Came through with the refund - COVID-19 related. As Cheapfaremount is a broker, we spent a lot of time waiting on communication between myself, them, and the airline. This caused some uncertainty around what was actually going to happen. This isn't their fault, just a function of what they are. You trade getting a cheaper initial fare with this risk. My advice would be to weigh this going forward.

Excellent service! excellent price; much better than I could’ve gotten on my own!
The only negative is the agent was unable to give me a seat assignment and said I would have to call the airlines 24 hr before flight to get, which I did and all was well. I’m just such a planner I would have been more at ease with an assignment from the beginning.
I will use them again and would highly recommend them to family and friends!

I had to call in because there was no online cancellation but customer service was very helpful and assisted quickly also waited on the phone while I confirmed cancellation e-mail.

I will say the customer service reps were very nice and actually tried to help so far. It does seem sketchy when I get a call from a weird area code asking me to confirm my payment . They really need to tell people they are going to get a phone call for confirmation after the booking.

It took a little while to hear back about my ticket, but they were persistent in calling me to verify my card details to put the tickets through. I only did not give it 5 stars because until I travel I may need to reach back out with questions and am not sure if I will be able to get through to someone quickly.

You should put a note on your web site that you will be placing a confirmation call if name on a credit card is not matching travelers name. It's very annoying and frustrating going through confirmation process, specially when the purchase is made with company's card.

I was able to book a flight at a great price, but then received a call a few hours later that they would have to change my flight details. They stayed on the phone with me to make sure the new itinerary was acceptable. I received great customer service and $20 off my fare.
