay 10$ fee for the payment no matter which payment form. That is obviously a deal breaker for many people as all other websites I used have minimum or no fees whatsoever.

My first time using CheapTickets.ch and I just say that it was soo easy and quick that I will certainly come back often and book again. The booking process was straightforward and the information clearly displayed and provided. Thank you for making this so user friendly while providing excellent service and prices! The only negative side is that there is a surcharge for credit card payments. Other than that thumbs up!

AVOID THIS SITE!
I wanted to book a trip for the next day. My payment went through but they didn't book the flight or send me a confirmation.
Luckily I noticed this and opened a support request by phone (0.86 CHF/minute for 7 minutes of music and a fairly aggressive support agent). While they answered promptly, they didn't solve the case and I had to open a dispute at the card company.
I was left with no money on my debit card and was lucky enough to have a credit card. If I only had one card, I just wouldn't have been able to travel.
SHAME on CheapTickets!

This company should receive negative stars, but one star is the lowest it will allow me to select. My boyfriend bought me a ticket through cheaptickets.ch to visit him in Switzerland for Easter one month after I lost my father. I usually only book directly with airlines and am very against using third parties, but because it was 1.5 weeks out, flights on major carriers for long haul flights from the US were 2500. My boyfriend found a flight for $1000 on cheaptickets.ch so we agreed to purchase it on the grounds no changes could be made. 4 days before my flight was scheduled to depart I tested positive for BOTH types of flu which I didn’t even know was possible. My bf, who is a doctor, said he bought insurance and to get a note my doctor stating I was contagious and unable to fly. (Trying not to be the jerk that further spreads this awful virus.) My aunt came in town to care for me because I was so ill and went to the note for me. Cheaptickets.ch was already closed and it was Friday afternoon here in the US and in the evening there. My boyfriend insisted on calling them on their emergency line several times and saw they were open on Saturday and said he would call back then. Except he called all day long only, waiting on hold for 2-30 min before being disconnected and being charged by the minute only to never connect with an actual agent. Panicked to let them know, and see what our options were we emailed them and kept calling. I ended up calling the airline directly and they walked me through exactly what cheaptickets.ch needed to do to request a refund. I emailed them again on Saturday telling them what the airline said, outlining what they needed to do. My boyfriend finally reached an answering service on Sunday who cancelled the flight for the next day, but they couldn’t provide details on changing the flight or cancelling. We both called Monday trying to reach somebody and waited on hold for 30 min intervals only to be disconnected before speaking to an agent. I received a generic email from them saying to attach eticket for refund or to call for changes. Well, that’s nice and all but that doesn’t do me any good if nobody picks up on the other end, which I nicely explained in my response. Again requesting them to advise if we would receive a refund or if we should change if nobody was ever available to answer our calls. I emailed again requesting to resolve this issue ASAP so we could make travel arrangements for when I was well. 30 hours later, no response. Out of desperation, I sent them a message on Facebook messenger. Again, no response.
This is a customer service nightmare. Maybe it’s a cultural thing, but businesses like this don’t last long in the US. There are also consumer protection agencies to hold companies accountable if they ghost on you after you dropped a $1k on a plane ticket, and attempted in good faith effort to not spread the flu and change/cancel your ticket. It’s unconscionable to me that they would have literally zero customer service.
In short: Don’t do business with them. I spent the last two years caring for my terminally ill father and all I wanted was to see my boyfriend for Easter. It’s nobody’s fault I got the flu, but it’s cheaptickets.ch’s fault for not answering the damn phone, follow up emails, or Facebook messages. I’ve learned in life its how you treat people; and that it’s better to make a slow nickel than a fast dime in the long run because what good is a quick buck if you don’t have repeat customers and nobody wants to do business with you again. Karma will eventually take its toll.
If anybody has advice on how to pursue a complaint in the Netherlands I would greatly appreciate it. Obviously I don’t want to go this route but the cheaptickets.ch is not available to deal with customers, so I’m left with no other options.

No problem in booking. Lowest price and get tickets with the same price if we can do sofort else need to give a little extra to pay with credit card. Everything went well and immediate ticket issuing.

The confirmation email I got is not clear. The flight info in the email is even not identifiable by the iPhone calendar function. That is the aspect to be improved I think

DO NOT USE CheapTickets EVER. No matter the small amount you might save vs. booking direclty with the airline.
I tried to modify/cancel a flight within 24 hours of the booking. The flight is due in 5 months. Impossible to modify/cancel online. I spent CHF 350 on that booking.
I called CheapTickets "customer service" within 24 hours of my purchase and was told that for low cost airline bookings (Germania for the first leg), they "could not do anything and you had to speak directly with the airline".
Which I did. The airline obviously answered they could not process any modification or cancellation for a booking made through a travel agent. They also used different booking systems. I was therefore advised to speak again with CheapTickets.
I called again the CheapTickets "customer service" and was served by the most incredibly unprofessional unpleasant "customer service" respresentative who irritably explained he could not process any cancellation and had to escalate my request.
I do hope our conversation was recorded for "quality and control purposes". It might help for future trainings.
Does a website branded CheapTickets necessarily need to be synonymous of Cheap Service?

Not bad. Some translation errors. Too much focus on additional offers I don‘t want to buy.
Reply to cheaptickets answer below: isn‘t that what I did? In your reply I cannot see where I should send further feedback to. And i already provided feedback in my comment...

I will not recommend this company to anyone. If you need anything after the reservation and the payment, you won’t get it unless you subscribed for the extra paid service of cheaptickets, which is offered at the time of reservation only. I tried to reserve an extra baggage but with no success. The cheaptickets hide behind “please contact the airline company” knowing that the company refuses to do anything as it was not reserved on their side. So you are stuck in between. All in all I wiill advise everyone I know to avoid this company (even when there is a difference in price of a ticket, you get to pay even more with cheaptickets. Such a disappointment, what an unusuful service in between the airlines and the clients. I hope this can help at least one person to avoid choosing the cheaptickets. And the client service is non-existant. I tried to contact them twice so far, and have just filed in another request but with no help. Just repeating the same message automatically, which does not help at all.
