Ordered 85 personalized wine glasses on 6-4-19 , received them 6-12-19 and they are amazing! I emailed for a shipping date and received an email back within just a fee minutes. They are everything I hoped for an more!

I ordered with this company because of their shipping date that kept showing up, but vanished after I paid. No shipping posted on the receipt. I did order knowing I only had two weeks until my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. And I looked on quite a few sites, and this website had the easiest and cutest choices for what I wanted. I ordered 215 personalized wine glasses and 215 personalized coffee mugs. Shipping date promised was posted as as I was entering in my payment info, but after I hit submit, there was no longer a shipping date, but trusted the date they had given earlier. So I was super excited that this was going to happen!!! Until my mom asked when the cups and glasses were coming, so I thought I would email them. Well, I emailed them on a Friday, they got back to me on a Monday, and told me I should be receiving my order in another 6 weeks!!!!!!! What?!?!?!??! I don't need these cups in 6 weeks, I need them in 1 week, and what happened to the promised shipping date?!?! Panic officially set in. My poor parents wanting to give party favors at their 50th wedding anniversary are no longer going to be able to thanks to this scamming company. My recommendation for them is to not trick people with the promised shipping date. And if you can only get an order done is to call, then don't trick people into thinking they can just order online and think they will get a finished product in a timely fashion. Needless to say, I called on Monday, got a voicemail, and just got a returned call three days later by the same lady that I have been back and forth via email. On a positive note, I ordered from another company and they were able to do a 24 hour rush order, but it cost me $1000 extra dollars in shipping! So don't trust cheapfavorshop's promised shipping date when you order, and you probably should call after you place your order and hope you get to speak to a person within a few days to confirm your order, and hope you get your finished product in time! Or maybe just don't use them at all, and have peace of mind using a local company in your town. Peace.

Ordered items in February 2018 for baby shower client. Received invoice payment received. Waited a week and decided to contact cheap favor. To my surprise there was no answer to phone call and no response to email. Had to call BBB in New York to get response after 4 weeks. They sent an email said the items were completed and a FEDEX label was created (TRUE, BUT IT WAS STAGNANT). Then I get email saying refund was approved. This is a sham company. Please do not order any items-you will be HEARTBROKEN!

I spent $400 With this company to receive my order with damages. Beyond the company's control but they are who I ordered from. As a result I call them to find out that they don't answer calls and after countless messages left by me no one called me back until 2 weeks later. Only to argue with me about them sending extra glasses in my order. I explained multiple times even with the 2 extra glasses they graciously sent I don't have usable merchandise to accommodate my order of 70 glasses. Once the smart person listened to me say that I have 67 that can be used the lights came on and they ask me to send a email to include a picture of the damages. I sent this email on the call. Days later someone emails me and informs me that they will have the replacements sent by 3/1. On 2/27 1 day before I'm expecting the replacements I receive an email advising they won't make the deadline due to a move??? I reply back giving them until the 8th adkingvif tgat will work and no response for 3 days. I am calling emailing and leaving voicemails and NOTHING.. I'm inconveniencing my client as they are inconveniencing me. Then I ask for the inconvenience to shop me the gift boxes that go with my order free of charge and they refused. Had they answered my call two prior we would not be in this bind. The young lady Jenn is horrible at her job she dies not follow thru or follow up. She lied and said I demanded the product when offered a refund when all I did was say I need the 70 glasses I ordered which is kinda why I ordered them. Not to only have 67 glasses. I begged for a supervisor in so many different ways and of course I've spoken to no one but Jenn. Horrible. I have no faith that I will receive the items by the 8th. But I guess I just have to wait and see.

They communicated with me at every step of the way with my individualized purchase for my wedding. I feel like they went above and beyond my expectations. They sent me more than I ordered. The mugs were beautiful. There was an error with the lids and they realized it before I did and handled it in a more than satisfactory way very quickly. They have been kind, pleasant, and understanding. The company met all of my needs including ones I didn't realize I had!

Imagine a company preying on people that are bright-eyed and happy just trying to celebrate something beautiful. Welp. You found them. I placed an order and 2 weeks later still no shipment/tracking confirmation. I ordered standard little glass jars, meaning: no special order, engraving or anything else necessary, just take them off the shelf and ship them. I have called 15 times and left voicemails to no avail. I have sent emails and received and auto-reply that they will respond within 24 hours. Nothing. UNBELIEVABLE AND SHAME ON YOU!! I will be disputing this with my credit card company and ordering elsewhere. I should have known better from the name alone.

I placed an order for a custom cutting board. We are a repeat customer and have always had a great experience but this time was different. A mistake was made on the date and I immediately sent an email. I was reassured the correct date would be fixed. 3 days later I get another email saying the date would not be fixed and I could not return the product! I will not be shopping here again.

scratched. Funny how the scratched one was the last one in the box, as if someone
was hiding it from view.

Ordered glass souvenirs and have yet to receive them, a week later. I even paid for the (3) day shipping. Worst of all I'm calling to check on my order and I am being directed to a personal voice mail. Horrible!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE AT ALL!! When looking for favors for my reception my mom found this website and we ordered over 120 engraved wine glasses to give to our guests. It was such a HORRIBLE and STRESSFUL experience. My reception was on June 17th. When first ordered, we were told they would be delivered by June 9th. As the date got closer we called to make sure the order was going well, no answer. We called and emailed multiple times after with no answer. Finally we got an email saying that production was delayed and we would not get it by the 9th but they would pay for rushed shipping and we would get it before the 17th. Once again as the day got closer we heard nothing so we called and emailed with no answer for several days. Once again they finally emailed us back and said the shipment would arrive by the 15th but gave us no tracking number or proof of shipment. June 15th came and NO SHIPMENT!!! We blew up their phone and email with NO ANSWER. It's now the day of my wedding reception and we have NO WINE GLASSES TO GIVE OUR GUESTS AND NO PHONE CALL OR EMAIL BACK FROM THE COMPANY!!! Talk about HORRIBLE customer service!! SERIOUSLY DO NOT USE THIS SITE!! THEY WILL RUIN AND MAKE YOUR SPECIAL DAY VERY STRESSFUL!!

wanted to give a good review, but they truly made it impossible. June 30th I placed my order; waited two weeks to get a shipment confirmation. Had to reach out to them numerous times; no one every answers the phone or returns your calls. The just go into vmail. I finally get a shipment email after two email request and a phone call. They responded by email. FAST FORWARD to yesterday July 14th my shipment arrives im so excited, but i order customized glass mason jars wheres the Fragile label? None. Why do i keep hereing a clinking noise? My God! My i ordered 23 jars but only 17 of them made it. I wish i could post the pics it was rediculous. Poorly packaged, each glass was divided by a light flemsy cardboard paper, nothing to keep it from moving around in the box, no bubble no popcorn, no styro, no space fillers between the empty glass sections. Just a crumpled shipping paper on the top. I am so pissed. I called twice, left messages and emailed that was yesterday and today is Saturday. My sons bday is next month and im short on favors. This business has a good concept but obviously poor execution and customer service. They need better management. DONT USE THEM! Pay a little extra to get a better experience... especially for those of you on a timeline. BUYER BEWARE!

Items were ordered in March - we were told they were to arrive on the 18th of May, told they were shipped on the 11th, 16th, and 18th of may and they sent the favors GROUND with a delivery date of 5/22 and the wedding is 5/20. Their phone number doesn't even work...SPEND a little more and don't give them your money

I placed my order on May of 2017 and was nervous after reading so many negative reviews. When I first placed my order I did call and speak to a live person, she was really nice and helpful and even offered me a promo code for the inconvenience of the American Express not working that week on their website for payment. I sent an email to ask when my order would be shipped out and got a reply back within less then 24 hours . I then got an email letting me know it shipped out on May 31st and happy to say I just received my order today June 6th !!! The packaging was execellent I am soooo happy. The production time took about 3 weeks however shipping was so quick so for all the negative people stop it !! I'm sure you are not ordering on time . My wedding is not till the end of July and I placed my order the beginning of May so if you are wanting to get your order in time just make sure to order in a timely fashion and stop giving such bad reviews because everything was perfect including packaging and all.

This has been the worst online experience. I ordered 70 mason jars on March 5th for an event in May. At the end of March I only received 53. I called numerous times, left voicemails, left emails and finally I was able to reach someone on the phone. I was informed that my "package got split up" and that the other part got "sent back to the warehouse" which I learned later was a lie. I was supposed to receive those "lost" pieces a week and a half later and after two weeks I still didn't receive them. I even contacted them asking for a tracking number which I never received. I called more than 10 times in one day and never reached anyone and no one returned my calls. I finally got an email saying they had to replace my items and that they would be arriving April 27. I never got them. I left more messages and I haven't gotten my jars and I haven't gotten a refund. I ordered them well in advance, paid the full amount and am very discouraged.This company is all-around awful. Whatever you do, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Order will not ship! You will get a confirmation of purchase and they will send you an email to approve the design. you will contact them for a tracking #, they will email you and let you know that you order hasn't shipped yet (even though it should have) and once it ships you will get a confirmation #. Your date will soon be approaching and you will email them without getting a response. Then you will scramble to find a replacement favor. Then you will contact your credit card company to dispute the purchase. If at some point it does ship and you receive it after the date needed...you will refuse delivery. If you don't believe me check the better business website... Rating is an F.. sorry I didn't check before ordering.

It appears that I am not the only one telling this story. Here's mine: When I had not received an email with a tracking number for shipping approximately 1 week after the ship date I was told my order would ship when I placed my order, I sent and email. The response was that an email was sent informing me that one of their printers was down and that I would need to either pay for engraving or pay to have my order expedited. When I explained that I had NEVER received an email informing me of their printer situation, that my wedding was coming up in 2 weeks and that if it was impossible for me to receive my order 2 days prior to my wedding to please cancel my order. I was told that my order would be shipped in time. IT WAS NOT SHIPPED IN TIME. In fact, they still had not processed my order 2 days after my wedding. Then, it took and additional 2 weeks to receive an refund for my order.

My order was a week late. The print on the glasses are faded and half of them are broken. My order came the day before me event which puts me in a crunch to find replacement. No one answers the phone and the emails aren't returned in 24 hours as stated. By the way "Claire" is the one responding to the emails. I don't think she's even a real person. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I ordered from them a couple years ago and they did a fantastic job. Fast forward, I needed a favor for a banquet and decided to support again. I paid for rush order so that I would have them the week before and even ordered a gift. It took a couple days to tell me my artwork wasn't clear enough. When I uploaded two additional pics, still days to respond. I then sent the replacement text and no response. When I did reach someone they escalated my issue and some was supposed to call that day. Two days later, I received an artwork proof. I replied and asked if my items would arrive on time and no response. The day before my event, I received an email stating that I would not receive them the next day and I asked for a full refund. I was emailed back saying I would be refunded. When I asked for a confirmation or receipt, no reply. That was last Friday. I reached someone on the phone Monday who needed to make sure everything went through and call me back. She verified my name and number and as if today (Thursday) no response and still no refund (1 week later). I plan events and was still considering using them for a 300 piece order, but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Cheap favor shop did an amazing job on my favors for my wedding. I am in love with them. I ordered 201 of them and I got 240 of them and none of them were broke. The estimate date for the shipping was December 27 and they arrived December 21. Shipping was fast and arrived safe. Thank you cheap favor shop.

I will use this company for all of my future parties. My shipment arrived in the schedule 7 days, packed and shipped professionally. Nothing was broken or chipped. A representative called me within 24 hours of my call. I am not sure why there are negative statements but my experience has been great!
