Not returning emails when requesting why shipping delayed.

I have purchased several items, this company took my money but will not respond to me about what my shipping delay is, and states they will respond in 8 hours but does not respond at all. Has been over a month and I have heard nothing and my order states processing

Super delayed- Bizarre grab bag

I placed an order for 6 items. When the order came in (over two months later) only ONE of the items even kind of resembled what I'd ordered. The other 5 are completely random items in random sizes- and useless. I've received no response to date. The lingerie is poorly sewn, CLEARLY nothing like pictured. What a waste.

Not sending my items but took the money

I ordered items from this place back in Sept. 2014 but have not received anything from them, My order still shows processing on there website. Now they won't resond to my e-mails

Waited 6 weeks for partial product which was garbage still haven't received the rest

I ordered from these people back in July. I waited six weeks to get partial order and the order was nothing I expected the clothes were garbage cheaply made and could not wear it. That's only half the order that they sent me. I was told remove my complaint or they were not sending me the rest if my order I refused I out a complaint into PayPal and PayPal closed my complaint saying I received the order which was eight weeks into the order and I didn't receive more than half of it. This is bs. This Chinese lady Sade remove complaint I give u free gift. wtf I want my damn money back and there's obviously a lot of issues w this company so someone needs to look into this and get me my 181 back. This placed should not be operating in America people scam others they get arrested someone needs to do there job here.

Stay away please It's the best!!

These people are something serious, they show you pictures of top models wearing real expensive lingerie and then they send you what they manufacture, cheap and useless real bad quality copies and they hide after that. Fortunately I used PayPal and I got a partial refund for the half of the order that they couldn’t send , but it took me one month and having an open case with more than 30 emails.Please stay away from these thieves, you are going to thank me for the advise!!

Paid for items that was never sent

I punched item from cheaplingerestore.com and they received their payment through PayPal and never sent me my items. I sent emails to [email protected] like the website says and up to this date no response. This company is a scam and site should be blocked you should google what everybody say about this place first

No refund and no items

Company purposely delayed shipping so I wasn't covered by buyer protection and then sent cheap quality inferior products that I never even ordered and weren't even close to what I ordered. The items they sent me weren't even my size. And i ordered roughly 15 items including some 3 piece sets and i got half of one set and umpteen pairs of piss poor quality stockings. They promised several refunds. Ive sent them 35 emails and a billion messages through theyre website and they wont respond at all. So no items and no refunds and i spent well over $100 dollars. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVING FRAUDULENT SELLERS

Never received item and my account was never credited

Item was supposedly out of stock, they told me to choose another item. I told them to refund my money. That was 3 months ago, they said they would. I heard from them again about two months ago. Still nothing! They are obviously not going to. Do not order from this site.

Took my money, never received anything and no way to contact

On 3/17/14 placed an order of $44.55. Got a little worried after I received an email that was suspicious. Started clicking on links on the website and none of them work! they also have a website called www.lingeriecostumeswholesale.com. What else can be done or do I just have to count the money as a loss.

Partial shipment with wrong items sizes and colors

I placed this order about a month ago. I received an email stating that the order was processed and shipped within a few days and was told that I would receive the tracking # soon. I never did so I asked about it and was then told the items had not shipped and several of the items were not available. I was asked to pick different things to replace those. I was also told that there was 3 tracking #'s. I asked why I was told the items had shipped and I got no response. I asked why they would send me a message telling me that every item had shipped when nothing had been shipped. So I received a package today that contained several of the items I had ordered. The sizes were not the same as the ordered sizes and some of the things were the wrong colors( black instead of white etc) My wife wears a large what the hell am I supposed to do with small stuff. Some of the items are for a special outfit my wife is going, well was going to wear when we get remarried in a few weeks and that is all messed up because they sent the wrong colored stuff. I spent $260 with these people and basically got trash in return.

Have yet to receive my items from an order I made in January.

I made a purchase on January 30, 2014 and have yet to receive my items as of March 13, 2014. I have sent numerous emails and have yet to hear from anyone regarding my purchase. I have tried and tried and tried to get in touch with someone to either straighten this out or get my money back with no success.

Never received items and took my money

I ordered several items from this store and after over a month of waiting and trying to email or live chat(which is not a live chat!) I never got any responses nor have I received my items. And there is no phone number anywhere on the site! I am very upset at this! Then I read these and see that I should've checked this first! I will be disputing the charge from my cc company. !!

COMPLETE SCAM - DO NOT BUY

Ordered 5 items for a friend's present on September 5th. Received 2 of the items 2 weeks later. the other $30 worth of items have still not arrived after 10 weeks.

After a month I asked them for a refund, as they said the items were not in stock, and since then, all I get is emails offering me other items. I think there have been at least 10 emails in that time and no progress, so don't waste your time. (just leads to more headaches)

I missed the paypal 45 day cutoff, but am attempting to recover my money through other means.

They also operate under other names such as wholesalecorsetsonline.com and cheaplingeriecostumes.com.

After reading comments and complaints on other scam websites, I can't believe I purchased from them.

non shipment of orders

I place an order for more than a month now. They emailed me after 3 weeks telling me they were out of some of the goods, so I asked them how soon they'll be available, but they just ignored me. I mailed them the second time to with an option of returning my money if they were not going to answer me, but again, they wouldn't answer. Sooo much impunity!

Items not sent, refund refused

I ordered 4 items from this company on June 24, and received an email from them on July 10 stating that 3 of the items were unavailable. They said they could do a replacement, and I requested a refund for items ordered and not received. Their website states that they are happy to refund/take returns, but after several emails back and forth, they tell me that the refund option is "complicated." I have reported this company to the better business bureau, and have filed a complaint with PayPal because this company accepts payments through PayPal.

Took my money and never sent my order

I placed an order with this company over a month ago, I have tried to email and call them I get no response.. they took the money out of my account and never sent my order I have tried to get a hold of them through their website also and I get no where..
